Ramada - room was dirty when I checked in bed was unmade and I had to clean and make the bed myself

Room was dirty when i checked in bed was unmade and I had to clean and make the bed myself. I checked in Friday July 26th checked out July 28th. My name is Heather Saint. I would like my money back please. There was no remote to thw tv. You had to put the bar of soap under the drain in the bathtub for the water to go out. No cream or sugar for the coffee.
