Viagogo booking fee

Hello,
I am very disappointed that I went to the official capital web site to purchase tickets for the summer time ball. they were advertised for around £49.99 plus booking fee. I added my payment details and purchased the tickets. When I got my receipt I had been charged £442.13. Capital site had directed me to Viagogo. I tried to get a refund but it seemed that would only refund the ticket price, not the £292.16 booking fee. At no point was I told me how much the booking fee was.

Viagogo ticket purchase

On December 2nd 2016 I purchased 2 tickets for little mix, for October 2017 I paid £185.92 I was sent an order number with conformation, a couple of months later when I was clearing out junk from my emails, I accidentally deleted it, which was OK as it was still there for me to see, them 19th March 2017 a Severn Trent water main wreaked my home, leaving me to move else where for 12 months whilst the drying out and repairs take place. I hadn't been online checking my emails as other things were going on, but when I did orange fsmail was closing down 31st may2017, I looked in the deleted box to retrieve the details for the tickets, and the had already been deleted, I have been trying to make contact, I have sent a couple of emails but no joy, I looked in my email account before it closed and there's no showing of payment or an order, so I contacted my bank to get proof of payment, which I now have. I can't make this concert now because of what's happened, so need to sell the tickets so I'm not out of pocket. But I can't get hold of anyone either by phone or email. Either send me the tickets so I can sell them or give me a refund.

Viagogo tickets

I have been trying to call you for weeks and have sent numerous e-mails for contact, l sold tickets viagogo and selected these were via e-mail delivery and since found out they are being sent to me by post and was looking to recifty this so l can send them on via ups delivery, l accidentally pressed report a problem and the tickets have disappeared, can you please contact me so l can rectify this issue, thanks Lara Jenkinson [protected], thanks

Viagogo not knowing additional fees

I got 2 Coldplay tickets came to 300 pound as secondary tickets when we went through to payment it didn't add a booking charge on or were we aware. So I ended up paying 112 pounds I was nt expecting. My mum purchased the tickets for me using her credit card and we have already received the tickets. I'm very happy paying more for the Coldplay tickets however would like the 112 pound fee bsck that we were totally unaware of. Reading into viagogo afterwards lots of people have been stung by the same problem

Viagogo melbourne cup 2017

I purchased two Melbourne cup general entry tickets for 80 dollars each. Fees were added without any notice amounting to more than 60 dollars, these fees were only shown after I had entered my payment details and paid for the tickets - no warning was given prior to them taking the extra fees from my account. If I was shown these fees were going to be applied to my purchase there is no way I would have used the service. The fees were extortionate and unnecessary, I'm hugely upset that the money was taken from my account without any indication, I only know the fees were added because they were shown on the receipt!

Viagogo tickets for depeche mode 3rd june

I have contacted a number of times and did originally get a reply which referred me to UPS Ltd website. My tickets never arrived, I was told at a local collection point but they don't have them, kept getting emails saying I needed to collect or they were delivered to my home. Viagogo are now not responding to my requests for where are my tickets. The event has now passed

Viagogo radio 2 hyde park tickets

8th June - my husband applied for tickets via the Radio2 Website. This was the official route to go through and he was so thrilled to finally be able to get tickets. Then I looked at our credit card bill and the confirmation email and could not FATHOM how our £56 tickets x 2 cost £340.53
Nowhere in your confirmation email or in our account with you do you give a break out of your fees. I find this whole transaction completely fraudulent and have raised a complaint with the BBC and a dispute with our credit card company. If you don't refund this immediately I will take this up with the European courts as this is absolutely disgusting.

Viagogo Ticket delivery, India South africa champions trophy

I booked my tickets from India on 24th may vide order no [protected] and was promised delivery by 29th. Got ups message of tracking for likely delivery by 29th may. I have been chasing customer care since 10 days and have not been able to track nor get any answer for my tickets. I've reached London but I'm without tickets or any information. Extremely poor service and seems the company is cheating it's customer

Viagogo All of it!

I made a purchase for concert tickets a couple of weeks ago and everything has been downhill since.

I could no longer attend and so attempted to resell them on Viagogo. I have spent a week trying to do this and eventually I managed to get hold of someone from Viagogo who assured me that they could help. They havent not managed to I called back and asked to escalate my complaint to a manager. I was assured I would get a call back but that hasn't happened either and now Im getting messages saying I am going to be fined £40. I havent come across any service this bad in the last decade.

Viagogo ticket resale

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought some tickets through your website on 30/11/2016 for a Radiohead concert in Italy. I bought them as a christmas present for my partner. Order ID: 8311865. I then had some great news - my partner was pregnant, but this meant that we couldn't go to the concert because the date of the concert is too close to her due date.

Once I found out I could resell the tickets through your site, I put the tickets up for sale on the 28/05/2017 and received an email confirmation. However, when I searched for the tickets as a buyer, I couldn't find them available. This meant that my tickets weren't for sale. Why did this not work? I tried to amend it to see if I could get it to work, but it would not.

I found a buyer for my tickets through social media, but because my tickets didn't appear on your site for sale, I couldn't send them a link to buy them.

I tried to contact you. I searched aimlessly through your website for a contact email, but none was available. I ended up in a loop going from one button to the next, but without any contact address, contact email or contact number.

I did find an email address for 'viagogo press', so I emailed them hoping that some kind person would respond and help. They did not.

I've now received an email saying that the tickets have been dispatched to me (07/062017), even though I tried to sell them. I would have been able to sell them, if your site had worked properly. I'm very disappointed that I was unable to sell them, as I am now €203.1 (£176.5) out of pocket.

The concert is on the 14/06/2017. This leaves me seven days receive the tickets, sell them and repost them to the buyer. This is not long enough. If I'd been able to contact you, I would have been able to tell you all of this and come to a solution.

I'd like an explanation as to why your site didn't work. I'd also like an explanation as to why you are so hard to contact. I had to search google and click on different links to find an email address provided not by you. It was incredibly difficult to find. And I'm not even sure that this email address will work. I'd like to be refunded by you because I believe that your website did not function properly and stopped me from selling my tickets.

I won't be using your site ever again and I will be spreading the word to my friends and family not to use your site.

Viagogo viagogo order id [protected] two tickets for the champions trophy cricket 08 june

The tickets were denied entry at the venue of this cricket match between India and Srilanka at the Oval grounds in London on the 8June and we had to purchase separate tickets . We were told that these tickets were not valid and the officials have given us a letter stating that these tickets are not valid. . I have emailed this to viagogo customer service. I am seeking a refund on account of this incident . The amount is GBP 203

Viagogo I didn't receive my 2 tickets to adele for july 2nd 2017 in london

Hi,
I placed an order for 2 tickets to Adele on 28/02/2017 to the July 2nd show in Wembley. I havent heard anything from Viagogo until now and worried that my tickets won't arrive on time. no email was sent to me that they were shipped and I really need someone to talk to to me in order to understand how can I receive my tickets ASAP.
Viagogo website is very friendly user to book a tickets, but after you booked them, no contact email/phone number or support online is available. it is impossible to reach them.

Viagogo tickets to jenny greene at live at the marquee in cork

To whom it may concern,

I wish to make a complaint to viagogoabout the way I was treated.I wanted to but two tickets to Jenny greene at the marquee in Cork. I firstly was asked personal questions, such as my date of birth to register and was being constantly being bombarded with warnings on the sight, saying there were only two tickets left.
As a result I put in the information needed. Not once, did a summary of the ticket price come up on the screen until the transaction was completed. I was shocked to see I had paid 284 Euro for just two tickets, when the retail price is just €49.50.
I have now received tickets, which are not in my name and would like to return them, as I have reported this activity as fraudulent and the bank have refunded me the money.I do not trust the tickets and would like to return them as soon as possible.I would like a speedy reply as to the address I should send them to.

Viagogo I didn't receive my ticket I paid for.

I didn’t receive my tickets my mail/
The mail company told me it lost and the sender (via gogo) should fix it.
No one answer me my mail / contact form of via-gogo

Viagogo unethical behaviour

Hi, I requested "3 tickets" option for Mark Lanagan concert in Glasgow. The publicly advertised price per ticket was £20 per tkt. So when i requested 3 tickets the price that was shown on the Viagogo site of £61.57, seemed to match the official expected price to pay for the total of 3 tickets.
The viagogo site then set a "countdown timer" with constant "flashing warning" about only 3 tickets left, time was running out, etc.
There was absolutely no chance of taking a breath to think about fraud, hidden charges or even to read through a page of terms and conditions.
The final shocking cost of £257.65 only became clear after payment had been accepted and there was no option to cancel.
I tried to contact Viagogo but was unable to contact a customer care person, only an automated message that had no option to cancel or complain.
I have emailed, requesting they cancel the tickets but have had no reply.
I cannot afford this devastating amount and I am really distressed by your selling method - I feel violated.

I'm sorry to hear this but you won't get a refund, same exact thing happened with me; it showed £575 and the I ended up paying £802ish. I'm reselling mine atm but, there seems to be a problem with that now as well...

Viagogo purchase of event tickets

In Feb 2017 I paid Viagogo $290.00 for two adult tickets to a rugby game, Lions verses Blues to be held in June in Auckland New Zealand. Viagogo sent two children's tickets worth $28 each. When I advised Viagogo that my wife and I could not enter the event on childrens tickets and we had in fact ordered and paid for adult tickets they refused to replace them despite repeated requests.
In effect I paid $290.00 for two useless tickets with a total face value of $58.00
It is very clear Viagogo is a company intent on defrauding its unsuspecting clients every way possible.

Viagogo unethical behaviour

Firstly upon searching via google for Beyond The tracks tickets Viagogo stated in its headline Official Ticket Site. Very misleading as it is not the official ticket site for Beyond the tracks. Nowhere throughout purchase did it tell me I was buying from a third party and the price wuld be higher than the actual ticket price. I have tried to log on to complain but it keeps telling me I have the wrong email address or password which I know I havent. I have tried to contact them by hitting the reset password and help logging in but received no answers at all. There are no phone numbers listed or actual email address to contact them direct. My ticket has come with another persons name on it and it states clearly on Beyond the Tracks website that ID must be taken and entry will not be permitted without it and without your name on your ticket. Essentially I have payed Viagogo for a useless ticket. This is fraud. My Order ID is [protected]. My name is Sally Hanson. Email [protected]@yahoo.com. I paid by debit card. No email confirmation was sent. No invoice was sent. I require a full refund, including the UPS charges. I do not want to have to open a fraud investigation with my bank but will do if it ismy only option to recover my money.

Viagogo sold tickets that were already sold to someone else

Took 80 rear old mum to matinee. Our seats had been purchased by 2 others and theatre could not help us.
Embarrassing, distressing and disgusting service. I have tried email, phone calls, and now sending recorded delivery letter to Switzerland
No goods received so refund should be automatic very poor. Very stressful. Should not be allowed to have online business.

Viagogo charged for ups collection delay

I sometimes sell tickets on Viagogo and recently they seem to have found another way to make easy money. I always send the tickets to the buyer as soon as I have them, via UPS, as requested. In March I sent 2 tickets for a show in November, printed the UPS forms and took the envelope to my local collection point. Viagogo have charged me £30 because there was a delay, according to them of 96 hours for the customer to receive the package. I cannot see how this is my fault, or if it makes any difference as it still got to the buyer 6 months before the event. They have now done this to me four more times and just decide to take £30 off my paypal account whenever they please. I have complained about this several times and asked to see the evidence but they say they can. To me this is just theft. It's impossible to get through to customer services/make a complaint. Needless to say I will not sell any more tickets through them.

Viagogo tickets priced wrong.

Hi to who it may concern.

I'm writing because this is a complete joke. I as you can see I was charged £599 in November which was a shock as the tickets was only I thought as listed £219 so to be told I owe £599 was a joke anyway. I complained back in November about the price. We have only just received the tickets and the tickets are priced at £85 each. That's £170 for two tickets. Why the hell was I charged £599.

I want answers asap before I go to the complaints board!
