duplicate ticket purchase
I've bought the following tickets (order IDs 9675896, 9720201) for my Mum's birthday.
The transaction email I received said that this transaction has failed ie ID 9675896
I therefore went on site and repurchased via order ID 9720201
I was immediately called by the credit card company who quoted both transactions as successful.
I'd be grateful if you can refund the latter transaction please

Received confirmation and email with reminder and ticket download link 3 hours prior to concert.
Drove 3.5 hours to venue, was told the ticket was fraudulent and that the venue/ticketmaster had informed ViaGoGo weeks prior to the event.
I see a refund is processing, my complaint beyond that is to obtain coverage for costs incurred for a wasted trip. Given they were aware it was fraud they should have informed me weeks in advance not send me tickets on the day!
I spoke to a seemingly helpful guy however I believe I was being fed lies.
I thanked him for the refund and asked to speak to a supervisor regarding other costs.
I was told that he was the only person working, in Ireland at 4am and no one else... yes apparently one lonely guy in Ireland answers everyones calls and he didn't want to wake a supervisor up. I have never heard anything so preposterous in all my life.
Disgusting company how they are still in business is beyond me!

I bought tickets at around the 4th of february! Firstly I wasn't informed about the £30 booking fee so that was rediculous! Then I unclicked the box for secure delivery which was an extra £9 or so but still got charged. I am now finding out the tickets were on sale for £23 originally and with all the add ons I ended up paying £104 to then be told I can't get a refund. After this I waited and waited for my tickets which were for a performance on the 29th march. My tickets only reached the depo on the 27th march at 10pm. I then waited in all day for them on the 28th to be told they'd missplaced them at the depo and I had to drive to get them myself otherwise I wouldn't have got them until the day of the event! Viagogo gaurentees 'secure deliver' which I did not receive and didn't receive my ticket until less than 24 hours before the performance! This has cause me and my partner a lot of stress time and money we haven't got just for a pair of tickets! I am deeply disappointed and angry and I think I deserve some compensation! I have been so worried about these tickets all week and you have no customer service team to ring and this is the only way to get in contact with yourself! I request an email back about this matter. I had a listing on the site that showed it was sold on Friday, 3/17, but received no email saying it was provisionally sold. When I checked over the weekend (3/18-3/19) the site no longer showed it was sold. Then when I checked the site again Monday morning, 3/20, it is stating it recently sold again. I have screenshots with a timestamp showing both dates where it states it sold. My ticket never sold, and I’m concerned that I missed at least 2 days of potential buyers viewing my ticket if it shows as sold when it really wasn’t. My listing # was [protected], it was for a concert in Newark, NJ, on 3/24/17.
I reached out to Viagogo through their toll free number, but couldn't get through to any agent. There is no live chat available that i could find. And, I tried 3 different email addresses found online, all of which have come back undeliverable. 1st attempt was on 3/20 with email: '[protected]@orders.viagogo.com'. Received undeliverable on 3/23 saying 'relay access denied'. 2nd attempt was on 3/27 with email: '[protected]@sviagogo.com' and received "Bad destination host 'DNS Hard Error looking up sviagogo.com" message. 3rd attempt was also on 3/27 with email: '[protected]@viagogo.com' which returned an automated email saying "This email address is only to be used if we have requested you to send an attachment to us." and pointed me back to their website customer support section that has no email or way to ask a question, only FAQs.
This is extremely poor customer service, not being able to ask a question regarding a listing on their site (via phone, chat, or email) and I still have no idea what happened and why my ticket was listed as sold for at least 2 days when it wasn't. I am requesting some sort of reimbursement for days lost for this sale (which was a week before the concert and tickets in same area/section were being sold very quickly on this site and others for fans wanting to get a ticket).

I bought a ticket to see Andre Rieu concert on 23rd March 2017 in Nottingham. I paid £ 228.25 for the ticket in section B on floor seating. Viagogo promised to send their customers a paper ticket who bought tickets in section B, but they failed to do so and only emailed them an e-ticket.
what is worse is the e-ticket they emailed me is not in section B I booked, but in section E in which the ticket are cheaper, in this way they still can sell my ticket with a high price to other customers for reap fabulous profits.
Viagogo cheated their customers by hook or by crook. When I bought my ticket through viagoro, it said ‘there is only 1 ticket available in section B, but when I checked it yesterday again, there were still 3 ticket available, this is cheat and serious fraud.
Viagogo charged all their customers £9.95 for the paper ticket delivery, but didn’t return the full refund of the postage, but only refunded £4.88. I rang them on 20th and also 21st, their explanation was that they had to tax on the postage. This is totally ridiculous. Just think how much they ripped off us in this illegal way!
Viagogo are frauds, they cheated their costumers by using illegal methods.

Purchased 2 tickets to adele recieved tickets in some else's name and we paid two and a half times what the ticket was worth. Was told tickets were in row D at Etihad on sunday 19th 2017. I order tickets and paid for them when putting in delivery address I put the wrong house number which I didn't realise I had done until I received email to say they had been shipped. The house number isn't valid so the tickets have been sent bk to viagogo I know this as I went down to local post office and they say u revived them Monday ! I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from this company whilst tracking and receiving a ticket which I purchased on 13th March 2017. The ticket did not arrive before I left England to fly to Ireland despite being assured that it would. Having tracked the package I realised that I had omitted one letter from the postcode. I immediately contacted your company and informed them of the error. I was assured that the tickets would arrive by noon the following day and my daughter arranged for courier service to deliver them to a friend's home in Ireland.
The ticket did not arrive and when I tracked it again, despite being given the correct postcode, the ticket was now in Germany. This was now on Thursday with the match due to be played in 48 hours. Once again I rang your company and after having been put on hold for over 20 minutes I was told that someone would get back to me with details of an alternative ticket.
I heard nothing from Viagogo for another 24 hours. During this time I made several more phone calls, and was each time put on hold and given no further help. I finally received an email on the morning of the 18th, the day of the match with the details of an alternative ticket which could be collected from a hotel in Dublin.
My experience of the entire service was poor with a lack of communication or advice. My trip to Ireland was spoilt my anxiety and the lack of certainty about attending the match.

I have recently bought 2 tickets for Good Mourning Mrs Brown as a Christmas present. The original price quoted (value) was approx £500, but when the tickets came they were only £26. The only description was 'tiered seating', but from the price I expected they would be good seats. They are actually in block 12 row YF so a very long way from the stage!
I am extremely disappointed and feel I have been ripped off as it turns out I could have bought better seats for a lower price from ticketmaster! This is a complete rip off and their charges are extortionate, but you don't see what they are until you purchase the tickets, you only see the price per ticket you are paying. By the time you realise how much the charges are it's too late as you are committed.

I was advised my tickets were sold and there was nothing further I had to do. On the day of the concert I was told the tickets were cancelled as I had provided the wrong tickets. Then I received another email that it's was a problem with the buyer. Then another email I didn't upload colour tickets. Now you have taken $400 from my account. I have now list over $1000.00 and there was nothing wrong with the tickets I uploaded

I ordered tickets for the Jamiroquai concert from viagogo. The next day I received the tickets via email where they had someone else's name and a considerably cheaper ticket price.
Since reselling tickets in this way is against the law I would expect a full refund from these activities and for the website to be shutdown.
There appears to be no way of getting in touch with the to rightfully demand a refund. What do I do?

Hi I'm really dissapointed with your service, with the 4 tickets I purchased for the Orlando City Football Match.
I have tried to call you on the US number and that is not working. The event is just about to start and now I'm out of pocket $600 this is just unfair.
I have used your company before more than once, and I have had no issue.
If this was the first time I was using your service I wouldn't use it again.
I followed all the instructions on your emails on how to receive the tickets but I couldn't receive my tickets.
The event is just about to starts and I have been in my hotel concierge for 2 hours! Trying to download and receive my tickets.
Also your so called HelpCentre was no help, it said " Sorry! Either there are no orders on this account, or the timeframe submitting this query has expired" so
I expect my money back, as I did not receive the tickets.

funds overdue and no payment proof
Viagogo said they have paid for my sale on 8 January 2017 and asked me to check with my bank to locate the payment.
But I haven't received any funds, and the bank cannot locate any payment from them - I have asked for proof of payment but they are unable to provide that. The help centre is useless as they never responded my email within 48 hours, and they only give standard answers saying they have paid but NO EVIDENCE PROVIDED.
And there's no way you can call them and get this sorted. This is really annoying!
