Because I have been to this UPS store before and because they charged me to return items to Amazon that my wife said should have been sent for free, I called this time to make sure of UPS/Amazon policy. Have your return papers with you, and the UPS store will return the items. They will package the items if necessary. My wife was correct.
On June 9, 2022, in the morning before 10 a.m., I went to the UPS store mentioned, 542 Berlin - Cross Keys Rd #3, Sicklerville, NJ 08081. Again, the man I assume owns the franchise refused to return my merchadise bc one of the boxes was opened. Once again, he’d do it for a fee.
I went to another UPS store, where my returns were sent with no problems. They said the the first UPS store was wrong. I’ll never get my money back from February, but I want to expose this UPS store for the fraud it is. I don’t know why he choses to give some people a hard time, but I don’t appreciate being one of those people.
Desired outcome: I would like the money I spent in February back, since it was wrong to take it. I would like an apology for the repeated offence. I would like to expose this UPS store for the fraud it is and the unsettling acts it made.

Mailed a package and declared it at a value of 3500 dollars. Package was damaged on arrival at the destination. Submitted all the pics and paperwork to them. They refused to cover the value of 3500 and instead told me to come pick up a check for 200 dollars. Horrific customer service!
Read your instructions! It will have said boxed and SEALED. Shipping is free, it said NOWHERE packing , printing or taping is free
