I placed an order over the phone and ordered a 15 piece combo, Louisiana dry rub, I asked that they were to be cooked extra well done and all flats. I pay for my order and get it home the bottom is full of grease it leaked onto my seat of my car wings were not completely done. And I call back to speak with a manager and they said they don't have one on duty. Fries were cold. I spent my hard earned money on bs! Wingstop in Pueblo Colorado.

I placed an order for takeout and when I got home to eat it my fries were very very hard and my wings tasted freezer burnt or over cooked as well. The only thing that was good was my drink. I went to the Wingstop in Stockbridge Georgia which is where I normally go but I was very displeased with my meal. I live too far to turn around to take it back.

spoke with a nice young man he understood. So I pick up the food after work (working 12 hrs.) Purchase my food in the amount of $33.53 tired and went home. After getting home and preparing my food I notice the chicken was so hard I call the store in Pearland 8321 Broadway (p) [protected]
and spoke with the manager (Maria) so she understood and ask for me to come in and they will make over I said it's too late I'm ready for bed she stated that come in tomorrow I told her my son will come for me with the receipt she said yes... So when he got home it's the same way. I'm so mad because I spent a lot of money and with what we just came from with Harvey I couldn't even speak. I just couldn't believe this bull. So you lost a true customer. Money isn't easy to come by now and I thought speaking with the Manager Maria things would have been better but worst It's like she didn't care. People speak a lot of money to enjoy your food and asking the way you like and getting anything show me they did not care for their customers.

So I order the 40 family deal went to pick my order up I had about $42 and change in cash and a 100 bill well over the phone she told me was 40 so I was like okay I'll just pay cash so I left my card when I get there they told me it was 43 so I give them the 100 bill then they then wouldn't take it telling me they only take 20 bills I'm like okay well I only have 42 then so they would take it either so I left with out my food where's the customer service in that! Lest not forget who pays your paychecks!
wings were dry
I ordered an 8 piece boneless wing in ordinal hot flavor take out and they were dry, most of the pieces had little to no sauce. That's my favorite flavor to get and it was nasty, barely was able to taste the flavor of the sauce. The fries I received have been sitting out for a period of time and were half empty, only half of the container was filled.

I left my wallet at a Dallas area Wingstop around lunchtime, but didn't realize until around 8 PM. I called that store twice to ask if they could check to see if my wallet was anywhere, talked to two different people and both said they would check for me. Both said the wallet was nowhere to be found. I drove around Dallas to all the other places I had been that day looking, and finally decided to drive the 45 minutes back to that Wingstop. Walked in and asked to talk to a manager and he said he would have to call the supervisor. After talking to supervisor, manager looked under the counter in the wallet had been sitting there the whole time. I wish somebody would have actually checked either of the times that I called instead of just telling me it wasn't there. That would have saved me a lot of worrying and time.

I went into Wingstop on 8/2/2017 in which this it was my husbands favorite place to eat but it was also his Birthday! So we order our food in which the total came to 39.05 so we told the cashier that we had a gift card and we would pay the rest so she swipes the card and said it don't work and then the manager at this location steps over and say oh the gift card machine is not working, so then he takes our debit card and run it for that amount and it goes directly through, the part that I did not like is that he just stood there and did not try to accommodate us, he offered is nothing he did not say he was sorry the machine being down or nothing he just took our debit card

At 6:58pm on 9/3/17 my husband called to place a order with Wingstop. He was told by a Wingstop employee "We are not taking orders" and the worker hung up in his face. At 6:59pm I called Wingstop back to speak to a Manager. I informed Wingstop Manager, Alejandra, of the recent experience we had with her worker. She informed me "Well it's a courteous that we are even picking up the phone because we are closed." I asked her for corporates number and she stated "You are going to be on hold for a while because we have other customers that need to be taken care of."

This is the second time that I've ordered from wing stop and my meat wasn't completely done and I'd ask for well don't first time I had a problem was when they burnt my chicken and still served it to me. Then they didn't put enough sauce on my food so it was dry and raw. Andorra been a time that I've ordered from Wingstop and they cancelled my order because they wasted to go home. I use to love the food but now i don't even know. And the customer service is awful in Palmdale smh.

I live in Corpus Christi, Tx and we have gone through a horrible disaster, Hurricane Harvey, which I'm sure you are aware of.
Everyone in this town is appalled by your restaurant on Cimmaron. To take advantage of customers & charge extra fees on top of the price of the food is horrible!
It was all over the news, so after all if that, they offered a refund. A little to late for that!
To do this during such a devastating time was absolutely disgusting & your restaurant should be ashamed!
Other restaurants were giving away free food or water. Sickens me!

i have talked to someone before &' never received my refund i got sick off of wingstop wings they were nasty, not fresh, soggy, &' NOT EVEN DONE! it's not jst about the money it's the principle. i would like my money back i don't see how i told someone i've gotten sick that same day &' no one has even attempted to reach back out to me via phone or email

She gives a certain employee 6 days and the other only 4 -5 she is always make others feel bad because she chooses who she likes
I am a customer I didn't like the fact that the manager talk to her employee and she talk to the shift ale in a nice way I started to see that that manger had favorates

I placed a order for a family pack, I was told that I can't pay by phone which i've never heard of but on a sign once you walk in it says no wait pay online! This was a very bad experience and horrible customer service. I paid once I got there and waited a hour before my order was ready when told over phone once order paid for it would be about 5 min wait, as a result of this long wait I asked for a fountain drink as a courtesy for my patience and there screw up, I was told no and that nothing could be done, instead of being a complete [censor] which I had every right I just kindly said no problem, my family dines with wing stop alot but I doubt we will again

I ordered boneless hot wings but it was horrible taste I never had.
I loved to eat and always ordered hot wings at wingstop. Tonight I ordered special promotion bonless hot wings nut its not a hot wings.
It was made with chicken breath and taste was very dry, hard, extreamly salty. My son and I ate only 6 pieces and stop eating. It was our dinner but we were very disappointed it. I wish I can get a money back or exchaged regular hot wing.

For all it's worth, and based on other customer reviews, nothing's done about complaints, but I'll try my luck.
I ordered a 15 piece from the location near Highway 64 (WNW Loop 323) in Tyler, Tx. I go to this one every once in a while. I asked if I could not get ALL legs or majority of legs, but if I could have equal flats. I was told they are busy and when they're busy, have to take what they give or pay for all flats. I asked if this was true for every store and she said yes. I know that is NOT true because the other location give what is requested. However, that one is thirty minutes from where I live as opposed to five minutes from this one. I believe if the customer is spending their money they should get what they want. Maybe you should look into customer satisfaction since the CUSTOMERS keep your business open. I can go back to Church's chicken who is just as good, get it my way and CHEAPER! Or consider lowering process based on white and dark meat, because if I get ALL legs which is mostly what this one gives, then I don't have a wing order, but a dark meat order. 😡 😡 😡 Let's see how this goes. I'll wait.

Wingstop #683, ticket #900003. Placed an online order at 11:00am, my order was supposed to be ready at 11:27. Arrived at store at 11:43 doors was locked, they finally opened door and took my money, my order did not get ready until 12:00 and when i checked order fries was cold, they took fries and redropped in grease, i told mgr that i did not want those, so i waited another 5 min, no apology or nothing, made it back to work late off my lunch break. Very very dissappointed.
my order and a workers attitude
My friend and I came out from lunch hour and we decided to eat wing stop. As we arrive they told us our order would take around 20 minutes which we where fine with...the thing is that our order actually took around 40 minutes and once we got our order we revised it and our order was wrong...and it's ok everyone makes mistakes but our problem was that my friend got out of the car took the order back and all the cashier did was laugh and gave us the right order...after that we couldn't enjoy our food because we had to eat while driving because we where already late to work.

As I was eating my wings, I felt something stringy and it was a long piece of hair in my food. It's very disgusting and I couldn't finish eating any of my food. I will definitely not be eating at this location again! WINGSTOP doesn't give refunds "so they say" but I refuse to get a remake from there. This is not the first issue I've had with this location(sawdust rd).
