I ordered online and since there was a limit to how much money it was to pay in the restaurant I had to pay online there was a 25 dollar limit if I wanted to make an order . I ordered what I wanted and the balance was at 29.53 at the restaurant at Houston Main from Houston Texas. I called and wanted to cancel the order. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not yet received my money back.
I have called them 5 times already and they still have not yet returned the money even though the lady said it will be 6-7 days until I get the money back in my bank account. I called my bank and they have not yet heard anything about a wingstop return in my account.
It's been 3 weeks the manager from the franchise told me he was going to submit a form to help me get my money back. Ever since July 25, 2018 I have not yet received that money . How can I receive that money back?

I live in senior apts right behind wingstop so I walk with my dog. I have been going to that wingstop for 5 years. I always take my dog because they have a couple of picnic tables out in front. I will tie my dog and go inside order a 10 pc plain classic and a miller lite beer. No problem I get my dog water and I sit and drink my one beer and wait on my chicken. About a month ago I tie my dog as usual go in order my wings and my beer. I am 67 years old and the cashier asks me for my ID which I did not bring. She would not serve me. Said they could get a 500 dollars fine if she served me without me having an Id. I was so angry that I went home and complained.

Omg... Wingstop has changed over the years. The service is great but the food is poor. I got served chicken wings that were black in the meat. It look like fried chicken blood. It had a rubbery taste to the chicken. Not sure if it is real anymore.
Note to Wingstop... if you are going to serve the chicken, at least clean it properly before serving your community. Also, i have a problem with the fries. The quality is really poor. They were cold and served burnt. I couldn't enjoy the best part of Wing stop because it was horrible in taste and quality.
I will rethink to go here next time.

Called in to place an order. I called 3 times. When they answered, I couldn't understand what they were saying, so I asked them to repeat that. The young lady gave the phone to another young lady who was laughing and playing on the phone, as if to be mocking me for no apparent reason. I was very disappointed. No reason for that kind of service. My order would have been at least 30 bucks.

My order was taken in a timely fashion ..When I returned to pick my order there was no one in front to give me my order ..There was no one in the cooking area as well.. I called out a couple of times no one responded ..I then called right from inside of the restaurant with my cell phone and the ringer was off because it did not ring ..I waited for a good 5 to 7 minutes to get my order that was done ..This took place around the 4o'clock hour The floor in the cooking area was slippery there were fries on the floor boxes of trash and as you walk in the floor was real sticky, there would have been a real issue if the health department walked in and saw what I saw .. needs a visit from undercover boss
when I pick up food
Often I order wings for my family and more times than less I'm satisfied with my service. Nevertheless, I keep having a issue that when I leave my name Felicia, the workers find it amusing to put BYE FELICIA on my bag referring me to a begging crackhead off the movie Friday.. I feel like if I'm supporting a business, I should be referred to only as the name I left because to me it's offensive.

Been to this location twice now, no one has a clue what is going on and how to operate a business. We have been loyal wingstop customers for years, Omaha locations, however the customer service and products are lacking in Des Moines. I understand it's new, however, if something doesn't change the name will be tarnished. Please Help this store succeed. Phone number rarely works, online orders can not be processed and the staff is needing training badly. Told 30 min for an order and we waited almost 2 hours while other came and went. When we asked what is the issue, we received blank stares. Come to find out our order was sitting in the window getting cold, my wife insisted on talking to the manager and he lied directly to her face stating he called he name 3 times. Hard to call someone's name when it is not even on the ticket. Our order was wrong and was missing several items. $100 for horrible service and cold food. Not impressed. Football season is Wingstops busiest time of the year and these people are not prepared for what's coming. Please help them! We love Wingstop and they need to figure it out before people stop going!

Placed order online and went to pick up. The Assissant Manger is what he called himself. He didn't have a name tag and wouldn't provide a name. We tried to tell him his coke machine was giving us black specks in our drinks. He started getting defensive and yelling at us. We left pissed and when we looked at our order. It was wrong. We didn't want to go back to deal with him.

To whom it may concern I stopped by wing stop on 19th Avenue and bethany. I ordered a family pack for me and my kids I noticed the workers dropping my wings and throwing them in the box I also notice them playing on there phones and touching food without washing there hands. They were giggling and making feel as if they were doing something to my food. I received my order and notices how mess and soggy my wings I was. I was afraid to have them redo my order so i excepted and wasted my money because i did not eat them the service was all around rude

I ordered online to the most getto wing stop google found me apparently. So I went to pick up 15 piece for two people . Went home which is a nice distance away to home . So other person ate apon arrival. About 15 I decide to eat, I go to eat the rest of the food and it's OverCooked . I Through the rest away . Had to go buy a burger 🍔 later that day. I called management the next day says they cannot do anything for me . Not even replace my food, the right way. I called at first I got a regular greeting from I thought was a regular employee.and then the same person said she was a manager all of a sudden, when I ask for one.She let me tell her everything and said hold for the manager. Then the apparently the manager answered and said, "you have to bring the food back I can't help you." There was a incident maybe a month ago with my daughter and her boyfriend to we're my daughter asked for a refund because the lady that was cooking scratched her head that's when the manager got angery and things escalated so my daughter went outside to the car that's when the manager called my daughter a skinny [censored] there her boyfriend through a soda (which is unexpectable ) so here we are today my daughter went to the bank which is right next door and the lady saw my daughter and said to her cousin I'mma beat her [censored] when she cone out. I stop by the 79th location with my husband, and tesha was taken care of business as usual. The young lady greeted us as soon as we entered and ask us were we picking up or ordering, we told her we where going to place an order, but weren't ready the phone ring and the young lady ask us to let her know when we were ready. She answered the phone promptly and over hearing her responses the person on the phone was giving her a hard time. She ask the person to please hold and quickly called tesha over to the phone, the young lady explained what was going on, tesha picks up the phone and says hello thank you for calling wingstop etc... She clearly said hello maybe 6-7 times and there was no answer. She said to the young lady maybe the person hung up and they would call back.. The person called back and another young lady picked up the phone and I guess the problem started their. Tesha comes over and picks up the phone and very respectfully ask the person for there name and number etc, she then begins to apologize for any inconveniences and that she would have the order ready right away and hung up. She pulled the cashier aside and said to let her know when the person came.. Because she had told the caller to ask for the manager upon arrival. This man walks in and the crew was on point ok the food was ready the young lady in the front was nice they all said welcome to wingstop, she informed tesha that the caller had arrived and she said ok i'm making hot fries for you sir and what kind of dip would you like etc. The cashier ask for his id cause he used a card and this guy went off loudly speaking to the ladies saying explain to me why you need my id they explained it was company policy and he resumed to give them a hard time.. Other guests in the location started to get pissed with the guy the ladies took care of him and said "have a nice day"after he swing the door open to leave he said he was going to call corporate and I said what a [censored]. The ladies went back to work and we received the food and it was amazing.. The reason for this complaint is because I stop going to the wingstop on 62 and it's close to my house just to go to 79 the guest service is amazing.. After I found out that this happened I was clearly up set because I don't think that it's right and tesha never got out of line with the guest never she is always nice when we go to that location.. It's crazy how great people can complain and someone loses there job because of false information.. Costumers are not always right

I ordered 30 wings to pick up on my way home. When I got to the store they said that I didn't have an order that I must have ordered from the Acworth location. I insist I did not and my email receipt stated Kennesaw. They called the Acworth location anyway, and lo and behold, I had not placed the order with the Acworth location. I open my email on my phone and show the guy my email confirmation, complete with time of order, amount paid, and location of pick up which clearly stated Kennesaw. At this point the 3 employees in the store are all baffled.
Clearly there is no manager or staff that is able to figure out what to do.
The employee that I was dealing with picked up his cell phone to call his GM, who was extremely unprofessional and no help whatsoever after he was finally contacted (that took about 20 minutes). We wait some more since the GM can't do anything and says he has to call the district manager. Turns out, the district manager can't figure out anything either so he needs to call his territory manager. All the while, the picture of my email confirmation is being text to everyone in the chain of calls. NONE of them are able to figure out what to do about my 30 wings. I don't doubt at all that the first person called is the only person that was contacted and the rest was just lip service. Not once was I apologized to, not once did anyone employed/affiliated with WingStop act professionally.
After right at an hour at the store I was informed that I needed to just dispute the charges through my card that I paid with and get my money back.
Not once was I rude to anyone. I waited patiently while the phone tag game was being played. I even waited patiently while the employees tripped over themselves to make sure a 20-something young lady came in to get an order. If they treated everyone like they did this lady than there certainly wouldn't be any complaints about customer service.
So here I am, an hour and 30 minutes later, still hungry as I left this joke of a restaurant with no food, patiently waiting delivery from Wings Connection in Kennesaw (they are always friendly and the wings are great).
I will NEVER order anything again from WingStop. I will NEVER step foot in one. The way they handled a simple error in their system was beyond ridiculous. It could have been handled quicker, easier and more professionally by a 5 year old.

My family and I come every Wednesday for dinner, service always on top, except today I think there's a new management, and tried placing an order on the phone but got hung up on, so I had to come in and wait more than 30 minutes for my food and asked if my order was ready, but they still hadn't started making my order, and no one else was waiting for their food. So I am extremely disappointed. Please have someone do something about it.

My family and I have been going to the Wingstop in Gonzales La for the last 5 years and have enjoyed it until this last year.
I don't know if the business took on new management but I can tell you the last few times I have been there the place has been going downhill as far as cleanliness goes. Today is June 6 2018 and will be last time I will be eating at Wingstop at this location. The place was dirty and smelled disgusting. Everything from the tables, floors to the bathroom was unkept and unattended.
My son ordered Parmesan wings and they forgot to put Parmesan on the wings. Also, while we were eating the guys who pick up the money for money drop (guardaworld) was there at the counter discussing for a good 5-10 mins back and forth about picking up money from the safe until finally the employee said he didn't have any money for them and that money was picked up the day before.
Sorry to see but I don't think this location will be open much longer if they continue to operate like this!
I think the only way to resolve this matter is to retrain your employees/management on cleaning or maybe a visit from the undercover boss.

I had ordered fries and no calls were given to stay they didnt have any fries and Im pregnant SO I really wanted my fries and it was only 10:30 so no where near closing time which I was really upset about. I don't understand why they didnt have fries or why they didnt give me a call so I would plan ahead of time and maybe go to a different Wingstop location.

I have been going to the wingstop by my apts for 5 years. I am 66 years old and the young lady there name elizabeth has no respect for adults. I guarantee she will not be there very long. I usually get the 10 pc wings classic plain. I usually get a ranch dip and I always get an extra dip of hot sauce. Their menu used to say you get two dips are maybe I misunderstood.? But that elizabeth when I was ordering I explained that usually I get the two dips since I get plain wings oh my goodness you would of thought I was asking to get my order free.! She swung the register around and begin to show me the menu said you only get one. I was so embarrassed. She was loud too the other two cashiers were standing their while she spoke to me at the top of her voice. 😞 my daughter works at subway and I taught her to always treat your customers with respect. I ask her what her name was she grabbed the receipt from my hand and said elizabeth here let me write it down for you then she haned it back. I explained I have been coming in here for 5 years and I live right behind here and your going to treat me like this all for 79 ¢? I usually walk over to the wingstop but I will never go back in there if that young lady is working there. I guess her mother didn't teach her respect because she had none. The store was empty too for a saturday evening? I hope they made a big profit off that 79¢ apparently they need it really bad to lose a customer over it.

I was in the Wingstop at 1721 New Hope Church Rd in Raleigh NC at around 14:36. The employees in the were cursing and rude. Gabriel was so nasty that I got into an argument with him due to him touching my food after he handled the cash register without washing his hands. I said something about it, that's when he got even nastier. It came to the point I wanted to go in the back and put hands on him. The manager took his side. I walked out after that. Something needs to be done about them.

I got hired by wingstop and only work for one day. I waited 2 weeks for a schedule from the general manager because I wasn't in the system yet. I called and texted the general manager and then I called the store multiple times. When I called the store an employee said to wait for him to call me because I wasn't on the schedule. Now, I have been waiting 3 days for my check and I have not received it. The general manager told me to come up there on Sunday 4/29/18 to get my check but when I got there the store was closed and it was 11:45. I am becoming impatient and I find all of this very unprofessional.
