Walgreens Prescription

My doctor faxed in a prescription shortly after 1:00 this afternoon to Walgreen in Green Bay WI on the corner of Baird and E Mason streets. We stopped to pick it up at 8 tonight and it was not ready. WTH is wrong here? This is absolutely the LAST prescription I will ever have filled at Walgreens again. You keep this kind of service up and your company will be leaving Green Bay again. There is NO excuse for this. You were not busy in the store at all and surely not where the prescriptions are picked up. Very upset with your company!

Walgreens Store manager

I went in and applied for a job at Walgreen after the interview process I was hired. I then caught covid-19and I lost my car so i informed the store manager Heath west. when I was able to get transportation I reapplied at first he told me that I couldnt apply because I was a no call no show and I wasnt but he said because that is the way that he terminated me that I was not eligible for rehire. I called Corporate and they said that I was eligible for hire and to apply for the job. I did and heath called me in for an interview. When he did he called a shift lead to come in for the interview went we got into the office he started discussing me having Covid in front of this person who I didnt even know. I was so embarrassed that he was discussing my health with a fellow employee. After all that he told me that he was going to give me a chance and I better not let him down. I told him that I had to give a two-week notice and that was fine. he never told me what hours I was working or where. I cam to the store and tried to have a conversation with him and he wouldnt even look at me nor would he answer my questions. There was a shift lead there that can vouch about this. He told me to come back and when I did He told me to wait that he needed a witness before we could have any conversations. So he called a lady by the name of robinto come be privy to this conversation. i have never been violated firt with my health condition being exposed to others then to have this guy talk and treat me the way that he did. I called him back later and told him I felt that he disrespected meand violated my privcy rights. I was told that was Walgreen's policy. I amnot threating with alawyer but I feel like my Hippa rights were violated. Can you please contact me to discuss this?

Desired outcome: This man should not be in a management position I know that sound harsh but i was humiliated and treated very rudly by a man that didnt seem to care about my privacy.

Walgreens I Have Had It With My Local Walgreens.......

I WENT TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED.

1.Your system is always down

2. Local drive thru always closed

3. Always out of meds now

4. Rude pharmacists

5. Lines are always Long.

6. Hate going Here now.

7. Cannot get a hold of anyone now to ask about side affects. Potential dangerous.

Desired outcome: 6. Just have the meds and be nice and answer questions that could be life or death......

Walgreens Customer service

I was looking for a specific medication at the local store. The web page showed that there were none in the store, but just to be sure I called the store and they told me there are "lots of them in the store". Upon arrival, there were none.

This is nonsense. If your people cannot even handle one simple task as this, I now understand why the shelves are a shambles (including plenty of expired products), shelf price tags on the wrong products, the store is dirty (especially in the cooler) and the overall attitude of the workers basically sucks, often treating the customers as antagonists.

I wasted my time, and don't plan on doing so again in the near future

My Doctor prescribed another Insulin for me since my sugar is running in the 590-630 range. They have been out of stock for 2 weeks. I called today and they said your insurance does not cover that item. But they could give me another insulin that is the same. Why did they wait until I called them to tell me this. Walgreens Pharmacy

Went to Walgreens Riverside, CT to pick up my prescription. I was greeted by a sign of the pharmacy gate stating it is closed. It indicated a pharmacy in another town was open. I asked an employee when the pharmacy would be open. He said “probably Monday!” That was Friday! I think I have to change pharmacies. This situation is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Open the pharmacy 7 days! At least clearly communicate at the entrance the closure and anticipated opening.

Walgreens The pharmacy

I just came from the pharmacy three times trying to get my medication for the dentist appointment they prescribe me amoxicillin and Percocet first they said they Medicaid wasn't approved I called the dentist they said I'm active so then I get my Medicaid number which I already knew by heart but she said that I wasn't in the system so I go home again this is the second time get everything that I need the correct Medicaid number was only missing one number off and then I brought an ID then when that goes through they say I need a $6 copay but the lady that black girl at the register had a very bad nasty attitude and they're telling me that I need to calm down when I'm the one that's in pain they don't know what I'm going through I expect them to do their job and I told the girl if you don't like your job then you need to find something else to do and she can't call me bro I said girl I'm not your bro so of course words was exchanged but she walked away from the counters acting like she wanted to fight me banging her fist tell you bro hey bro you better get her bro I said I'm not your bro girl and then the other lady that assisted me had an attitude just as well with her and tried to tell me how to talk to these children that worked at the pharmacy at this Walgreens I told them I'm not your child don't talk to me like that everybody deserves respect and there was very very disrespectful and I would never go to that Walgreens ever again they're a bad bad attitude people and then because they have my address on file she probably going to come to my house to finish me off so I feel scared intimidated they have all my information and didn't even serve me services because I didn't have $6 for my medication I didn't know I had to pay a copay for Medicaid but the way they explained it to me was rude

Walgreens Pharmacy staff

My husband get his medicine filled at this pharmacy every month and every month we get attitude from the staff at 821 west esplanade ave kenner,la 70065 this morning 4/16/2022 whom ever was working the drive thru had a nasty attitude with him something needs to be addressed with the pharmacy dept at this location as this was not the first time they act like they doing the customers a favor if it were not for us they would not have a job there if they dont like working there they need to quit

I have been a customer of Walgreens for many years. However, the Walgreens Pharmacy in St. Charles MD on High St is a ridiculous one. Walgreens Medicine

I worked at Walgreens from 2008 to 2021 as a pharmacist. When I started we had lots of help and lots of product, meds, on the shelf. Over time they cut hours, pay and product on the shelf. This made the customers have to wait longer and made errors from overworked pharmacists and techs more common. The licensing authority, Nebraska Board of Pharmacy, does nothing about this except slamming pharmacists who make errors with fees, fines, censure and legal actions by the Nebraska Attorney General's office. Walgreens usually walks or pays a little hush money to people or their survivors. My divorce attorney said he defended Walgreens and was on retainer still, and he was surprised a big lawsuit about overworked Walgreens pharmacists all over the country harming and killing patients with errors has not happened yet.

They do these practices to increase quarterly profits. It is the leadership's fiduciary duty to bring in the money and they do it well at the expense of the customers and taxpayers who fund many drug insurances. I could go on and on about things like Walgreens used to have its own medication distribution system where they quality controlled and contracted from suppliers. They traded this for a system where they farmed out the job to a subsidiary company that buys from the lowest bidder. This poor planning leads to shortages and sketchy suppliers which leads to stuff like poisoned pills from China being sold by Walgreens to you and those you love.

Desired outcome: I would like Walgreens to be more responsible and to stop being able to pay off government oversight.

Walgreens Poor Customer Service / Worst Walgreens I have ever been to

On Monday, April 11, 2022, at 6:59pm I made a call to the pharmacy of my local Walgreens located at 1930 Kings Highway, Port Charlotte, FL 33980. I was checking on my wife's Rx and requested of the automated answering system to speak with the pharmacist. I was on hold for 13 minutes with someone picking up the phone twice and twice placing it back on hold. I drove to the store. I was the only person inside at the pharmacy counter, two other customers were shopping in the store, one car was at the outside prescription pick up. I purposely left my phone on so the clerk could hear the hold music. I paid for the prescription and drove home. Along my ride home there were at least two more time that someone picked up the phone and placed it immediately back on hold. After 26 minutes someone finally answered. I asked why the long hold and was immediately lied to. He told me that they were extremely busy. I challenged him on this lie, and he again claimed they were extremely busy. I asked for the store manager, and he told me he was the pharmacy manager. I again asked for the store manager. This time the phone was not placed on hold, but after a brief pause, I was told that the store manager was not available. Of course not! This store constantly leaves you waiting in line even when there are several people in the pharmacy. If it wasn't for the fact that my health insurance requires me to use Walgreens, I would never set foot in the place. An absolute disgrace and without a doubt the WORST WALGREENS IN AMERICA!

Desired outcome: Fire the entire staff, start from new. Restaff the store with people who are willing to do their jobs.

Walgreens Pharmacy employee / pharmacist Ronnie

I went to the Walgreen's in Cocoa Beach, FL to pick up my subscription that my physician called into Walgreen. I was visiting my son and I'm from Pennsylvania.

I have used Walgreens for many years, and I am in the data base. My subscription was 3days early, this was a emergency refill do to the fact my handbag was stolen. This medicine is Xanax and I am fully aware of the laws concerning controlled substances.

The pharmacist refused to refill my medicine (permission from Doctor & insurance company). She called ME a drug ADDICT and humiliated me. She can check the data base and see that I'm not a drug ADDICT. I am a 68 years young woman who has a medical condition. I had to explain the Florida law to her that she is permitted to refill this medication on a emergency basis, so the patient has time to see there doctor. She began to become more angry at me and said she was going to report me to drug data basis and red flag me as a drug user. This is against the HIPPA LAW and she is being untrue. She isn't my doctor and knows nothing about my health care. This Ronnie is an awful person, unprofessional and she was threatening me. She doesn't belong around customers with her attitude and making accusation.

Walgreens for client attencion

my name is maria Reyes,I live near the pharmacy 90-01, Sutphin Blvd Queens NY,11435. I had OTC card .Today 4/10/2022 at 2:00 pm I went to walgreens , whent I had to pay the cahier who attended me bullied me because the account

was $82 dollars and OTC card only covered part of it , I had to pay $13 dollars

explain to her check the product no cover otc,someone come to the register

and we started. She began to pressure me telling me that was going to pass on the product , if I din't have money to pay until, I told her that if she din't start,the result was tha you had to pay a difference of $11 dollars .

without me haven money to pay for that . and I am also worried and embarrased because she complain to GOD

I don't know what make , she did repeated "oh my GOD ".

and the next person to pay is laughing.

Walgreens Pharmacy

Same meds for years. Not even controlled or rare.

Every. Single. Time. I go to refill, they either lose my script, claim I never called it in( Even though I get 5 calls a day telling me its ready - when it never is) or claim my insurance won’t pay this month as its ‘too early’ even though it’s not. Recently, they kept telling me there was no refills. After my Doctor chewed them out I had to have my insurance company call their manager to explain the meds were already paid for as they billed but never filled.

They are rude, incompetent and are clearly using a system they don’t fully understand. I shouldn’t have to argue each time I go in. In every instance they’ve been wrong and have never once apologized. The idiot manager actually had the nerve to tell me he didn’t just get chewed out by my prescriber, even though I could hear the entire conversation.

I just switched pharmacies and will hopefully never enter a Walgreens again.

Desired outcome: None. Never going back

Walgreens Pharmacy staff changes

The last week of December 2021 I attempted to get a controlled substance filled. The new pharmacy manager attempted to take only 90 tablets when it was written for 120 tablets. What was going to happen to the 30 tablets that I would not receive. I told her I wanted what my doctor ordered, and she stated she would not fill it. I have been filling the same prescriptions with Walgreens for over 5 years.

I went with mail order, and it works out great, none of this you have to call, we are out of stock, we have to call your doctor.

Walgreens lost about 75 prescriptions per year from 3 family members.

Desired outcome: Fire the new pharmacy manager, the pharmacy worked better without her.
