I attempted to phone in my order for pick up around 5pm on 7/20 at the store on Bascom
I called 4 times and each time someone would lick up and hang up the phone the 5th time I called I was in the store and didn't hear the phone ring. It was off the hook as you can see in the picture I took. When I asked the Indian woman in charge if she took the phone off the hook she told me yes. She went on to say it is very busy with people waiting and asked me if I wanted to wait for 30 minutes. I asked for the managers name and she laughed and said Sai.
What horrible customer service.
I phoned in my order to the Coleman store and picked it up there.

I'm complaining on lufkin Texas Wingstop . I called in my order on 7-5-19 . It was a 50 pc., two sides of mild one bbq and one lemon pepper With fries and veggies sticks . Well when I pick up order and drive home and open up none of the flavors we ordered were there and no carrrots/celery, so I called and asked what we could do to handle this i was completely shut down and was absolutely ridiculously rude to by the girl answering phone and the manager . I'm writing to complain about the quality of food I received from wingstop on 06/21/2019 @ 1123 PM. I had placed an order for pick up at Wingstop #149 in Corpus Christi, TX. After picking up the order, I returned home to enjoy my boneless wings. I ordered an 8 pieces boneless combo for me and the same for my wife. The wings were dry for being a buffalo sauce and the size of some of the wings were like quarter size. A couple of the wings were nothing but a crispy piece of breading. I was highly disappointed in the quality of food that I received.

I have ordered from your Maryland pkwy location on several occasions. Sometimes via pickup order or Grubhub. No matter how i receive my order their is most always a mistake. Today i ordered from that location and received Cold Cheese fries and chicken that i asked to be well, that was not cooked as requested.
At this point i feel something needs to be done to rectify the matter. I am not able to return the food as it was delivered and i have no transportation. This was also ordered on my lunch break that i am limited to 30 mins for and was not able to go get more food to replace my order.
Please have someone contact me regarding this matter.

I ordered 15pc hot wings with large fries 2 drinks online. I arrived to the store the cashier was outside on the phone music was very loud in the store I could barely hear my total when I he came around the counter to ring me up. The cashier walked off in the middle of the transaction when I asked him to repeat the total to me I paid and waited while making my drinks it had to be at least 10-15 minutes before one of the cooks came from the back cooking area and said, "so I'm assuming he didn't tell you we're out of fries". I was confused I felt that was totally rude the way he approached the situation but I answered no he didn't. He then offered me corn or veggie stick in exchange I wanted what I order but was starving and tired he offered to add wings I agreed. I was given $3 back I guess for inconvenience I got the food and left. I arrived home only to notice there was only one ranch cup in the bag and I should have had at least 3. The 2 that come with the original order and I paid for an extra ranch, plus, he should have added more since he added more wings to compensate for the inconvenience of not having fries. Not only that but the wings were extremely hot. Not the original hot flavor he gave me atomic, I know the difference I eat wingstop a lot. I was so upset and I ended up not being able to enjoy the food myself I was so upset and it was too late to go back to the store. It was over all not a good experience for me and I would like a full refund on my order.

I placed an order of 75 boneless wings on Thursday May 23rd for it to be ready the follow day which was Friday so that I could provide lunch for my students on the last day of class. I get there on Friday and the manager tells me that my order was not placed because the employee that was there Thursday for got to tell them about my order! I had to wait for my order to come out while I had students waiting for me during their lunch! Very irresponsible team! I had tried placing the order in a different city and they took my order and said it be ready the following day. For some reason I ended up calling back and manager tells me it wasn't going to be possible because they had a big order to complete prior to mine. My question is why did they take my order without telling me that it was not going to be ready on time!

I am writing about your wingstop store in Vista, Ca. at 510 Hacienda dr. I have visited this location several times and have this recurring problem. The service is horrible. The employess are not attentive at all. I finally talked to the manager Victor yesterday and now I understand why. He had a attitude because of my concerns. I don't mind the wait because I understand the cooking times for wings. On one occassion, I watched Victor and two employees in the back talking away and clearly saw me standing there. The store is setup that you can see all the way thruough. I was telling Victor about this and he thought it better to correct me because I had the dates mixed up and said it wasn't him because he was in another location for the last two weeks. He missed the whole point. I called ahead yesterday and was placed on hold for seven minutes and was disconnected. I still went to the store and spoke with Victor and received a very insincere apology. I still ordered and waited 22 minutes for my order. No compensation, no discount, nothing. Just give me your money sir and be on your way. I honestly desire to go there today because I have a appointment down the streeet and love the product but will not because of my previous experiences. It's to frustrating and I would rather give my money to Jack in the box down the streeet. I don't even know what this will change, but Its the third time and I am really frustrated. Victor is in charge and should be able to fix these issues, but when he is part of the problem, don't see it changing anytime soon.

WORST WINGSTOP EVER! The last THWO times I ordered from them they failed to include my ranch dressing in the delivery order. I called them every single time to let them know this happened and was promised 5 see wings each time. I purchased both classic bone in wings as well as boneless wings. The boneless wings were over cooked and the bone in classic wings were undercooked to the point they are still pink. This I public health issue and could have caused a serious sickness. I do not appreciate it and will be taking it to the manager as well as any upper management. This is a problem.

I just ordered $26 dollars worth of food after coming from the dentist next door and when I asked for a cup to get some water from the drink machine I was told they can't give me a cup. So i called the wingstop by my house Mcallen tx, on Pecan Blvd. for an online order every time i call they always put me on hold for more the 8 minutes at a time. I hung up after 7.1/2 min and told my fiance to call and he did where they again put him on hold. They were rude about it didn't let him talk just said "give a second" and then she hung up while being on hold for 2 min. He then called again and asked "is there a problem" the girl again said "no, hold on a second". I was furious i called back talked to the manager and her excuse was "Oh, i mean i know she did it i saw her and i just got caught up". This is the last time i order from this wingstop ill order anywhere else. They are rude, disrepectful, and don't seem to care about the guests. I work in a restaraunt and never have i treated an online order or people at my table the way they have treated us. I suggest new management and new employees if you don't want your wingstop to plumit.
they took 50 minutes to get my order of just 2 convos of 8 pieces done and they still messed up my order.
when I ordered it was 5:05 pm, as it marked on my receipt. The cashier told me it would take 20 to 25 minutes max, so I went outside and waited in my truck and I went back inside a little over 25 minutes after, and when I told them my name order the lady looked everywhere for it and she said that it was still not ready. I told her "well y'all said 25 minutes max and y'all still haven't made my order?" so all the lady said was "to be honest with you it's still going to me another 10 minutes. so at this point I was kind of regretting choosing wing stop. so again I went outside and waited, after ten minutes I came back inside and asked again and she still could not find my order! they still had me waiting for about another while there. and I told the employee that I made my order at 5:05 and it was now just a few minutes before six. in addition, I grabbed my food and left and when i got home I noticed that they messed up my order, both of my convos where supposed to be boneless, but one of them was bone in, and on my other convo they messed up one of the flavors I ordered. this was honestly a very irritating moment for me bacause I had somewhere to be and plus I was hungry. so it's just not right to have someone wait for their order for about 50 minutes then still mess it up. I honestly do not plan to visit wingstop anytime soon.
