I had $724.99 in credit with Vivid Seats. I used the Vivid Seats App to order tickets that totaled $980.26. The app showed that the $724.99 credit was applied to the total to bring the new balance to $255.27.
I charged the $255.27 balance with my credit card. Once the card was processed it showed that $980.26 was charged to my card. It should have only taken the balance of $255.27 and not $980.26.
I immediately called Vivid Seats customer service and they said because it was processed, they could not refund my money.
I ordered the tickets on the Vivid Seats App to use my credit. The app showed that the credit was deducted from the total but once processed it took the full $980.26 and did not credit me the $724.99 as shown.
I did not agree/authorize Vivid Seats to charge my card $980.26. I only authorized them to charge $255.27.
I called my credit card company and told them the situation and they stopped payment. This did not settle well with vivid seats, and they cancelled my 724.99 cash credit that I had from a canceled concert. They refused to let me use the credit. This cannot be legal. I have called many many times over and over and I get nowhere with them.

Desired outcome: Allow me to use the credit or refund my money.
