Wendy’s worker at canon city, colorado location

Autumn Korn, a worker who knew my boyfriend and called him a "little [censor]" and said that he couldn't use the soda machine jokingly but It was very unprofessional and caused me and my boyfriend to be very upset with her. It was very unprofessional and I work in the food business industry as well and I've never once talked to a customer like that. Even if I directly knew them.

Wendy’s managers & the location in belton sc

They buy cheese from ingles, they don't work with people other schedules, they always have the same person working on the grill and dressing the burgers at the same time, under staffed . They never have chili made, there first shift employees don't stock for night shift. They need all new management simple, teenagers also call out of work cause they wanna go to a football game or shopping with their grandmother . They allow their employees to disrespect customers, I'm so extremely unsatisfied with working there and being a customer there. They also allow there employees to sell a 10 piece with 5 cold nuggets and 5 just came out the grease hot nuggets as the 10 piece that wrong something needs to be done with you belton location

I want to shear a life changing story with everyone who cares to read this testimony. Blank atm cards are real and are effective all over the world. my name is [williams pascal] i live in SPAIN . I got this card from [MR OSCAR ] a month ago. this card has really help me pay my debits and now i am free from all financial problems. I no this is hard to believe, but i never new there was this kind of card until i got one. This card withdraw more than €6000 daily and it is very easy to use. But you have to be very careful in other not to be caught by the police because it is illegal. Wendy’s baconator fries

I was craving some baconator fries or should I say my baby was craving some. I order a son of a baconator, baconator fries with extra bacon and a large coke with lite ice. When I opened my fries I had less than a half of piece of bacon and no melted cheese on my fries. My cheese on my sandwich was not even melted (it was cold) barley any bacon. My drink was full of ice, I maybe got less than 10 sips out of it.

Wendy’s got my order wrong

So I'm having these crazy craving and I ask my husband to go get me a number one medium with a fresh lemonade! He gets home and no fries and the quality of the meat horrible! So I called and the lady was very rude and was like we are close already and I told her my situation and she argued instead of apologizing! This took place in El Norte parkway in Escondido California! Her name was Adriana!

Wendy’s poor service and quality

I went to a wendys location in Rochester MN today at 8:20 pm and ordered the new chicken tenders couple baconators combos 4 frotys extra large fries for my kids to go besides i waited 23 minutes for my order to be fulfilled she almost forgot my tenders, the tenders were really cold and old the fries were awfully dark and soggy and the burgers were merely warm they didnt even gave me a receipt of it and they didn't apologize for the delay i neverd had such a bad experience in a wendys before places like that one makes me even not go there anymore or not even recommend it to anyone i feel like I spent the worst 31.92 in my life for a meal for my kids and myself they should put a better manager and employees to run that store for myself i would never go to that location ever again...

Wendy’s ordered a wendy's salad and paid for extra blue cheese and did not get it

I am very angry. I just visited Wendy's located in Valparaiso Indiana (Wendy's, 2211 Morthland Dr, Valparaiso, IN 46383)
And got a apple pecan chicken salad i asked for something extra (blue cheese) and paid extra for it. I complained that they didnt give it to me and felt ripped off. They claimed they put it on the salad, which i was basically paying extra for nothing because there is supposed to be Blue cheese on the salad. they were rude to me, argued with me, and claimed that they did give me extra which they clearly didn't and laughed when I asked them to fix it. I am so mad and feel disrespected as a customer. They pretended to put more on but they didnt and took it inside for ten seconds and threw it back at me all bent up and proceeded to laugh at me with the MANAGER BY THEIR SIDE WATCHING THE WHOLE TIME. I usually get treated rude for asking for some extra blue cheese which isn't that hard to do, but this time I just couldn't handle it and I'm really pissed off because who ever runs that place doesn't think the customers opinion matters and allows workers to be rude to the customer.

Wendy’s service at the front counter.

I want to start by saying, Wendy's is one of the only fast food joints that I eat at due to the quality.

I went to Wendy's on Cleveland and Moorland in New Berlin, WI Sunday Nov 12th for lunch. I conveyed the fact that I had gotten mushy tomatoes the last couple times and asked if she could check to see if there were any firmer ones for my sandwich. I do understand that sometimes mushy tomatoes are just a thing. So when Joanna started to say "to be honest with you..." I thought she was going to tell me they were just mushy right now. Which she did, but it was the next comment that rubbed me the wrong way. She says to me and I quote, "this is a fast food restaurant, and your not going to get the best quality.. hun". I was quite shocked. I get that you are working the counter at a "fast food restaurant" and you my not care so much about your job. I've been there, wendy's was my first job in highschool. Maybe when she said not to expect good quality she also meant the customer service? I am slightly concerned about returning to this location. But, my spicy chicken sandwich did have nice tomatoes this time. Thank you very much for listening to my complaint.

Wendy’s fries

I ordered fries. NOT A VALUE FRY. TGEY GAVE ME IT IN A BIG FRY CUP BUT THE QUANTITY OF A VALUE FRY. The other fries were well made. This to me is unacceptable and not good for business. They took advantage of my money. This is a waate of money and time. This is also not the first time either. They somwtimes mess up my order too! The fries had not even been touches until I picked up the fries. This is why i have a complaint.

Wendy’s horrible customer service

I visit this wendy's on Friday November 10th through the (drive thru) at 3610 N Western, Chicago, IL. I've waited over 10mins! Just for my order to be incorrect. So I decided to come in. The young lady at the register seen I had a problem so she stopped what she was doing to assisted me I explained to her my order was made wrong and that I came from the drive thru. She called the person at the drive thru also the manager and they both continued what the were doing and completely ignored her! So she fixed my order and apologized. The Management SUCKS THERE!

Wendy’s caesar salad

Been eating Wendy's caesar salads for years but now they have changed. First of all they have added tomatoes...on caesar salad, really? Then the cheese is now in chunky chips and has no flavor. Twice I was not given any croutons and tonight when I asked for some the girl rolled her eyes and handed me a bag of them. Where are the bacon bits? Lord, my salad is gone and the impostor is a poor substitute. Hate it. Will have to try another source for my Caesar salad. Sorry you changed a good thing.

In regards to tomatoes, I just ask them for no tomatoes in the salad. It's not that rare for tomatoes to be in a salad.

Wendy’s mary the manager

Wendys exit 7 Bristol va,
Mary baker, I'm an employee & she literally took me off schedule for two weeks and said i did NOT bother to contact her, which is a lie. She wrote me up twice saying I didn't have a doctors note which is a lie because I do. I had told her I had personal problems going on that I needed a couple days off and she texted me going off on me. Last time I checked its not professional to talk to me the way she did. They wouldn't let me write a comment on my write up sheet because she didn't have time.
I asked to work more than 20+ hours because everyone on schedule has 31+ hours. In an employee, I will NOT be talked down on. In a good person and work hard at the work place and still get downed, All the employees there need to learn their manners and watch how they talk when a customer is there! I will NOT work in a BAD ENVIRONMENT. When I ask for Jeanies number they refuse to give it to me because I tell them i need to talk to her about the work environment.

Wendy’s drive through lunch

Today I decided to treat my employees to lunch at Wendy's Rymal Rd. And upper Ottawa St. In Hamilton Ontario I ordered 3 double cheeseburger combos large size with cokes and one triple cheeseburger combos with Coke. After bringing the order to work. I discovered it was an entirely different order. Several times I tried to call the store and have the problem solved but had no answer. Now I'm out close to $50 and have a group of unhappy employees.

You picked up an erroneous order, brought it to work, and then called to complain that the order was wrong?

What did you expect them to do over the phone? Deliver you a new, correct order?

Have you ever eaten at Wendy's before? They don't have employees who are in the business of visiting customers and correcting their orders. It is upon the customer to check the order is correct before leaving the restaurant. If it is not, the restaurant will rectify the mistake.

Leaving with food, and then calling a fast food restaurant and demanding that they deliver you new food is a bad decision because they would never do this. For a number of very obvious and basic reasons

Wendy’s food

Good evening,
I purchased 2 Jr. Bacon Cheese burgers and a large chili at the Wendy's located on 3525 North 5th St Highway, Reading, PA 19605... Understanding that is late and the quality of the food will not be the same as it is when it is freshly made, I am still very disappointed for the poor quality of the food I purchased. To start the Chili was not even warm, I could tell while eating it that it had been sitting outside of the warmer for a while. Both Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers had burn bacon in them, the meat was cold and the bottoms of the burger buns were very hard, almost as if the buns were old. Needless to say, this was a very bad experience for me. This is not the quality I expect from my local Wendy's.

Wendy’s harassment at wendy's

I am writing on behalf of my daughter (Angela) who put her notice in at the Mansfield Pa 16933 Wendy's restaurant, due to harassment from Management. No one should have to put up with verbal or mental harassment in a working environment or anytime as far as that goes. Her immediate supervisor, Mandy Ridge is the one harassing all the employees along with my daughter, however Jay Haug, who supervises everyone was well aware of the situation. Mrs Ridge has been suspended because of her actions in the past. I feel compelled to inform you I have retained Legal counsel to look at our options into this matter. I am also making a formal complaint to OSHA in regards to the working conditions at that facility. The verbal abuse is unacceptable and intolerable.

Wendy’s order

I rarely get fast food but when I do are usually choose Wendy's I want to the Wendy's restaurant in Burnsville Minnesota off of County Road 42 address 2101 West County Rd. 42 ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. When I got home to eat the dinner I got half of a patty of meat on the Burger, instead of the two I should've gotten on the burger. Also I found that I had numerous hairs in my fries. Normally I wouldn't go as far as the complaint or anything but this was so bad that I felt like I should let somebody know that's all thank you. Wendy’s cashier/ drive through operator

We recently had an issue with an employee at the the Wendy's at 16601 NW 57th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33014. She said her name was Mary or marylan. She gave us a lot of attitude and was very rude taking our order. She was also ignoring our order and we had to repeat it multiple times and I don't think customers should be treated that way. Please get this resolved as soon as possible thank you

Wendy’s numerous incorrect orders at drive through window

Nov. 5, 2017- 6:05pm. ordered 2 single hamburgers. one with no cheese, no tomato, catsup, mustard, onion. received - tomato and no catsup or mustard.
#2 - ordered with cheese, catsup, mustard, no tomato - received tomato.
Now the only reason I report this is because within the last 2 weeks we have visited this same drive through and had similar issues. they never get an order correct! last week we ordered a large chill and the container was only half full. prior to that ordered a large taco salad with extra sour cream and we got a small taco salad with no sour cream. actually, I am only reporting a few of the many errors we have experienced. this location is in serious need of new training or new management. will be sure to not visit again and to be sure all our family and friends know of this.

This November 4 2017 I went to place a order, and I there was a line in front of me, it was 11 pm at night when I started to wait before I placed my order around 11:20 I placed my order then 11:30 I pick my order, this is totally unacceptable this is a fast food restaurant, and it's not right I always buy food at that Wendy's but it's going to be my last one ☝️ I have never been so upset till this day! It sounds like this was one isolated negative experience. They could have been having technical issues or had a staff shortage (or just had really indecisive customers). You could be a little more understanding. They don't really need to do anything for you. Additionally, 11:00 in the evening is usually a busy time for them where I live. If I see a long line I often may choose to get food somewhere else.

Wendy’s double stack and fries

When I arrived I ordered order was made promptly but I'm highly dissatisfied in the food I received the double stack was the size of a small burger and the fries were cold and they didn't have the drink I wanted in either coke remix machines . To top all of that off the customer service wasn't all that great either I just don't plan on eating there at all period.

Wendy’s raw chicken sandwich

Hello. My name is Cindy, I went to a Wendy's location in riverdale, MD on Tuesday 10/31/17 and I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a salad. The chicken in the sandwich was raw and cold. I couldnt go back and say it was raw and cold I had just gotten home from a long day at work, so I called the location and spoke to the manager and stated what was wrong and she gave me attitude, & said " we cooked the chicken good " I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me and did not offer any apology or refund. I asked how can we resolve this issue and she said " there's no issue and hung up" i try calling another Wendy's company yesterday and told me to submit a complaint.
