Wow. I call to have them give me a quote and for having them come out I would receive a $100 gift Walmart Card. Before I could get the card my wife and I had to give both of our SS# they told me it was to varify that I owned my home (that was a lie it was to run my credit without my permission).

After the 2 1/2 hour presintation and having me write on a peice of paper "show me how I can save money" I finally got my quote for 12 windows with no grids the starting price was $17, 000 then $12, 000 for signing right now. I then told him no. He then got "his manager" on the phone and after having the manager talk to me on the phone for 10 more minutes they then took off $2, 000, so now we are at $10, 000.

I then said no so then they brought in there "eco line" and then tell me that these windows are not eleigable for the Government tax credit and that only the alaskan would qualify (lie again) they then told me i could have the alaskin for $6, 771 still $575 per window.

This was very high pressure and when I told him I was not going to buy today he was mad told me that I would have to pay the $17, 000 for the windows if I didn't buy them today. He then would leave his number with me and then left.

A few days later I recieved a letter from Windows USA asking me to contact them for an even better price than the lowest one that I was given. It went into the trash.

We had our visit from window world. What was supposed to last an hour turned into 2 1/2 hours. The guy was nice but I was furious with the "manager" on the phone. He was pushing so hard. The price started out at $10, 700 for 8 window, but if we signed then he'd knock off $1, 500 if we signed right then. We said no and he got on the phone to his "manager" and tried to see what he could do. Printed out a paper that said we could have it for a low price of $7, 200. We still said no as we and he again got on the phone to his "manager" and put him on speaker phone. Gave us a deal that "is confidential and you can't tell anyone." He told us for $5, 600 we could have the windows of our dreams. We said no cause we are having to pay for fertility tests out of pocket. The "manager" said he understood cause him and his wife had the same problem but made it out like it wasn't a huge deal. Then his kids that he got through "ivf" kept getting sick and of course it was because of the windows. He didn't sound sincere at all and it was so fake and rehearsed sounding cause if you've been through fertility problems you know it is a HUGE deal. I was livid at the fact that he used our situation to try and push windows on us. I walked out of the room while my husband kicked him out of the house. We are going to be building and would have used these guys for our windows but not after that. I don't care if they give them free. They are not allowed back in my house.

Wow, its appears that they are consistent. I went through the EXACT same sales pitch, back and forth phone calls and the fax machine. However, prior to the sale pith, i did let him know that I had an hour and 1/2 to give him my undivided attention, afterwards, I would have to leave. So, after 2 1/2 hours, and me starting to read the reviews right in front of the salesman, Patrick Hood. Patrick appeared to be offended that I began reading reviews. However, after reading the reviews, I became a slightly hesitant to seal the deal and I didn't. The initial price was 9 windows for $9849. However, I didn't take the price. I went down to $8k, then changed my mind while reading the reviews and said that I would sign if he went down to $7500 and included a 10th window. He became frustrated and made more calls, while I packed up my things to leave and walked him towards the door. He is suppose to come back this morning, ugh!

I really did like the windows and think that they may be a good investment. I also understand that he is trying to make a deal at whatever cost that is favorable to his bottomline! So, he's trying to make money and $100 Walmart card was deserved for MY TIME.

Again, i think the windows are of fairly good quality, based on others out there. I have a friend that had windows installed last week, they look really nice and she had no problems with the installation. I will sign today, provided that they come down to $6k.

Wish me luck! But, i will not allow him to take up another 2 hours of my time... $6k yes anything else is no its time to GO!

I absolutely love my windows! My dad was a contractor when I was growing up. He said I got a good deal with an unbeatable warranty. I loved the installers. Very professional. Yes. It is a sales pitch. The person that comes to your house is a salesman. That’s how they feed their family. If you don’t like it tell them to leave. I have not regretted my decision at all. My salesman Chris was here from 4:30 pm until 10:00 pm. Only because we talked about other things as well. Showed him our property while waiting on my husband to get home. Yes it’s a little high pressure but it took longer to buy my last car than it did my windows. I love this company! They went above and beyond to get my windows installed before my back surgery. The installers even came in the rain to get to the windows on my porch that was covered instead of cancelling the day! I can’t say enough GOOD THINGS about this company! And I love my windows!
