On May 30, 2017 I attended Wendy's Restaurant in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada #[protected], 650 St. James St...receipt #[protected]. I ordered a son of baconator combo and asked the person serving me to give me a water instead of the soda pop that came with it as I didn't want to drink pop...but was willing to pay the full combo price. The girl handed me a tiny small glass of water...I said that I wanted the same size glass as that came with the combo...just didn't want pop in it. She said she was only allowed to give water in the small glasses. I again explained and argued with her that I had paid for a combo and to just put water in the combo glass instead of pop. She again said she wasn't allowed too. HOW STUPID CAN SOMEONE BE! Finally gave up arguing with her as she just couldn't see my point. Is this what our world has come too...people truly cannot think things through logically. Can't believe I had to argue over such a senseless request! WATER...REALLY!

When I pulled up to the window the girl was talking about me to another employee saying she can't stand me it's something about me she don't like. So she handed me back my card and slammed the window shut. When I got my food she just handed it to me without saying anything else. Usually if someone else was there they would tell me to enjoy or have a night day. Looked in my bag for a receipt so I can do a survey on her and wasn't given a receipt. She definitely doesn't need to be working there after the experience I just had!

The staff was very rude the mangers are very rude yelling at the other crew members is really rude if she doesn't wanna work here she should've stayed hom bad service it looks like the team member was under a lot of pressure the front was busy not cats on driver thru the manger and other staff members was gossiping in the corner like wth is this Bree was very helpful
spicy chicken
I've never written in or complained about service in my life. I'm an easy customer. Today, my spicy chicken has a fraction of chicken. It's pretty much just a fried sandwich. I've noticed for the past few years the chicken portion has been declining. Now, it's getting to an insulting point. It's not just a today, and not the cook. It's on you guys. And for what's it's worth, after spending $35 I did not get my fries with my meal. I can forgive a mistake like that but your almost $5 spicy chicken that offers no chicken is insulting. spicy chicken sandwich was uncooked
As of last night 6/10/17 I have now had 2 sandwiches that were not thoroughly cooked. I figured the first time was just a spoof being fast food an all but now I see it as a problem not only for me but you as a company. I feel you should address this matter fairly quick before somebody gets sick from eating raw chicken. They also kept getting the order wrong and took us 30 minutes to get our food while we were in the drive through.

I went into the restaurant with the expectation of getting a grilled chicken sandwich and a baked potato with butter. When I walked up to place my order i told the clerk I wanted a chicken sandwich, she pointed to her computer monitor. Then I said I wanted a baked potato with butter, she didn't know what butter was, or meant, because she couldn't understand english. Then I just said to forget the potato and just got the sandwich. The when I ordered an unsweetened tea and asked for sweet n'low, she didn't know what that was.
As I left the counter with my food, I noticed there was milkshake on both the wall, and the floor. In the dining room, there was food on several tables, and on the floor. No effort was made by any employee to clean anything the entire time I was there. When I was leaving, I tried to get a refill of my tea, and no employees were even visible, no clue where they were. I will not be returning.
It's a little ridiculous that my order can't be taken properly at my local Wendy's. There should be a cashier available at all times who can speak english! Inexperienced, and untrained staff should also not be left at the front. Serious management problem at the place!

I'm a regular at Wendy's in Chicago Heights IL, I've always ordered the #7 sandwich. 1st problem is they closed early at 11:15pm on 6/7/17, went back on 6/8/17 and told the cashier and she didn't care because she had a terriable attitude, and last night pushed me over because I decided to buy the meal and not only the cashier didn't listen because she tried to charge me for a medium but not only that my food was terrible, bacon was burnt and my fries look like they were found in the back. I'm very disappointed because I'm pregnant and this is what I crave, something needs to be done. The morning crew shouldn't be the only one that provide fresh food and customer service.

I went to Wendy's and I wanted a large frosty so I orderd one but they told me that they were done selling frostys for the night so I said ok and was fine but when I picked up my drink and tried to take a sip the whole drink fell everywhere in my car because the lid was not on properly then I ate a French frie and it was as very dry I am a frequent customer of the Wendy's near my home and was very disappointed when I stopped at the Wendy's in Metairie it's a shame that sevice is not consistent

We just ordered from your North Myrtle Beach, SC location. It was by far the worst experience we've ever had. To start, our meal wasn't right. I ordered 4 $5 meals. The Apple pies were forgotten, the fries were soggy, cold and undercooked and the burgers were so overcooked and cold it was chewy. We waited more than 20 minutes for us to get out fries which doesn't make sense. The fries should have been fresh but they were the complete opposite. Also, we had to wait so long 3 cars behind us left! Your business lost business! Considering my bill was over $25, it should have been right! We will not be returning to your store and we will be telling others about our experience.

I was dissapointed to find that your menu does not have many vegetarian/vegan options. In todays society there is a growing demand for more options including vegetarian and vegan and I think it would be beneficial for you and your customers if you came out with a vegetarian chili. If you need resources to back up this wise decison i recommend the netflix documentary Cowspiracy and How Not To Die. Both are great reflections of the new health conscious minds today. Thanks
salad condiments
Today I tried the new Strawberry Mango chicken salad. The salad was not as expected but it killed the hunger. One of the condiments to the salad are Honey Roasted sunflower seeds; i decided to save them for a snack later. I got to work and went to open the package and there was a strip of blue plastic in the actual package. I am happy I saw the plastic before I started eating because there are not too many place I can spit at work. Also I decided to look at the expiration date and the contents are also expired. The expiration date is March 30th 2017, today's date is June 8th 2017.

I am making a complaint about one of the managers of the Wendy's in port orchard Washington off of Lund and bethel avenue. I walked into the Wendy's to order my lunch before heading back to work and I noticed one of the managers treating one of the employees in an unprofessional manor. He was yelling at her in front of customers she tried to get a drink of water and he said she couldn't. That she was not aloud to have water until he said she could.. saying she sucked and said until she got better he would continue treating her like a child. In my opinion she was doing a very good job and she was fast she was very professional and a great asset to your guys company.

My mom went to the wendys on the corner of her house on kellis next to la gran plaza mall and she accidentally gave them a 100 and a 10 instead of a 20 and a 10 to pay for a 27 and some change order they gave her 3$ back but when she got home she noticed a 100 bill missing and she went back they told her they had no 100 bills in the register of course they don't they took it for themselves I am so mad she bearly told me about this today Thursday the day it happened was Sunday I hate when people take advantage of older people and i know you all can recheck cameras I will be happy if the two white females working that night will get what they deserve

I paid almost $8 just to return five minutes later because I had to remind them that I asked for no bacon on my chicken sandwich. Then I went to eat my salad the next day to find some of the lettuce had already browned a little!
Not only did my cashier mess up my order and ruin my condition to not eat any pork, but they gave me a bad salad. I love Wendy's but this one store messed it up for me. Unacceptable!
I would like a refund, at least, for the salad I'm not going to eat.

On Wednesday June 7th 2017 at 6:47 p.m. I went to Wendy's restaurant #[protected] at 774 Montauk Highway Center Moriches New York 11934..
I ordered 4 different things at the drive-thru, one of them being a junior bacon cheeseburger with extra pickles, that totaled $10.38...
In the second to last bite, I bit into something hard, and found two pieces of some foreign material in my food which resembles either bone or plastic... I am unsure which..
Attached is a picture of the receipt and of the two pieces of whatever it is that was in my food...
Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at Wendy'sdot dot dot I'm hoping to at least be reimbursed for my purchase..

On Tuesday evening, June 6th at approximately 6:10, I visited your establishment to order what I thought would be a quick stop for a salad. Unfortunately, my visit to your restaurant left something to be desired.
Upon entering the restaurant to order dinner (a taco salad) while on a 30 minute break from nursing school, I found an entire lobby full of people. To my surprise these individuals were not waiting to order, but in fact had already done so and were waiting for their food. I decided to take what I thought to be the quick route and order a salad of which your employees mainly just had to pull from a refrigerator. After waiting 10 minutes following ordering and paying for my order, I requested my money back from the manager of the establishment, explaining nicely to her that I had a short amount of time for lunch and that there were still 4 customers in front of me waiting for their food and I could not wait any longer. Your manager rolled her eyes at me and then rudely refunded my money without even an apology.
During that 10 minute wait, I viewed employees that were unaware of the situation in the lobby, either by choice or by chance. The food prep people in view of the lobby seemed to care less that your customers were waiting and moved slower than I think I have ever seen food prep employees move in a fast food establishment. I also saw the interactions of your employees and your manager with a woman when they attempted to explain to her that the baked potato that she ordered was not going to be delivered to her because they had run out. The customer was initially very nice about the situation, but your staff turned the whole situation around and made it look as though the customer was wrong in front of about 20 people. Your manager, once again, was extremely rude to this woman and in refunding her money, offered no apology and presented with body language and facial expressions that were uncalled for regarding the situation. As the customer, I would have taken a very different stance if I had been treated the way I viewed her as being treated in front of all of those people.
Having been in food service for over 25 years from every aspect from cashier to management, I understand that issues arise and that sometimes instances will occur when customers wait longer than expected, you run out of prepared foods, etc. but the scene that I saw at your establishment this evening left a very bad vibe with me and the other customers around me. I have always enjoyed visiting the Wendy’s restaurant chain but after tonight will reconsider my next visit to your establishment.
I hope that you will take my information seriously and know that on this evening you had many unsatisfied customers. The conversation in the lobby while I was there was not pleasant. As a manager and business administration major originally in school I know that negative presentations regarding your business are very hard to overcome. I am hoping that in the long run instances such as this will be avoided and that your business is able to return to the high standards that a customer would expect from the Wendy’s chain.

I worked at Wendy's in Hayward and the staff members are rude and show discrimination to other employees. They hired their own family members and they don't even do anything. They constantly speak Spanish while the other employees don't even speak it which is rude because we don't know if they are talking about us or not and they are rude to their customers. They are very unorganized and they don't train the new employees right and the mangers there have bad attitudes.

No one has contacted me back from this text I sent 3 days ago. I waited in the wendy's line on cypress gardens in winter haven florida for over an hour just to get to the order machine (Where it took the lady an additional 15-20 mins to acknowledge that I pulled up to order) to be told that the frosty machine is "down". So I waited an hour in this line to be told the lazy workers already cleaned the machine & didnt feel like making any more frostys close to closing time. I am pregnant & that's the only thing I ever crave. Every single time I go to that wendy's an employee has an attitude or [censor] like this happens where unfortunately the thing I want is "out of order". If the employees are too lazy to make something or just don't feel like working, I know there are plenty of people out here that are jobless or would like a second job. It's a shame that you keep employees there that constantly make y'all look bad. An hour wait time because someone can't answer the headset. Each car in front of me waited 10-20 mins to be acknowledged at the order box. So I know for sure i'm not the only pissed customer tonight who waited, trapped in the line because cars are behind & in front of me just to be served the way they served customers tonight. Horrible service! Always! So instead of spending my $10 with you, I had to go to your competitors and spend $15. Bad on your business because of lazy workers.

I order the 4 for 4 meal with large fries and the container of fries was filled about the level of a small fry. I frequent the location I go to many times per month and was very unsatisfied this time. I have order this same item from this location multiple times and have never felt like I was being shorted before. I love to eat Wendy's and they have great food.

My husband and I are traveling and stopped at a Wendy's at, 1725 Winchester Rd, Memphis TN. It was so dirty! There was a dead cockroach on the counter where you pay for your food and I knocked one off the chair by a table. We did not notice the roaches until after we ordered and paid for our food. We knew we were in trouble when the gentleman next to us was told that he had to order something else because what he ordered was bad and asked him to choose something else. Then they came back and told him that what he originally ordered was available. My husband ordered chili (that is his favorite meal at Wendy's) and they said they were all out. We finally ordered then while waiting for our order we saw a container of dirty water with a dirty rag sitting on the counter along with the dead roach and the filthy French fryer also the workers didn't wear gloves. I'm sure the board of health should shut that place down. We decided to leave and didn't ask for our money back we just wanted to get out of the dirtiest Wendy's we've ever been in. That's a bad name for Wendy's, the other couple saw us leave and they had just gotten their food, the gentleman was afraid to eat his meal since they said it was bad to start with. It will make me think twice about going to a Wendy's while traveling, especially since we lost the money we paid for our meal.
