overpriced tickets
My daughter purchased 2 tickets for the Weeknd Concert in Sydney Australia scheduled for 2 December, 2017 (Order # [protected]). My credit card was deducted $816.25.
I recently received an email stating that the tickets cost $315.00 each, then a $181.31 booking fee and a $4.95 handling fee. After downloading the tickets, they have a face value of $111.95 and are very ordinary seats for the price I paid.
This is way over the top! The booking fees weren't disclosed to my daughter when she purchased the tickets. This transaction is illegal and I want someone to respond to my grievance and provide me with a fair resolution.
overpriced tickets, not legal in dk
bought noel Gallagher tickets on date 0211.17 for the concert in paris the 03.04.2017. fund out afterwards that viagogo was not the official provider of tickets for the concert. the tickets was also over prices, which is not legal in Denmark. as a buyer from denmark im not interested in support of illegal activities. I dont think that the price was fair compaired to the official price for the ticket. i therefor request a refund
best regards Robert
false tickets-reimbursement
I bought 2 tickets from Viagogo for the 25th of October 2017 for the Paris concert at he U Arena with my credit card (please see attachment).
The tickets where very expensive (89, 9 euro is indicated on the ticket but with taxes the price was finally around 150 Euro for each ticket). On top of it we spent 290 euro each for the plain tickets.
We spent a lot of time queuing in the line at the entrance of the U Arena, to be finally told that our tickets where fraud.
We checked at the information desk to be sure and it was confirmed that we could not enter the show.
We where extremely upset and sad.
To our great disappointment we missed the show that we wanted so much to attend and for which we spent so much money (plane tickets, hotel, concert tickets).
Therefore I ask to be reimbursed at least for the tickets otherwise i am going to follow the legal way.
Sincerely
Vasiliki Emmanouilidou
non sterling transaction fees
I purchased tickets in September for a concert in the Royal Albert Hall, featuring Tears for Fears. The price was £420 my credit card also charged and £12.50 Non sterling transaction fee.
Viagogo were unable to send the tickets.
The card was refunded and I was again charged £12.63
In total I have been charged an extra £25.13.
I would like this amount refunded.
This is particularly galling as I never got the tickets anyway.
Yours Sincerely
Gilly Hodgkinson (Mrs)
tickets to pink in australia 2017
Viago have charged more than they stated in my email.$515, instead have taken $165 from my credit card. Have not stated my seat numbers at concert next july, only row no. Have said I will recieve tickets 2 days before concert. I have read that other people have not recieved their tickets at all, or they were not valid at concerts. Can anyone help. I told my bank, but they can only help if I do not recieve the tickets. They lied about the total cost. They will only offer a refund of half that amount.

This morning I booked 2 x Liam Gallagher tickets for what I thought would cost me £82 per ticket.
After putting in my credit card details, I got confirmation of my order and I was then told my whole order came to 279.55 Euros. I was told nothing about any extra charges prior to putting in my credit card details. I cannot afford this.
I contacted them to try and cancel the order within half an hour of this happening and they are refusing to cancel and refund me.
tickets not received
I booked tickets in July for the Australian Pink Floyd at the Brighton Centre on 27th Oct. I am due to travel tomorrow morning, having booked 2 nights in a hotel, and the tickets still haven't arrived for the concert in 2 day's time. Responses to my e mails have been unhelpful, and I am left with no option but to cancel the transaction. Viagogo have responded to say they do not accept cancellations or offer refunds, even though they offer the assurance on their website that tickets arrive a minimum of 3 days before the event.
ticket prices
I purchased 2 tickets for radio city Live, price on website was £81 each, plus VAT, and handling fee totalling £236. Received tickets today and price on tickets was £28 each. I can't get in touch with viagogo for explanation as to why such a massive fee has been added to a £28 ticket. Such a rip off. I phoned echo arena to be told that viagogo can basically charge what ever they want when viagogo purchase a bulk booking, that is basically ticket touting and should no be allowed. Am absolutely discusted.
£194 was taken from account but ticket was cancelled
Bought 2 x j.cole tickets for £194 .01 on the 22/03/17 the money came straight out of my account the tickets arrived but i had an email saying tickets had been cancelled so i got in touch and was told there was no record of tickets or payment so i sent all relevant proof ... bank statement, tickets and confirmation letter as requested but no one has been in touch or even responded. I sent all proof two weeks ago, i have even sent more than one email and I haven't had so much of a confirmation email to say its being dealt with .
tickets bought for foo fighters o2 london 19 sept 2017
Do not use Viagogo, they are crooks. I paid over £1000 for two tickets to see the Foo Fighters, my favourite band. I was refused entry and i do not know if the tickets were genuine or not. I complained to Viagogo and submitted documents but they refuse to refund me, even though i have proof i travelled from scotland to see them and stayed in a hotel. I will never use them again. I will be contacting the police and my solicitor.
micky flanagan tickets
Hi.. I received an email to say my tickets for Micky Flanagan @ The Brighton Centre on Friday 3rd November were to be delivered on the 18th November and needed to be signed for.
When I got home from work on the 18th November UPS had posted them through the letterbox so no signature had been obtained and my dog has chewed the whole envelope & its content. I have no tickets.
I received a 2nd email from yourselves on thec18th October at 18.18 to confirm my order 8191203 had been delivered with tracking number 1ZX0565R6898057010. Unfortunately, as explained above, there was no-one home, I did not sign for these, they were posted through the door.
I would be SO grateful if you could please read-send or leave two replacements on the door at The Brighton Centre. My mobile number is [protected] if you need to discuss anything further
I look forward to h earring from you.

I thought I was paying £750 for 8 tickets not £750 each! The total amount due was not obscured on the payment page by message telling me to hurry up only x seconds left and y people were waiting to buy. I was harassed into making the purchase without proper time and full visibility to consider what I was actually buying. I have since found out from the Scottish Rugby Union that the true face value of these tickets is only £98! A long way short of the £750 paid. This was not made known to me at the time. I only knew of the total amount when my credit card company contacted me to tell me I had reached my limit. I had no idea how that could have happened and was horrified to see what I had actually been charged. This has caused me so much stress and financial difficulty. I have been totally duped and feel ripped off Viagogo who despite many requests refuse to refund my money. Their website is not clear and does not allow you to look away for a short period of time before the information becomes obscured.
It seems Viagogo have modified their website since me making my purchase and you can now close the pop up messages which block your view. You could not at the time I made this purchase.
I would like a refund.
unethical behaviour
I purchased two tickets to see Above & Beyond at O2 Arena on 4 November 2017. After realising I couldn't make it, I listed the tickets for re-sale on 2 June 2017. On 5 July 2017, I received an email confirming that the tickets had been sold, and for me to upload the tickets (which I did).
Then on 5 October 2017, I received another email informing me that my tickets had been sold, and for me to upload my tickets (again). Presuming that there must have been an issue with the first buyer, I then did as the email instructed me and uploaded my tickets.
I then realise that Viagogo had in fact re-sold my same tickets twice. When I drew this to their attention, they said "you listed your tickets for re-sale twice" and alleged that I re-listed them on 5 October 2017 - which was an utter falsehood. I noted that when I listed my tickets for re-sale on 2 June 2017, I received a confirming email to that effect. I then called on them to produce the same confirming email with respect to my alleged 're-listing' on 5 October 2017 - which of course they could not do.
Despite repeated requests, all Viagogo simply keep coming back with is "there is no glitch in our system".
Consequently, they are now holding me liable for the price of the allegedly re-sold tickets - depriving me of my re-sale funds, and forcing me to incur additional costs.
All of this for something which I never did.
I am utterly heartbroken, it is so much money. How is such behaviour is allowed to exist in the retail world? It is unprofessional, disgraceful, and criminal.
ticket sales
Hi
I ordered two tickets to see Ricky Gervais on the 12th October 2017. I could no longer make this date so I sold the tickets through viagogo (sale number [protected]). Unfortunately there was an issue with UPS delivery and my tickets were never delivered to my addresss for me to send on. I logged this as a complaint with viagogo and spoke to a customer service representative on a number of occasions who escalated this to UPS who were completing an internal investigation.
As I didn't have the tickets to post to the buyer, viagogo said that they would do this for me and ensure that I didn't accrue any charge for not posting the tickets in the timeframe given. I was also informed that I would receive my money for the sale.
To date I have not received any money for the sale of the tickets and I am therefore raising this as a complaint as it is not my fault that UPS didn't deliver the tickets to the correct address and I escalated this at the time.
Please look into this, this whole experience has been shocking and I expect a full refund (original purchase reference number: [protected] and/or money from the sale I made. Alice Carmichael

poor quality tickets for top dollar price
Oct 2 at 5:53 PM
My name is Siobhan Barry and I'm writing to complain about the tickets you gave me for Mickey Flanagan. I spent over £250 pounds in my original purchase almost one year in advance for a special occasion.
N3 was my original seating area just next to the stage, Viagogo contacted me the week of the show to say my seller now couldn't give me these tickets! I was given other tickets and £65 compensation. When I asked if it was possible to be moved as close as my original tickets I was given a restricted view seat N14 at the back of the stadium and no compensation. Our order no was 8230109.
Not only was there a metal bar in our way everyone else around us had spent £37.50 on their tickets!
Needless to say, we are very disappointed and feel we got a really bad deal.
Can you please explain how this happened?
Having chatted to many people about this apparently everyone else seemed to be aware that Viagogo is not worth purchasing tickets with!
Thank you
Siobhan Barry

I purchased tickets to see ocean colour scene in Perth Australia for November 2017. I have not received the tickets and my Viaggo account doesn't show them purchased, however my credit card has bee debited $360.
Please rectify this matter immediately as you have taken the money but have not produced any tickets. This matter needs resolving as soon as possible
Have you had any luck with this? Did you report it to your bank? I am going through something similar now with tickets for a Qld concert

On 8th July I was looking to purchase tickets for Ed Sheeran for 15ht June next year. I wanted to see what to the total cost would be before clicking the ok button but before I had time to review my account the purchase was already made. The tickets advertised were £157 each but ~I was charged £970.85 in total I contacted Viagogo to revoke the purchase but they were very unhelpful. I have since tried numerous times to ask for a refund. In view of this amount of money coming out of m y account I have had to take a loan out to make the payment. I have found this totally frustrating and would like your advise and help with the please.
Do let me know if you would like me to provide any additional information,
