bad customer service
I went to go eat and was not able to wash my hands
I complained to the cashier, she told me it was fixed and still was not able to wash my hands
I told the manager, the cashier asked if I wanted to wash my hands in the sink behind the counter, I said no and asked for a refund
They continued to help other customers while I was standing there
If I couldn't wash my hands how were the employees washing there hands ?

I had sent my brother up there to buy some food for my big family. At 5740 Broadview Rd Parma Ohio 44134. And the food was not what i expected! Im actually surpised. Because i always get great food from this restaurant. He had orderd 4 jr cheeseburger deluxes 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers 2 are plain and Baconator meal. (All the fries were cold and old) All the meat was pink inside! It was cooked on the outside. But pink on the inside. I had to reheat these to make sure we didnt get sick. Also i ordered 2 crispy chicken BLT NO CHEESE (for myself) but i got cheese on them.
I just would like people to know about whats going on at times in the restaurants

I went to Wendy's this afternoon because it had been awhile since I went there to eat. This is the Sterling, ILLINOIS restaurant. I ordered 2 4 for 4 with the doublestack. My bottom buns were so soggy they were disgusting! This turned me off from visiting your restaurant again in the future. Something needs to be done with this situation. I want to go again but I will not waste my money doing so.

Hello, I am sending this complaint regarding the spicy chicken salad I ordered last night from Wendy's ( toronto, Canada ) dufferine and steels location . I am very discusted, sick, and really not happy with what I found as I was almost done eating my salad . Their was some sort of bug on a piece of my lettuce, and I jumped up off my seat wanted to throw up . This is unacceptable as I order from Wendy's about 3 times a week, and who knows how many bugs I have already eaten . Me and my friend both threw out the rest of our food and ran to the cashiers to show them . They replied saying it's not their fault it's the lettuce company . I then asked who cuts and cleans the lettuce ... a gentlemen then replied saying they do ... so how is it that it's the lettuce companies fault . Wendy's workers should we washing the lettuce properly and looking at every leaf of lettuce they are cutting. Then another lady comes and says this is the 2nd time this happened today ( another customer found a bug in their salad

I have a confession to make. The truth is I was fired from this Wendy's and I then bought a salad and placed the bug inside the salad myself to hopefully shut the location down. I told one of my "friends" what I was doing and she told my ex supervisor and he is threatening to take legal action if I don't confess that I placed the bug on here myself to get the restaurant shut down. He is also asking me to remove this post and or explain what really happened which is I placed the ug there myself after buying one of their salads and then claimed it came like that. At first my friend who was also fired went along with it, but then she decided that what we were doing was wrong. I however think she was scared that they would find out what we did and confessed, in other words threw me under the bus so only I get blamed. Now I have to admit what really happened or they will take me to court.

On May 25th 2017 at 9pm...managers on shift that night Latia and Mary. It was very busy last night and short staffed so they pulled on of the cooks from the back to run the fry station. The cook had already told them he was never trained on the fry station but he was trying to understand the computer screen. The manager Latia started cursing at him in front of customers, very bad language, the young man reminded her that he did not know what he was doing. Latia said with fowl words she did not care and forget his feelings. they sent him home for no reason. Very Very bad management and not professional at all. someone needs to go there and get things right.
rude customer service at the drive thru window
Stopped for lunch at the Wendy's in Eagle, Colorado and went through the drive thru. When we approached the window she never greeted us and just handed over one of our drinks. When giving back our credit card she didn't make sure we had a hold of it before she let it go and of course it went flying. She never apologized and acted very snotty. When we realized she never gave us a receipt she was again was very rude and acted as though we were putting she out. Her whole additude was like she hated her job or just did not want to be there. I have never seen anyone be so rude at a drive thru before.

On may 23 2017, I went to my nearest wendys store to get a couple of burgers. Store number is [protected] at 11:30 pm. When I got home and checked my burgers red sauce was dripping. I took a bite and the whole patty was pretty decently red. Noticed the bag even had a blood stain. They seemed as if they were rushing cause of their line, and I kept over hearing what sounded like the cook needed something. I looks like this rushed made my burger uncooked. wet floors and tile, employee commented as if it was recently installed
On May 23, 2017 it rained in Monroe, NC. While traveling from Charlotte, NC to Bennettsville, SC my husband and I stopped at Wendy's on Roosevelt Street. Going in the door I realized the floor was wet and my shoes were slipping. I was wearing sneakers, so I did not expect to slide as I did.
One of the workers could see that this 64 year old was having problems walking to the rest room, so she took my arm and helped me to the rest room door. I thought how nice that was of her.Coming out of the bathroom in thought, "Ok, how are you going to get out and across the floor to the counter?" I remembered I saw an infant chair outside the door. So, when I got to the door I grabbed that chair and used it to balance myself.
As I reached the counter I could hear the workers informing the managers about the condition of the floor. At that time I looked up to see him turn away, as if to ignore the situation, and me. Then he said, "Well it's not the floor, it's their shoes, it's their shoes!" As if that erased the problem.
We had lunch at an establishment in Charlotte and it was pouring down. When we went in and when we came out; there was no problem with walking on that wet floors. My shoes did not slip or slide.
What would have happened had I fallen and injured myself? The situation was ignored by the manager, as the workers watched me struggle to keep my balance. Perhaps sawdust, salt or a sandy substance could have been applied to the floor to give it more traction.
Maybe you plan to post on your windows, "When raining, please do not enter Wendy's unless you are wearing shoes with 100% traction." By the way it might help to list those brands by name. That should really give some insight to your customers! It might also stop a law suit or cause one!
It says this Wendy's is kid friendly. It would be better if you were customer friendly!

i went into the wendys on airport rd hartford ct ordered 4 for 4 and ceaser side found a human hair inside salad threw out meal. i have not called manager or store i have taken a picture of the ceaser salad for company. i have also called and left a report for managers to pls fix. i have been going to this wendys for years and never once had a problem with them.
past date apple slices given at drive thru
We went to Wendy's today May 21 2017 to pick up lunch for our family. We ordered 3 hamburger kids meals. 2 with fries and 1 with apples slices for our 19month old. When we got home and opened the bag it smelled funny and the apples were light brown and mushy. I looked at the date and it said sell by May 9 2017! I was shocked they gave these out! So my little guy had only a hamburger and milk, no fruit. I took pictures of the apples and the date. Would appreciate a refund or a free kids meal as Wendy's is on the other side of town and we were not going to waste gas to drive all the way back.

I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I got home and they did not give me everything I paid for. Tried to call them it went right to voicemail all three times. So I got back into my car after finding someone to watch the grandkids. There was 4 black shirt works and 3 red shirt and maybe a handful of people in the restaurant. I was told sorry but we are to busy to answer the phones. Then was handed the rest of my order. So you better staff more people at the South Yarmouth Wendy's because it's not even summer yet. I got back home and everything was cold.

Stopped at my local Wendys, Pine Hollow Rd, McKees Rocks Pa 15136. Ordered the new grilled fresh mozzarella chicken sand. Sandwich was dry and tasteless & looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Fries were cold & unsalted & no napkins. I never complain but considering I worked 14hrs, spent $8 & got a dry tasteless sandwich with cold fries for dinner is unacceptable. This particular Wendy's always gives the impression with their food that they don't care about taste, quality & appearance. The sandwiches are always slapped together. Someone from corporate should really visit this site. They give Wendy's & the Franchise owners who do care a bad reputation. This Wendy's is below par and the owners do not seem to care.

I tried Wendys chicken apple salad for the first time 5/20/17. I took 2 home from Wendys on 1st Ave S, Burien WA. I was not able to eat them! The chicken was spicy and peppery, I can not eat hot spices so I tried washing it off but that didn't work. So I tossed the chicken and put the pecans on the lettuce. Surprise! The pecans are coated with hot spice. I expect restaurants to describe what is in their food and Wendys does not list hot, spicy items in the chicken apple salad. I would like to take the salads back to them but I have to drive 10 miles to do that and I've wasted enough time already. The online descriptions of menu items should indicate if hot spices are included.

I go to your store # [protected] often and have over the last eight years. After a short break, I was in the store, May fourth, 2017. I almost always order the same exact thing so I know what the clerk should do as far as what the receipt should look like. I told this employee, whose name is LaRoysha Mallard, I wanted extra, extra, extra onions, mustard and lettuce on three junior cheeseburgers, no pickle no ketchup and no mayonnaise. I told her I come there all the time. I asked her with a smile on my face and kind tone of voice to put each of those in there ten times since a very, VERY GOOD employee there, named Isabella, had told me that was how she did it. LaRoysha, in a hateful voice tone and smart-### look on her face told me, "It ain't gonna take it that many times." I've seen receipts in the past. The system WILL "take it that many times". The point is, after having been through not getting my burgers with as much lettuce, mustard and onions as I've asked for, I have learned, "approximately" how man "X's" should be put beside the items wanted, on the receipt. This girl did not want to be told what to do. She is a smart ### with a chip on her shoulder. You can easily see an angry look on her face and again, the tone of voice and words she used.

The hamburgers did not have enough lettuce nor onions. She did not put enough "X's" beside the names of the items I wanted more of, as I'd kindly asked her to do.
You have a problem here. Tell her to smile and to use kind words and a kinder tone of voice. Tell her the machine will take at least ten "X's" to show how much extra of an item a customer wants. I discussed at length with her about my experience there, and how for so long if she were to not do it such and such way, it would not be right. You have an employee who does not want to be told what to do by a customer, even though, again, the customer was speaking from experience and used a kind tone and kind words.
I will be back in this store again and I hope Tara (the Tara that's the manager, there are/were two people with the same name who worked/work here, will get her straightened out. I was not out of line AT ALL. I will not acquiesce the next time. I will hand the order back to HER, over and over if it should ever be incorrect in the future. Yes, I will wait for HER to come back to help me, not another employee.

She said it was a larger guy with kind of long blonde hair. The wendys on rufe snow dr in texas has the worst customer service ever. The employees always got an attitude no matter what theu always give the food wrong. The managers are even worse they "supervise" the drivethru but dont do anything when the employee is literally yelling at you. They dont give us receipts. Around 8pm if you go inside the store all the employees are sitting down like they have nothing to do. It honestly looks like wendys has no expectations fir there employees what so ever i think that wendys should hire all new people or simply just close. The food is great but the service makes you never want to come back and that is surely what me and my family will do never come back.

I went to the Wendy's near my house and the lady taking my order in the drive thru got my order wrong. I asked for a large sweet tea and got to the window and she had rung me up for a small. Not wanting to complain, I accepted what she had given me. When I got home, however, there was too much sugar in the tea, or it had not been stirred well enough. When I took my first drink, there was a lot of sugar at the bottom that was not dissolved. It was not a matter of taste, but I could feel the sugar crunch in my mouth. I write only to inform you of the issue and ensure that the tea be well stirred and the proper amount of sugar be added so that it all may dissolve.

Ordered food at the drive-thru on S college Street in Auburn, Alabama at 10:55 on May 17, 2017. Paid at the first window, then received food at the second. At the second the lady was very rude, and nearly caused us to drop the food trying to move so fast. As soon as we received the last bag, we tried to ask for a straw, and she slammed the window door shut. We sat there for 2 minutes, and she never came back to the window to serve us. We consistently eat at Wendy's, and have never experienced such rude service.

May 16, 2017 roughly 1015pm went on lunch break from work to the Wendy's at Oxford and Richmond. Ordered a Baconator and Spicy Chicken at which the worker replied, "Spicy Chicken what?" in a unprofessional manner. Worker should know the menu says Spicy Chicken and it is a burger. If I wanted a Spicy Chicken Wrap I would have ordered it that way as per how the menu has it presented. After that worker was rude. Kept receipt because I imagine she knew I was going to complain. Was also on the phone with family while she was rude. I know some people say it is rude to order on the phone which Is why I had my phone away and in my pocket while I ordered. She intentionally waited until I was back on the phone to make her comment. She should read the menu and maybe she wouldn't have to ask for specification on what I ordered when it is clearly stated on there actual menu right behind her. She needs to get work educated.

We love the salad order it several times a week. But lately every time we get them it's an issue. Last week Tuesday I ordered 2 lg and received them with no chicken. Last week Thursday I ordered 2 large and received no dressing or pecans. I order2 yesterday and received no dressing no silverware. I ordered 2 today and received no chicken no dressing and spoons.
