I purchased on July 12, 2023 Order #[protected] a Sandro Jacket and pants ($404.37). This was delivered by FEDEX on July 17, 2023. However, the delivery driver left the package outside the gate, which is facing the street (against specific instructions given to FEDEX and sign place on gate).
SAKS and FEDEX agreed over the phone that I did not receive the package. After several calls and wait period, I received an email rejecting the refund, claiming that because I did not specifically request a signature for delivery, SAKS was not responsible. Then they claimed that the Vendor was responsible for shipment. Regardless of the fact that I purchased the items online through Saks Fifth Avenue.
Sandro informed me that the responsible party for shipment is Saks.
Needless to say this has been so frustrating. I am shocked about this manner Saks is now conducting business. I have been a faithful customer for years.
Desired outcome: Refund ($404.37 and apology
