Bad Gas
I filled up my car (Chrysler 300C 5.7 liter) at Valero Corner Store #1754 ($37.13 fill up), midday on Aug. 21, 2017, and drove the car home, approximately 1.5 mi. The car sat for four days. On Friday the car had a hard start for a few errands. Saturday 8/26 the car would no start at all. On Monday 8/28. I had it towed to Frisco Chrysler. They are having to replace both fuel pumps, drain gas tank, all lines and injectors. They attribute the damage to bad gas, possibly water induced phase separation. Chrysler wanted to know where I bought the gas in the car and encouraged me to contact the gas dealer to advise.
Charges from Frisco Chrysler will be about $1, 700.00. I am seeking reparations for these charges.

Started towards the very end of May I believe
That Valero crew Is an outrage. We have tried talking to the employees, the assistant manager, manager and the area manager and there has still been no results. That location is supposed to accept mobile coupons but the majority of the time they treat the customer as if they created the coupon at home. There is a banner right above the front cashiers station that says "we accept mobile coupons" yet Ive lost so much money behind the upper staff lying to me telling me they are going to fix the problem. Thats money out of my pocket that I can not get back because you only get 5 minutes to use the mobile coupon. Each employee should be trained to take a mobile coupon if they are trained to use a register absolutely no excuse. The manager actually put my fiance out of the store earlier today because he said "you call corporate on me get out of my store and never come back or Ill call the police" That's harassment and illegal. After one of their employees told my fiance that he doesnt talk to men on the phone because he doesnt swing that way. So because my fiance wants to let you know he just came from your store and the doors were locked when it is a 27/7 store and he was told to come back in two hours...he contacted corporate and they confirmed that there was no reason that location should have been closed yet it was and is every night. Claims of being weary of the loiterers that stand outside their door. The law clearly states and is posted around the entire building that there is no loitering, trespassing, alcohol, hand guns or anything of that nature to be on or around that property yet they close the door on regular customers and threatened my husband that if he didnt like the price he was quoated for a pack of cigarettes and I think a drink which was (29$) that he could leave...The drink was a soft drink not the foutain of youth then he threatened to call the police on my fiance if he didnt leave the store, SO we are trying to take this thing as far as we can to make sure our rights as American citizens are not toyed with or stolen. We have text messages from the entire managment team and corporate saying it will be resolved but their resolution was to try and banned my husband from that store.
customer service
I walked into the gas station don't get greeted ask to put gas for my car and request 40$ back and the last insisted to give me my money she started cussing at me saying I'm a [censor] becasuse I told her the service she provided me was bad with attitude I came in with a good attitude then you made me upset because I ask you for something simple it's your job to provide what a customer needs not cus and treat them like [censor] acting like she owned the store then she was throwing her fist in the air like she was gonna fight me she was a white lady blonde hair tattoos and fat if you don't like your job then find another job I hate miserable people like that why do they get hired in the first place she needs to get fired asap
poor service
The Valero store at 14060 Homestead in Houston is poorly maintained, charges market gas prices, has filthy restrooms, and has poor customer service. I paid for gas and requested a paper towel to clean the gas off my car and was repeatedly refused any service. No windshield wipers, no paper towels, broken or unreadable gas pump screens; just an embarrassing business run my folks who don't care.
Does Valero care?

Terrible service! I walked in with my service dog for only $10 gas and not only did the guy clerk refuse me service (even after the lady in front of me held my service dog outside for me), and he also was yelling at me and called me a white [censor]. A lady who was just coming on shift checked me out for $10 gas but for some reason at the pump I only got 8.70?!? The lady might've gotten my amount wrong and money wrong but at least when I asked who the manager was in the guy clerk told me he was the manager she told me the truth that the manager would be returning in the morning. Not only did this rude man miss treat me but he posed as the stores manager? Many customers approached me outside while I was pumping gas and told me that they will no longer be using that Valero any longer just on based on the treatment I received from that gas station clerk. I prefer Valero over most other gas stations but I will be using Texico by my house instead of Valero due to the poor customer service from the employees at this particular store. I'm very sad that people still believe that they can speak to women this was a grown man yelling and cursing at me for having a service dog. The only reason why he refused me service was to discriminate against a white woman.
false advertising
There is a Valero station on the west side of Date Palm, just south of the 10 Freeway and Vista Chino. It is a very short distance away from an Arco station, just north of it, on the east side of Date Palm. Just south of the Valero station, on the opposite side of Date Palm, is a full-sized billboard, which advertises the lowest gas price around. In fact, the price of regular gasoline at the Valero station has, for some time, been approximately 10 cents per gallon higher than at the Arco station. The Valero station has the right to price its product at any price it chooses, but, to advertise the lowest prices around and then charge a rather large premium to its nearest competitor is false advertising -- possibly, fraud. This Valero station may (I do NOT know) be a franchise operator, as distinct from company-owned.
I do NOT want a response that suggests that the company (Valero) is not responsible for independent owner/operators. The fact is that the Valero name is on the billboard, very big and quite bold. Valero owns this problem, like it or not.
an extremely rude employee
Yesterday day approximately between 3pm and 5pm, I went to the Valero in Hot Springs, store #1781 and I briefly parked so I could use the restroom and an employee by the name of Jerry was extremely Rude and disrespectful and he was making himself intimidating and this makes me not want to use the location anymore, and also write on my blog about it
EMPLOYEE VERY RUDR
neither i nor my family will be using valeros again. very rude manager.
complaining about the cashier at the valero gas station on 1610 fairgrounds drive in vallejo ca. 94589
I was trying to purchase a lottory ticket and as soon as the lady cashier named Eman saw that I'll be paying my purchase with quarters that she's not going to sell me any ticket. And she mention that she don't give a f••• if I complain on her to her manager ms. Isabel Sanchez. Now tell me, don't you gas think that is very wrong to do to turn a costumer down just because he is paying on cheap change?
rude service.. every time
I always go to the valero on Hammerly and Gessner in Houston Texas.. only after hours because it's the only store open in my area. The cashier "Herb" is so rude he ID's me for my cigarettes every time, which I have no problem with at all but he always yells at me telling me he doesn't have them when I'm looking right at them then he throws them at me.. I've even seen him smash a guys hand in the window drawer, then call the cops on him... it's not only me, really why does he work there if he is so angry with his job and doesn't want to give the people what they have come to buy? I have complained in the store during the day, they just say he has alot allot of complaints but for some reason they will not fire him... why? Or why not move him to a different location.. he acts like my money is not good or I'm bothering him by coming there to buy what I need... who's going to do something about this guy by the name of "Herb "? I'm not the type to waste my time complaining about people.. but it's been over 6 months at least..
racially profiled and discriminated against!
I went to get gas on the corner of Bascom Ave and West San Carlos. I walked in and paid for gas and a pack of cigarettes. Upon completion of the transaction I asked if I could use the restroom outside. The employee stated "No". So as I was pumping gas the cashier came out and opens the restroom for a an older caucasian lady. I said to him what the hell is that. He shrugged me off.
I plan on spredding this message to the internet if I am not contacted by Valero.
I see Valero discriminates now against Hispanic males and I will continue to let people know until this is resolved.
I can be contacted via email at [protected]@gmail.com

buying gas
This incident occurred today, 4/29 at the Valero station, 1185 S De Anza Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129 at about 10:30 AM.
Intending to fill up my car with gas, I walked into the shop to pay cash, handing the employee $40. He asked me which pump and I said I wasn't sure. I told him I was parked on the other side of Pump 2--and he said "Oh--Pump 1" at which point I walked back to my car to pump gas. I noticed that the pump stopped working after $15 had been pumped and was about to go back inside when the employee came out and said that there had been a mistake--he thought I had said Pump 3. He went over to the woman at Pump 3 and then he returned inside. I had no contact with this woman. The pump reverted to 00 and I started to pump, filling my car with $36 worth of gas after which I walked back to the shop expecting to get my $4 back. The employee then handed me a $1 bill. I asked about the other $3, naturally, and he reasoned that I had made a mistake with the pump number, and that the woman behind me had pumped $3 worth of gas that I actually paid for. I asked whether the woman (who by this time had driven off) offered to pay me $3 and the guy said she didn't have any cash. I asked him for the cash and he said he couldn't give it to me.
This might seem like a petty situation over a paltry amount of money, but as a regular customer at that station, I would have thought he would have done the honorable thing and given me $3 back. I will never go back to that gas station after being treated in this way.
I would like to be compensated and I would certainly like my $3 back. My contact information is below.
Sincerely,
Helena Cohen.

store condition flooring being removed and covered
As I was walking into the store, I hit a rug that was covering tile that was being removed from the front entrance. In doing so my ankle hit the metal base on the door causing swelling blood and black and blue bruseing. Also My knee hit the busted tile under the rug causing a large abrasion.
I was told that the manager did not like yo take calls on Sunday and no one could help me. I was given het a number to call her myself and for the store the cashier was so rude she said we DO NOT call the store manager for any problems on Sundays. But she would call the police and I informed het my brother is a lawyer and I would have him contact het boss. Currently I can not walk on my left food fue to swelling, there is not one person in your store who even offer a hand to help me. They treated me like i was the problem. The cashier did remove the rug and show me the busted tile. I would like to speak to some one as soon as possible.
Thank you,
Winter Vaughn.

unauthorized credit card charges
Somehow the Valero Gas Station at 15603 7th st in Victorville CA. ran up
$437.91 in charges to my Wells Fargo credit card account within a one month
period. I have never bought gas at any Valero gas station and i have never used my credit card to buy gas anywhere.I always use my Debit card for gas.
This cannot be a SKIMMER because i have never used my CREDIT card to buy gas and my card has never been out of my possession.
Someone at this gas station had to run these charges using my credit card number without my card and i want him caught. I tried talking to the station manager but he would not check into this and he should be fired.
We too had a problem with a charge card. We never lost the card. Instead, someone just tried to use varied numbers and found that ours worked. You don't need to use the card or lose it to have this happen to you.
This company was interested in my credit report
I was a little bit confused, when the company DSRM National Bank made the inquiry about my credit report. I have no idea why they were interested in the report, because I heard about them for the first time. I am a little bit confused and puzzled, because I have no idea what this company is intending to do or planning. Maybe someone has the experience with them and can share some details about them.
lotto ticket scam jefferson & 16 mile rd.
Stopped to purchase lotto tickets. Two female employees and one older man behind counter on Feb 13th. I handed her a lotto slip and also ask for one easy pick. She ran the slip and the man whispered to her to give me this one and handed her a lotto ticket. Good thing I heard him, she handed back my slip and the tickets. The easy pick was a month old ticket they tried to pass off. If I wouldn't have looked at what she handed me, I'd be out the ticket. When I ask why they were trying to give me a month old ticket they didn't know what to say other than that the guy shouldn't be working behind the counter anymore. The other gal was very rude and very defensive. She left in a white car. They knew they got caught in a scam.
Watch out at that gas station. Something fishy is going on.
foul language
Foul language around women said the word pussy while women was making a purchase, one chashier that I don't see there everyday insulted me just the other day for no reason at all, had people that mentioned they were passing out wrong change which happend to me a couple times and thanks for you time hope you can find a solution to this .god bless.
declined checks
For the past nine years, each time I have attempted to cash a check through Telecheck, it was declined even though I knew on all occasions I had more than enough money in my bank accounts to cover the amounts of the checks. I keep calling and calling their toll-free number and am given different "excuses" for why it keeps happening. This company is UNSCRUPULOUS, AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY.

I had taken my used motor oil to this Valero for correct disposal of used motor oil. The attendant inside was very rude and refused to give me his name. I told him it is NY state's law for a gas station service center to take in used motor oil. He told me to bring it home, throw it in the garbage or dump it in my backyard. I told him this is not the right...

At my local gas station located in Albuquerque New Mexico on lomas blvd. Near Louisiana. I stopped to grab a drink and fuel up. As I got in line the clerk was having a discussion with a costumer ahead of me. Only after a small bag and some money was exchanged was I helped. The thing is, the clerk gave the money and received the bag. I didn't really think anything of it until I was asked with a whisper like tone, "do you blaze it". I replied to him that I did not. He made me feel really uncomfortable after we exchanged words. I waited for his coworker, Peter till he came out on a small smoke break to ask his name. After I filled my tank, Ryan came out with a definite underage female. Both proceeded awkwardly to
the back of the store. Point is, I believe drugs are being dealt at my location. Store number is 7600
