Me and my wife purchased a living room set which was comprised of a leather sofa. It was purchased in 2017, and I was convinced by the salesman to purchase the extended warranty for the fabric protection. He stated that even if a knife was taken to the furniture, the extended warranty would cover it. However, when my kid accidentally cut the leather while playing, I was told that the repairs would not be covered. The technician which came out to my home to look at the damage and said this is covered. He said we they will order the cloth and come and fix the same.

After 7 days I received the email from pure promise that the claim is denied as there are cracks on the same place where kid make accidental damage. When I called the company the support people are not ready to listen anything and are very rude.

Throughout this process, no one was very helpful, and My issue is still not resolved, and I have to go through a lot of hoops to get the protection that I paid for when I made my purchase.

Beware of the poor customer service and poor quality of furniture. Not to mention that they will do anything to not have to fix problems even if the appropriate warranty were bought!

Pure promise warranty is a total scam promoted by sales man. While buying everything is covered when you make actual claim they come up with fine print and nothing is covered. Don't ever but protection plan total scam.

Desired outcome: Fixed my sofa or return my protection money.

Pure Promise is a JOKE! I filed a claim 3 months ago, they said I waited too long. It was 30 days. I just noticed the other side ripped and filed another claim, on the same piece, the day I noticed it. Now, they are saying, it's an old claim. NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased my furniture last year 2021 in May. My sales rep at American Signature Furniture told me it was a good Idea to purchase promise to pay. So I did she said it would be 5 years of getting anything fixed, cleaned etc. I spent over 6,000 on a king size bed and a dining room table. My bed broke the entire bed that is. I went on line did the claim on 08/20/2022. My claim was denied stating that I filed the claim 1 day too late. I was told to dispute it which I did. Still denied my kids literally can not sleep on the bed. I called America Signature. No help at all this was a waste of money and seems like a fraudulent company. I will never in my life use them again. And wouldn’t recommend them to anyone either. I just want a refund of this warranty or my bed fixed. I don’t understand why this can’t be rectified.

12/01/22 Pure Promise is pure scam and pure dū à la horse. I work at a senior living facility that consistently dealing with cases of CVD-19. We're finally clear of any cases. I contacted them to schedule an installation of a part that I've had sense Aug '22. I was told that I should have notified them 14 days after receiving the part. My claim was made invalid. No problem, I'll make a new claim. The rep stated "We WON'T service that issue AT ALL because it's been more than 14 days."

Pure Promise is a complete SCAM ! I purchased a sectional from VCF in Mentor and purchased the warranty that was sold with it. I was told with this warranty guaranteed that your furniture would be fixed within 30days of submitting a claim if there ever was a problem and if not able to be fixed it would be replaced. I put a claim in for my couch back in June and here it is September and haven't heard a word from Pure promise. I called to check the status of my claim and was told it'll take 2-12 more weeks for my couch to be repaired. I spoke with the rudest representative by the name of Murrell and I repeatedly asked to speak with her supervisor not only did she refuse me she hung up on me. DO NOT PAY FOR PURE PROMISE IT'S NOT A PROMISE, IT'S A SCAM !
