WirelessOEMshop.com dr dre earbuds and jawbone bluetooth earpiece

I ordered from this company well before Christmas. For over a month nothing arrived. I emailed and called wirelessOEMshop but did not hear anything till after Christmas. I was told nothing shipped because the shipping and billing addresses were not the same. At that time, I asked that I be given a credit and to cancel the order. No credit ever appeared on my CC statement so I called & disputed with my CC company.

Now, earlier today, February 1, 2018, my friend received the items (wirelessOEMshop sent the items after I had told them to cancel the order) The items he received were not even the correct items ordered and they were clearly used--dirty, scratched & without the necessary parts. This is absolutely ridiculous not to mention embarrassing. My friend doesn't understand why I'd order him some old used items. The Bluetooth isn't a Jawbone and the Earbuds are a generic brand both are clearly used!

I have tried to call wirelessOEMshop throughout the day but only get a voicemail recording that appears to belong to a cell phone. I receive no reply to my numerous emails & I am thoroughly disgusted. These items were supposed to be a Christmas gift--they never arrived so I canceled the order. WirelessOEMshop than decides to send out some old dirty items in hopes of keeping my money? This is absurd.

It is my suggestion that NO ONE places an order for anything from wirelessOEMshop. The prices may be attractive but you will not receive the items you order. In this case, you will definitely get less than what you pay for if you get anything at all.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

WirelessOEMshop.com logitech webcam c920

Ordered a Logitech webcam which was advertised as new but in bulk packaging.

What arrived was a dirty used webcam covered in scratches.

Customer support telephone number is a recording, directing you to submit your inquiry via email on their "Customer Service" page.

After emailing customer support about receiving a used, instead of new webcam, they responded with a curt email, offering to make a $10 adjustment or I could send it back for a refund. Apparently they don't have any new ones to sell, as a new replacement was never offered.

There is no return label, so apparently one has to do it at their own cost.

Customer support seems to be managed by a bot, since they are generic emails sent at the same time and they never address questions (will they cover the cost of return shipping since the item was NOT as described?) you've asked them 3 times in a row.

This business operates with bait & switch tactics and their customer service department is non existent.

Resolution would be for them to cover my cost of $4.98 to send the USED item back to them since that is NOT what I ordered.

WirelessOEMshop.com Still no sign of my order!

I paid extra for fast shipping and later was contacted by WirelessOEMshop rep who told me that shipping would take a bit longer. I asked for a refund and they promised I'll get the money I paid for shipping back.
I also asked about the exact delivery date and they said they had no idea and that I had to ask the shipping company. Then I asked them how could I contact the shipping company and they did not reply. Still no sign of my order and no money. This place is complete scam, do not deal with them!

WirelessOEMshop.com Terrible

When I found WirelessOEMShop website it seemed strange to me. It looked nice, but also seemed like a scam, but anyway I've decided to order from them because of the cheap prices. The biggest mistake I've ever did.
I did not get my tracking number and when I emailed WirelessOEMShop customer service they did not reply. My order is still missing even though I placed it over a month ago and I can't track my order! Terrible!

WirelessOEMshop.com Scam website

I've ordered a phone case from WirelessOEMShop website and received the incorrect one. When I contacted their support they said that I have to send the wrong on back in order to get a replacement.
Not only did I never received anything, but I also paid for the return shipping! I lost my money! After I sent the wrong case back they just stopped replying to my messages. Such a scam.

WirelessOEMshop.com The quantity of the items was wrong

Don’t even think to buy from the company www.wirelessoemshop.com. I have bought some stuff from this company, but the quantity and the quality was the worst. I checked the quantity and found out that the number of items was wrong. As well as some of the components were missing at all. It was useless to speak with the seller, because he tried to persuade me that it was me who made a mistake. Don’t buy from this terrible seller.

WirelessOEMshop.com Defective Bluetooth

Do not purchase from this company WirelessOEMshop. They sent me a defective Bluetooth. I contacted them and they told me to return it to them. I told them they needed to pay for the return postage; had the Bluetooth worked I would not have to incur an expense. They told me it ONLY cost $3.00. The money is mind. I trusted this company to send me a Bluetooth that works properly, so they promised to refund my money and they asked me to send them the tracking number. So I did just that returned the Bluetooth which cost me $3.14. I sent the tracking number only to be told that I had to notify them when they received the Bluetooth based on the tracking number, but never mentioned refunding my money. I told them I was going to file a complaint, because it is not my fault they sent a defective Bluetooth, nor should I have to pay to return the defective Bluetooth and then notify them when they receive the defective one, so they can send another. I do not work for WirelessOEMshop.

This company sent me a defective and beat up Blue Ant S4 in a sandwich bag. A sandwich bag! It didn't work and looked like someone dragged it through rocks. They offered to send me $8.00 and keep the item. It didn't work! Why would I want to keep it? I paid almost $40 for the piece of junk and now they're giving me a hard time about a refund. Shop someplace else. This place is not reputable.
