Vanilla Visa Gift Card issue
I have contacted vanilla visa gift card about 4 times this week and have been hung up “accidentally” after long wait times and passed around by persons that don’t seem to know how to handle my situation. I’m a public school teacher and received a 200$ Vanilla Visa gift card as a class gift. It was purchased on 6/15/23 at Walgreens in Rhode Island. I have the gift receipt that was given to me with the gift card. When the gift card was opened (it did not appeared to be tampered with), however, there was no security code in the back. I was given a case number dispute claim # [protected] and told TWICE, I would be contacted by the dispute department via email and they’ would send me an email to fill out a dispute form for me to fill out. I’d also have to send pictures of my drivers license, the gift receipt and both sides of the gift card. This is not a problem at all. The problem is, I still have not gotten any email from the dispute department to submit this needed documentation so I can obtain a new/working 200$ Vanilla Visa Gift Card. I’ve checked my spam and junk email and spent another hour calling Vanilla Visa to be sure they had my correct email. They have my correct information. I’d like to have this matter resolved as I have to purchase school supplies for my classroom and new students that started today. I’m hoping to resolve this matter in a timely manner. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Desired outcome: I’d like a replacement 200$ Banilla Bisa Gift Card that works and has a security code on the back.
