According to ups, my item arrived vpost usa on december 5th, 2012. To date, I haven't received my item. When I called vpost customer service in singapore on december 8th, they told me that my item should be recorded in the system on december 10th because holidays seasons. However, I didn't hear from them so I called again on december 11th and they told me a different story. They asked me to send invoice and ups proof delivery to them via email which they sent after phone conversation. I did send them the email with pdf file (according to their request) proving that my item arrived. I sent email to follow up on dec 12th, they replied back that they received the email but there was no attachment. So I forwarded the email right away, and called. Again, they insisted they didn't get the attachment. The 3rd to 10th email sending to them were included other external email addresses which all of them confirmed receiving attachment. But every time I called vpost, they said that they couldn't see the attachment therefore they couldn't act anything or to track/locate my package! Is this ridiculous? Today, december 15th, I still haven't received any update from vpost.
I am not a first-time user but this vpost is wasting my time, my phone call, and money. All vpost users, please be reminded of this useless, ridiculous unprofessional service that you may encounter in the future. This is my last time using vpost service.
Vpost has terrible customer service, they can only give copy and pasted answer. They will never try to solve the customer issues, tracking of packages not possible and all sorts of nonsense.
I'm facing a same problem as you but you are luckier at least you can speak to them. So how the case end up?
I am facing same problem, and Vpost may lost my parcel and what did they tell me? ? The proof of delivery is signed by USPS person. Anyone has heard that silly thing? Proof delivery signed by RECIPIENT not by sender.
I already engage CASE for a help anyone can advice what to do? Seem VPOST try to get rid of the responsibility.
I faced the same problem with their customers service!. They are one of the worst logistic company i ever use. My items just got lost! Ups indicated items delivered but I never received it. Tried contact them several times but useless. I submitted my proof of document and wait for their respond but in vain. They never get back to me despite of chasing them. They don't use their brain to resolve our issue. Their reply is robotic. I got so sick of speaking to a robot. ! Value of my item is expensive and I don't know what to do now.
