1 card replaced (mailed). That card Compromised. Dispute #6199398 awaiting emailed over a week for Dispute document this company needs me to sign. I've indicated that I don't want any more replacement Vanilla Visa Gift Cards. Refund my cash money only. Today called Vanilla Visa about the replacement card. Received Thurs. I called to have the card activated. Vanilla Gift Card indicated this card had been compromised. Offered to send a replacement card. I told Customer Service NO more gift cards.
I have a hard time trying to navigate this technology, (disabled and a senior on a fixed income).
I want a refund in cash. My method of payment. Something needs to be done.
Form for the dispute on the cards has not been emailed. Now the dispute is for 3 cards. Poor customer service. Only wanting go back to confirm the number on the 2 cards I reported. Had no update on status.
