shoes i've returned.
I've returned 2 pairs of shoes that were poor quality and have not received refund. Cannot even get a call back or email answered. One email that i did receive said refund would be in wanelo credit. Well that's not a refund, that's a credit and the sellers page says refund. Regardless, I have not received a credit neither. I've also repeatedly email one of the stores about the shoes I received not matching the photo. Again no reply. I don't feel that I should pay return shipping for a misleading photo. Highly doubt I'd ever get the refund anyway. Very disappointed in Wanelo's customer service. The entire company is a scam! Now I don't have the shoes or the refund.
The company used a fake picture that didn't match item and now will not respond to my attempts to contact for a return. Also I shouldn't have to pay return shipping since company purposely deceived me. I have called wanelo multiple times and emailed to no avail. I've ordered from three separate sellers through wanelo and all three will not refund my money. This company is a scam and should be shut down.

I placed an order on wanelo a month & 1/2 ago & it never processed. I contacted them requesting a refund and they refused, stating that the order was ‘processing' & therefore could not be canceled. after many more emails on my part and no response from them other than at first I was able to contact the seller directly. She informed me that waneli was demanding her to refund THEM so they could refund me, however wanelo holds sellers payment for 30 days after confirmation of delivery in case the purchaser returns or wants a refund! They scammed me & tried to scam her! The seller since removed her items from wanelo due to their shady and illegal policies & i am now trying to have my bank charge back the payment they kept.

Wanelo refuse to refund & its their fault. I was sent jewellery I didn't order and what was sent was from a luxury brand but is obviously a fake. They refuse to refund when they said they would. Then they said they would issue a credit which I don't want as I think this company is a scam, now they refuse to reply to any emails. I am left with an item that looks like it cost $1 to make yet is meant to retail for USD$2500. It is clearly is not the real deal, but why would it be when I paid USD$120?
The item and the brand packaging is so fake its insulting. I just want my money back. They can take the item back. I don't want it. This place is a scam.
seller sent me a blank envelope and not the goods I ordered
I ordered 2 items from this seller (TrendGift1) (Order Number: [protected], Order Number: [protected]), (Tracking: UD477575642CN) The Chinese seller sent me a blank envelope on 03/21/2018 with the wrong buyers' name addressed on the envelope. I believe this was done to make the WANELO system believe that they sent out the products I ordered when they actually have not.

I was trying to see about free shipping so I clicked on a picture, not knowing that it would pull my money off my card which was $68.94, I called and even emailed over 10 times!leaving voice mails but Noone ever contact me. I ordered 2 smart watches for a Samsung phone, I ordered them about three weeks ago and said the expected delivery would be November 23 through the 29. but when I go and check the progress of shipping, it say still in transit. I've never had a problem with wanelo, I've ordered 6 things off the site and this is the first time I've ran into a problem like this. I'm not very happy and if something isn't done about this I'll be ticked even more. you should have an option on how fast you want the shipping and charge more or whatever. if I don't receive the items, then I want my money back. I almost ordered them from a different site, but I didn't because you guys are great about stuff, but now I regret my decision. either i receive the 2 watches or I want a FULL refund. I won't order off the site again if this problem isn't fixed.
will not communicate to process a refund!
I have been given the run around for over a month after returning an item that didn't fit and arrived WAY after the stated delivery. Back and forth emails, rando requests to send a picture of the problem? WTH!? Worst service. Should not be in business. One number doesn't work and the other is just an answering machine. Awful. awful. Am still waiting for their dispute department to process my return but if they treat every customer like me, I'm in a very long line.

I have nothing good to say about this site, they gave me a hard time and I will not buy from them again.
I bought a prom dress and the one I received was so small and tiny that it did not fit. If, for example, I would have got a bigger size dress I would fix the problem by going to a local tailor. But! It was small and there was no way I could change that.
The final straw was when Wanelo refused to help me and refused to exchange or refund. Now I'm stuck with something that is completely useless for me.

very bad company, avoid!
I had a very bad experience with Wanelo. I made my order it received it seven weeks later. While I was waiting I tried to contact Wanelo many times about my order status, but they did not reply. I had absolutely no idea what was going on and there was no tracking number.
Since no one replied I left several negative reviews online and later opened a dispute against Wanelo.
Recently I got contacted by someone from Wanelo, they said that I need to delete all the reviews and my report, otherwise they'll sue me. Are you kidding me?
They try to make me a bad guy even though the whole thing was their fault! I will protect myself till the final end!

On 10.27.16 I ordered an item from Coolness Vault, one of your vendors. The item I received the vendor ordered from Amazon.
I sent the item back UPS to Coolness Vault, the address Theo from Wanelo told me to mail to. The place is vacant.
Therefore I am stuck with an item that I did not order and paid way more than the item really cost.
I feel Wanelo should be able to protect the people purchasing from their site so they feel safe to continue to order.

very frustrated
I ordered a dress back in January and it's still processing! It is now March and I have no idea when or will I receive my dress! When I contacted Wanelo customer service I was told that the dress I ordered was no more in stock so I have to wait two more weeks. I have sent out numerous emails and asked them to cancel my order but no one ever did that! I'm extremely frustrated with the whole situation! Horrible company!
ridiculous customer service
About two weeks ago I ordered a very expensive dress and paid over $100 for it. Their website shows that my order was not shipped yet and is still processing. Information on their website states that shipping usually takes 10-20 business days. I've contacted Wanelo so many times and no one ever replied. Something fishy is going on and I'm afraid I just lost $100! Very poor customer service, I'm extremely disappointed and will continue to report this site. These scammers should be shut down for stealing peoples money!
awful experience
Long story short. I made an order in early January, and they processed money out of my account very quickly. Later I received a payment confirmation email and my tracking number. Everything seemed fine, noting suspicious. So, one week passed, then two weeks and now it is February! I received nothing yet and I doubt that I ever will. I contacted Wanelo customer service many times and received no reply. Do they even have a support? I am very disappointed and disgusted at the same time. Well, you just lost a customer and I learned a lesson. I have enough of these scam online shops. I'll better go back to the local stores and spend more money, but at least I'll be sure I'll get what I paid for.

I ordered some items and I was so excited to receive my purchase. Unfortunately, three months passed and I received nothing yet. This was the first time I used Wanelo so I had no idea what the problem was. I contacted customer service many times but I received no solution to this problem. The last time I contacted Wanelo, I was offered a refund. Two weeks later still no money and no product. I'll be leaving negative reviews and complaints everywhere I can. I want to let people know how horrible this company is. I am extremely disappointed!
wrong item received!
It was my first time ordering something from Wanelo. I had read many reviews about them before purchasing and actually thought that Wanelo is a trustworthy site. But I was so wrong! I bought a suit back in December. They charged my credit card right away. But I never received any confirmation emails and never got my tracking number. While I was waiting for my order to arrive I was quite nervous, but it actually arrived yesterday. But when I opened the package there was a completely wrong item! Not even close to the item I ordered. I ordered a suit and they mailed me a dress! Well, Wanelo just lost a customer!
