Salty Food
On April 12/2021 at 21:57 my husband and I pulled into a drive through at a Wendy's restaurant located at 1124 Chemong Road Rr#1 Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.
I ordered 2 Dave's triple combo and 1 Baconator meal. As I was placing my order, each time the employee cut me off short and said, second window and turned off his mic and another employee was cursing in the background. We felt like we were rudely interrupting something and we have no right to be there to bug and order food, inconveniencing them at their workpace...
I asked to have all meals replaced with a poutine instead of fries. I got 1 order of poutine instead of 3 and the employee refused to replace it. he said that is what I ordered and payed for. There was something wrong with the Tap on the debit machine and he was getting frustrated and annoyed and kept telling me to go to a bank machine, he cannot complete the transaction. but, he kept pulling the machine away from my phone so the transaction would not complete. The employee kept laughing at something as he and his co worker bagged our food. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. I never got my receipt or a thank you or a come again. We pulled over to check our food and it was unbelievably salty. Our french fries were just saturated with salt. it was disgusting. this clearly was not an accident, if it was they never would have served us the food. Our dinner was waisted, we had to go somewhere else. we did not wish to return to that restaurant ever again.

on 04/07/2021 Wendy's 2600 Martin Luther King Blvd Dalton, Ga. went thru drive thru ordered 2 #4 Chicken Sandwich with mustard no mayo, got served a hot spicy chicken with mayo and ketchup and cold fries . told server at window fries were cold she grabbed a bag and opened it quickly and slung fries in it and handed it roughly to driver around 12:30 . Called the manager and told him order was wrong he gave his name and told us to come back and he would make it up. We did go back that afternoon and ordered the same meal receiving our order fries were so cold they were limp, chicken was tough (over cooked), bread was so soggy that it was no good. Meal was a waste of money. This was the worst 2 meals that I have ever purchase from any Wendy's. Sorry for the complaint but what if every customer received food like this. Wendy's would not be Wendy's anymore. Thank you.

Dined at a Wendys in Buford GA-actually drive through. Wife brought the "meal" home for lunch... Let me say this... over 40 years in advertising and marketing. I know photoshoots of food are carefully prepped, set, staged and shot to "look" delicious and desirable. Yet... your delivery based on what we perceive from your menu listing and what we receive-ALL CUSTOMERS receive is less that advertised and it continues to be an issue-so much that I've taken the time to post on your FB page, lodge a formal complaint here, post on Linkedin, and so forth. When will fast food companies like yourselves begin setting the standard for TRUTH IN ADVERTISING, or will it take the $15 min wage proposal to hire people to deliver on your glorified ad promises... Apple pecan salad
Apple pecan salad,
I have bought hundreds of these salads they are very good, tasty and healthy. The problem I have is when I buy a half salad I get 1 pack on pecans and 1 pack of dressing. So when I buy a full salad I still get 1 pack of pecans and I get 2 packs of dressing. I know I am supposed to get 2 packs of pecans with a full salad. I am wondering where all those extra packs are going and corporate should be wondering the same.
Desired outcome: No one should have to ask for their second pack of pecans ever again.

I came through the drive about 12:30-1:00 i had ordered a baconader combo it didnt have any ketchup or mayo like it is suppose too have. Was very dry and fries were cold. I get it its suppose to close soon but they could have at least but the right ingredients on the Berger and to where it wasn't so dry. Was alittle upset i get the fries will be cold at this time but my Berger nahhh..they didnt care...

A couple weeks ago my husband and I went through the drive-thru at New Lexington, Ohio Wendy's and ordered 2-4 for 4s, one plain and one with lettuce, tomato, and light mayo.( door was locked) took it to the drive-thru window One of them was so saturated with grease it wasn't fit to eat! Bun was even soaked with grease, along with the wrapper, just oozing! I took it to the window and the rude attendant said I'd have to bring it inside, wasn't allowed to open the window. Remember, the door was locked, but low and behold, front door was open. This attendant asked what was wrong with it, and I told her. She grabbed it, threw it in the trash and told another worker it was greasy, make another one, and said to him, "go figure"! Very displeased with the service, the attitude, and overall experience! Will not be stopping there ever again! Not accomadating whatsoever! Very rude attitude and very poor quality!
I was charged $24.12 on my charge card But only recieved 1/ 3 of my order & recipt said $12.37
I ordered my food from your web site, I asked for 3 Baconators & 2 Large Chocolate shakes. When the order came it only contained 1 Baconator & 2 large shakes. By charge card was charged $24.37! I called the store (1560 Rt. 23 North, Wayne NJ 07470 & was told I only ordered 1 Baconator & 2 shakes & recipt say's $12.37 . Why was $24.12 taken out of my account? I was over charged by $11.85.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the money that was taken off of my charge card. For the $11.85 I was over charged.
Poor Product
I am from Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Wendys on Coshocton Avenue just finished remodeling there store on Coshocton avenue within the last 90 days. Since the re-model I have been through the drive through multiple times and have yet to get a burger that has been cooked. EVERY burger was slimy on the exterior and raw on the inside. I have come to the conclusion that you no longer have the ability, at that store, to produce the quality of sandwich that I have become quite satisfied with for many years. I have complained at the drive through window multiple times and have even asked to have the beef patties re-cooked . Truly awful quality. I went through a Wendys down in Portsmith Ohio last week and they still know how to make a sandwich. Unfortunately I have lost faith in your Coshocton road operation and will no longer be dining there. I will also make sure I tell everyone I know how poor the sandwiches are.

my frosty and she did give me one but acted hostile. i am as nice as i can be to anyone in
customer service. I was in the hotel biz for many years, and know how difficult the public can be.

I was told I would have to come inside if I wanted it. I told them I am handicap and couldn't walk. They were very rude then and still refused to let me have my order at the window.

Please change the Chocolate Frosty back. It is a fluffy unflavored mess. Why mess with a good thing? I just don't get it. I am craving one but will never get the new formula one again as it is terrible. You really are misleading customers by still calling it a Frosty.

Today 2/22/21 approx. 2:15PM, my wife and I attempted to enter the Wendy's located on 109 in Lebanon, TN to place a order for take out instead of using the drive through as their is a sign in the window stating dinning room open for pick up on line orders and to go orders only. BUT the doors were locked.
This was a big disappointment to us, and it made us mad when the sign says one thing and you don't own up to it. This is bad business.
