On Feb 3 2016 I went to this store to return 5 items.2 Nike Destroyer M65, one Nike running shell, 1Under Armour Ayton pants and The North Face Mens Jacket. The lady took this jacket to scan and she called 2 Managers Kate and Temur to check on them. The jacket was $29. It took them about 15 minutes to scan the items and they came to me and told me that the price and tags don't match any of the jackets I bought.I was standing there and I forgot to mention that two of the jackets were the same, and they have the same barcode on the receipts and the tags. One of them went on clearance for $69 another one went for $49 because I bought it one week later.I shopped at Tj maxx for 20 years and NOBODY EVER TREATED ME LIKE THAT. I WAS TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL WHO CAME TO THE STORE WITH FAKE TAGS.
THE BOTH OF THE MANAGERS WERE VERY RUDE. I FELT LIKE I WAS DISCRIMINATED AND HUMILIATED. I WAS SO ANGRY AND I TOOK MY STUFF AND WENT TO
ANOTHER TJMAXX STORE WHERE THE MANAGER SCANNED THE ITEMS AND SAID OK TO MY RETURN.MY QUESTION IS HOW AND WHY ARE KATE AND TAMUR ARE THE MANAGERS IN THAT STORE.THEY SHOULD APOLOGIZE TO ME AND SHOULD BE FIRED OR RETRAINED. THEY SHOULD BE TAUGHT HOW TO HANDLE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. I JUST WANTED TORETURN THE ITEMS I DIDN'T WANT TO KEEP.

It is possible the items in question were the same brand but different models than what were showing in their systems. As I explained to another poster, not all chain stores carry the same product. If your return scanned in their system as a different product, then they are right to question it. I am darn near positive they were not insinuating that you were a criminal. I firmly believe that all returns should be done at the store in which you buy it. It would save so much of this type of aggravation. People think a store with a name should carry all the same stuff and can't understand when they don't ad any issues are automatically labeled bad customer service. Honestly though, would you be willing to lose money on something you did not sell?
