I’m homebound ,and in a wheelchair, I don’t have a credit card , and I have no caregiver at this time, so I had received a gift card (Visa Vanilla) for my birthday, 200.00 dollars, on sept 6th, I tried ordering some things on Temu, tried 3 times but it denied it, and I checked if they took them before, I ordered, and it was under 100.00 dollars, so I gave up, I ordered things from Amazon, using most of the money, and it went through with no trouble, I forgot, about ordering a special pillow for a surgery I’m having Thursday so I ordered that separate and it went through, and I though , finally, 12:00 that night I received a email saying to use a different payment , because Visa denied it, I realized, in my hurry, I went 24 cents over my amount! So I cancelled that special pillow, found another, less expensive, and found a cute 5 dollar necklace, with plenty to spare, that was 10 hours ago Sep 11 10:00 AM , I looked at my emails at 1:00 AM the 12th , and they, (Visa): denied it again, ( Mind you they paid for the necklace , but not the pillow! I called customer service (support) and asked why ? They told me that they had FROZE MY ACCOUNT, I CAN USE MY CARD IN THE STORE BUT NOT ON LINE? I asked WHY? SHE GAVE ME NO RESON AND HUNG UP!, I am not able to go to a store , you can’t buy special support pillows in a store, I cancelled that first pillow before I bought the 2nd one, I just sat and cried! I have never even had a card before, I really kinda got confused for a second, and then I figured it out, how dare they, I want them to explain to me why , and let me order that pillow! Please, I don’t need this stress before this surgery! I DESERVE A EXPLANATION! Thanks!
Desired outcome: I want to be able to use my card on line ASAP , so I can buy that support pillow so I can have it for after my surgery!! And a explanation, and a Apology!!!
