Wendy's Restaurant #[protected] 1201 Highway 195 Killeen, TX [protected]. On October 30, 2023 4:59 PM I went thru the drive thru and ordered a $6.00 biggie bag. The lady working the first drive thru window asked me what kind of drink and I said lemonade. When I got to the window she stated that I owed $7.04. I asked for what if the meal cost $6.00 and the tax is 54 cents. She said the lemonade. I said to her that I asked for lemonade. I told her that I did not ask for premium lemonade. She proceeded to tell be that I did not specify. I told her that it was her job to ask and she did not so no I will not be charged extra when she did not ask me. She gets an attitude and had to go to the front to get a white card to make a change to the transactions. She gives me my card and receipt and gives me a very nasty look. When I pulled up to the second window I asked the second the lady what the first ladies name. She asked me why did I need her name. I told her it was because I am going to make a complaint on her. She tells me that she cannot give me her name. I said your telling that if a customer has a complaint that you are not allowed to give me her first name? She said no I would have to ask the girl myself. I told her that does not sound right and I told her that I would make a complaint on her too for not giving me her first name. When I got my food home someone had bitten into my chicken nugget which at this point is someone's bodily fluids in my food. I took a picture. In addition, all of my food was cold. COVID and FLU is going around and someone bit into my food and put it back in my chicken nuggets. This is unacceptable and the entire crew should be fired. I will be sharing this with social media so everyone can see how Wendy's employees are allowed to conduct themselves. The hosts name on the ticket is lizbeth #3192. I have a pic of both employees that I can pull from my thumb drive.
Claimed loss: Money. In addition I could have caught a possible illness if consumed. I threw all food away because I was not sure what else was tampered with.
Desired outcome: Because of the seriousness of the offense I request the two employees working the first and second drive thru windows be terminated effective immediately. In a addition I would like a refund credited back to my credit card.
