I ordered a $6000 vivint home security system on 8/21/2023. The installers showed up 10 minutes after I signed contract. I cancelled contract 2 days later after reading of numerous lawsuits and customer complaints. I cancelled contract and removal was scheduled for 8/30. Technician never arrived & never called. I had to reschedule for today 9/1/2023 8am-12. 5 calls later, he was delayed and now he would be here before 2pm. No show for the 3rd time! Tech still hasn't shown up to remove the system. He has not called once. I have taken off work two days now and waited at home unable to do anything else.. Ive made 10plus calls to customer service/loyalty team.. I was put on hold more times than I can count. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold over and over.. They said the supervisor would call me back, when I asked what was his name.. The answer was"well there is a bunch of supervisors, not sure who will call." so he wasn't speaking with a particular supervisor at all. This is absolutely unacceptable!
Desired outcome: Immediate removal of security system.
