Automobile insurance claim
Over the last few months I have reached out to UAIC dozens of times and have received ZERO responses. The only success I have had was this morning when their call center attendant emailed the claims department supervisor for me while I waited 30 minutes on hold just to here her answer to me through him.
I was told the $4500 I was given (for the exterior damage alone) would be all I was getting for the property damage I incurred.
That's after a supplemental loss was filed and their appraiser deemed a total loss for my 2015 Ford Transit Van (KBB Value between $10-16k plus the $1600 custom wrap)
non payment of deductible I paid for repair of my vehicle using my insurance company due to accident caused by their driver.
On Jan 7, 2019 I was sitting at a stop sign when the driver covered by UAIS traveling east bound turned in front of another vehicle traveling west bound and was knocked into my vehicle. The UAIS driver was ticketed for failure to yield the right away and at fault. When I reported the incident to UAIS they took the report and gave me a claim number ([protected]-002-Y43). Then several weeks later a I received a letter stating I should probably fill the incident on my insurance and get my vehicle repaired and they would reimburse me after the investigation was completed. Its now October 4, 2019 and they are refusing to reimburse my insurance company and have not reim bursed me yet. They have made no contact with me by phone, e-mail nor regular mail. They are actually being sued by my insurance company at this time. They will not answer their telephones at all and if they are answered you have to leave a message.

No Communication at all and denies my claim since they can't get a hold of their insured. This is a terrible company! absolutely terrible employee's. Their insured hit my vehicle 8/12/2019 in Denver Colorado. I made a claim that same day and sending in all the paperwork and pictures they asked for. I had a claims adjuster make an estimate. I waited over a month, but no call back from Jorge Urbina. I tried to contact him on 5 different occasions including email. I finally got a hold of him after waiting an hour on the phone and stated that i had planned on a lawsuit for bad faith practices, he said they could not get a hold of their insured and they denied my claim? What? You can't get a hold of your insured is not my fault and you should pay the damages your insured caused! I am super upset about this outcome and believe this company does this 90% of the time after reading all the complaints about this company. The internet is full of web sites showing that this company is not a reputable company and I don't understand how this company is still in business. There needs to be a huge civil lawsuit brought against this shady company and have them run out of the united states. I surprised the Florida Department of Insurance Regulation has not shut them down!

On Friday morning a person insured by this Company crashed my car in the city of West Palm Beach, since that day I have been calling the offices without result, to file a claim, they do not have a number for claims that works 24 hours and neither an email where to write. I had an accident with my vehicle of which I was not guilty. I have been in the process with them for more than two weeks for the repair of my vehicle and they are not even able to answer the phone. I have already been to the insurer's premises twice and all they do is go around in circles and nothing is resolved. It is really a shame that these companies exist in this great country

The investigation officer (lee Suarez ) who was working on my claim was very unprofessional. He was forcing me to agree to somethinG that I didn't want to agree on a recorded line. I would tell him no I do not agree he will tell yes you agree because I can prove this and that. You are not physically obligated to force someone to agree on something that they don't want to agree especially in a sworn recorded conversation. He started off cursing at me to be begin with. My service was just completely horrible with. His attitude was disgusting and I explained I will take in further hands they way I was treated. Just pure disgusted customer service was provided

I delivered this car by trusting customer who said payment will be here 28th April, 2019. I did not received no payment on this vehicle... I am calling the Insurance company United Automobile Insurance Company, the call center give me an extension # 32237 adjuster name Jeysania Gonzales.
I leave numerous messages with no return calls.
I need payment for this job which was estimated for over $7000.00.
Please look into my problems here. I hope you can resolve this.

I signed up with your company in October 2018. I paid you all 177.06 which I have disputed with the original contract and showing you canceled my policy. I am a full time student and I could have gotten into a lot of trouble for this. Why would you take my money and then cancel the policy. Good thing I sent all this evidence in to my bank. I have a great bank which I have had for years. You people gave no notice at all. Just shut down my policy and took my money. I will be needing the amount of 177.06 returned to my account. I could have gotten in lots of legal trouble due to this companies negligence but thankfully I got new insurance and sent my bank copies of that as well.

Can't get anyone to return a phone call. When I reported the claim I was given the adjuster's name and extension, but I neglected to ask for his fax # (so I could fax a copy of the police report). Hasn't returned four phone messages. I was assigned an appointment for an appraisal at a body shop off Buford Hwy not near where I live. I didn't agree to the app't and couldn't keep it anyway because of a work commitment (and wouldn't get my car repaired there anyway). So I received a robo VM msg telling me to call and reschedule. When I gave the operator my claim # I was immediately routed to the VM of the guy who has not been returning my calls! UAIC's procedure is to have this body shop write an estimate for 1/3rd of the actual cost then mail you a final settlement check (but the body shop would be happy to bang out the dents with a mallet, fill them with Bondo, and spray paint your car with Krylon for that amount). I have three accidents not my fault in 12 years, all by drivers from this horrible company, and have been jacked around all three times. You have to file a collision claim and wait several months for the $500 deductible to be reimbursed. The man and his three sons who own the company, all named Perillo, are corrupt (I'm Italian and so is Perillo) and they stay in business for two reasons: (1.) old man Perillo pays off the insurance commissioner (the most corrupt public official in nearly all states); and (2.) the various states are happy that at least there's a company who will sell insurance to these drivers who shouldn't be on the road and are a grave danger to the public.

I got hit from behind by a hit and run driver in January of 2018. The week after I made my claim the adjuster I was assigned to was reassigned and did not call to tell me. I did not find out until after they had sent a check to have my car fixed and then would not return my calls for an adjustment because the amount they gave me was not enough to cover damages. In the mean time I paid off my car and continued making my regular payments. Fast forward to October 2018 and I needed a void and reissue because I never was able to find someone to fix my car. Now I have to do it myself. It has been 3 weeks now since I made contact with my new claims adjuster and all I have done is send documents to prove the car is indeed paid off. The adjuster is horrible at returning my phone calls. No one should have to wait nearly a year to have their car fixed. I'm so disappointed. This is my first accident and I feel they have taken extreme advantage of me and my kind demeanor. If action is not taken soon my hand will be forced to do much more.

the website has been down
I have been trying to pay my insurance for 3 almost 4 days now. My original agent tried as well and it wouldn't go they due to the website being down. This is crazy. My name is Vickie Holley, your insured name is John Hemphill (policy#08-TXS-[protected]), on april 22, 2018 I reported a claim to your calm department and was assigned claim#[protected] and adjustor name is Elekta Edwards. I have taken my car to Central Houston Nissan and they took pictures and sent Elekta the estimate on 4-22-18. I have called and left messages for Elketa, she called and said she was waiting on statement from her client John Hemphill, but he's not returning calls.
I spoke to John Hemphill in person on May 6th and he said no one has called him from insurance company, I provided the phone number, claim# and Elekta Edwards name as the adjustor to John Hemphill, he said he would call her.
I have been calling since 5-7-18 leaving messages for Elekta Edwards letting her know I spoke to John Hemphill and he said he was going to call her.
I really need to get my car fix before, please have someone email me

I had just found out at Friday October 13th at 6pm that my 24 year old son had passed away, As I was an emotional wreck, 5 hours later at 11pm I send my other son two blocks down the road to go get food from Whataburger and someone that did not have insurance slams into him and totaled my car. I have full coverage insurance but Now the insurance says that because my son was not on the insurance my car will not be covered. And no, my son does not live with me. But the insurance says that it doesnt matter who drove my car if they werent on the insurance they will not cover the my vehicle. Thats BS! Im not done with these Crooks and they have not heard the last from me!
constant robocalls using fake phone numbers
This company robo calls me using fake phone numbers as caller ID of people unaware that their phone number is being used. My phone number was used a couple of times. I get an average of 2-4 calls a day. Each time I check the number on Truecaller it show a private person owns the number.
Today I answered the call, listen to the recording, and opted to talk to someone in an attempt to halt these calls. A live female came on the line. I asked for the company name and location. I was told it was united automobile insurance. As for location she responded we are all over the country. When I asked where it's headquartered, she refused to respond. I told her I receive at least 2-4 calls from this company per day and would like my number removed from any further robo calls as I have no need nor interest. She got snotty. I told her I don't appreciate this company using my number and numerous other private phone numbers without permission to prevent the public from reporting this abuse and/or blocking the continued nuisance calls, now that I had the company name I would be reporting the company. She only responded "good luck with that" chuckled and hung up on me. How can I get these calls stopped? I live in Charlotte and kept my phone number from Arizona. The fake numbers always have 480-233- and then various last 4 numbers. The same as my phone number! Because they assume I'm in Arizona I receive calls all day and night, I even get calls at 11 and 12 o'clock at night, they are constantly waking me up! Because they are using fake phone numbers no matter how many times I block the number the call came from, since they never use the same number twice, I am unable to stop these calls! Please help me stop these calls! Thank you

My vehicle was struck by an undocumented, unlicensed driver insured by UAIG. I have thus far been unable to resolve my claim because UAIG is unresponsive. Their phone system disconnects after I have been on hold for 30 minutes, when someone tries to answer, or when put on hold or transferred. They also seem to have a very high employee turnover. Their current excuse, is that their insured will not communicate with them. I will be filing a complaint with the State Insurance Board and will most likely have to sue the driver.

I'm out $1300 rental cost which by the way my policy does not covers, car note $400 month which im still not using currently the auto body shop is holding my car hostage... United automobile by the way advise I owe $400 on top of my deductible $500.. Reason being my car was stored at the two yard for 3days n the tow ppl had to clean the streets wow so how am I responsible when I clearly release the vehicle to united automobile insurance less than 24 hrs from the time of the accident.. Its not my fault they took they precious time to go get the car... So now im stuck wit a $800 ransom note no pay no car.. All they wants is your money eveymonth but when a accident happens they hang up on you, claims, customer svc and they so call managers... Unprofessional unethical business practice dont use them ever

In early July, 2015, we rented a car from Dollar Car Rental in Bentonville Arkansas. We were there for a family reunion, and therefore did little driving. We had the car for one week. and near the end of our stay, while we were having dinner in a local restaurant, a gentleman backed his truck into our rental car. We were informed, we went outside and exchanged insurance information with the driver of the truck. He took full responsibility for the collision, and gave us the necessary information to secure payment from UAIC. It is now 4 months later, and our attempts at getting UAIC to consummate this claim have been completely unproductive. We gave made numerous calls to UAIC, and their agent always informs us that we can "forget about the incident, because we have full responsibility and will pay it in full". However, not only has no contact been made to the car rental carrier, but the many phone calls are not returned. The agent who was assigned to this claim has been unavailable. We are now being contacted by the rental car company and our personal insurance company for the funds to settle this claim. We have a large deductible and are also being billed for admin fees. We are asking for help to encourage the UAIC adjustors to get this matter resolved so that it is completed with integrity and honor.
