Hi, I am sorry to be a nuisance, I have been shopping on line with WISH. Com for over 2 years and I have been a very happy and satisfied customer, but recently for some reason, when I try to log into Wish I get a message saying wrong email address or password, I have tried on numerous occasions to change my password, following the instructions from your customer services and when I do all that happens is my screen starts flashing blue with the WISH logo in the centre of the screen, I am hoping that someone at your end who is far more tech savvy than me can help me because I would really like to start my Christmas shopping, many thanks in anticipation, Terry.

Wish has me locked out of my account as far as buying goes and I have missing money somebody please help. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened and they are asking me for a picture of my bank statement and I've never use anything but prepaid cards or load cash at the store. The first time they took a little over 2, 400 they did put it back and fixted my problems but about 3 days ago I'm having the same problem and I can't get wish support to help me at all . I've not received one email back nothing and all the things I did get to order was for my boys birthday and I have no way of knowing if we will get any of it or not.

I sent a payment through Paypal, for an Amazfit.bit watch. What I have received defies description. I received a GT08 item with instructions that were not clear, not defined as the Amazfit I requested.
There is no QR code on the instructions that I can see. The item received does not do anything as described.

Customer support was contacted june 30, 2018 asking for refund due to the quality of the dresses were not to my satisfaction. Sizes were not compatible with size I ordered, they were thin, and short like a top, not long enough for a dress.
A photo of both dresses was submitted with my request for refund. Customer support sent me a notification that a refund was issued for $10.20 on the green dress and delivery date for blue changed to received on june 30th.
Only 1 credit (green dress) given (the photo was of both dresses so I don't understand why they cannot see there are two dresses on the order to be refunded.

I paid in good faith for my scratching post and it has not been delivered. Your records apparently show that it has been delivered to my address but it has not. It is not at my local post office or any of my neighbours. Now if had to pay money for the item and go above and beyond to receive it which is ridiculous. I require my cat scratching post asap. Hello, on july 1, received part of my original order, a purse, it was completely smashed. The bag it was shipped in was ripped and the purse was exposed, the bottom of the purse was smashed. This is my first time ordering from wish, and seeing how little care was taken in securing my order, it may just be the last. On the label it gives a tracking # of ly 332 048 691 cn, description of content listed is (f-1-005) j11fs001004. The phone number listed on the label has been disconnected great!
I've tried to reach you by phone, but of course you direct me to your website, which is ridiculous, never can speak to representative. I would like to request a full refund.

I purchased a garden shed from WISH. WISH doesn't allow " a live person" to talk to. I only received 1 of 3 boxes of a garden shed.

I order items were told it was being refunded due to problem with bank. How is there problem if you took full account from bank. It says I can buy item again why would I if you took money out of my account. It says it will be refunded on July 15. I'm scared to buy again and they take more money out. I ordered an item and it is still being processed and won't let me cancel the order before it ships. Now have to wait up to 2 days for an answer back from customer service by then it will ship and I will have to pay extra fees and return shipping when it claims I can return it within 30 days. Sounds like a scam or false advertising. That's really bad business practice and I'm extremely unhappy with the app. Wish also claims that you get 50% off after 7 log in days but they just gave me a ten percent off coupon code. Not happy. I wanted two fog lights not one. It was advertised with pictures of two when I bought it and now only says I'm getting one. Who sells one fog light. This whole thing seems like a big scam on Americans.

I ordered a phone from the wish app over a month ago and I still have not received my package. The app told me that my package would be delivered on June 22nd and then changes to June 29th... the app has not updated my tracking information on the location of my package and I'm getting highly upset with wish because it shouldn't take over a month for a package to be delivered that's non-sense. I don't see why it's taking y'all so long to deliver my package. Like I said I have been waiting over a month and it shouldn't take that long if it's being flown from over seas and shipped from where it landed at in the United States of America. I ordered a pair of Bluetooth earbuds from Wish.com. What a mistake. The item pictured and described were two black Bluetooth headphones and a charger station. I expected for there to be a long wait, and it was. But when my delivery arrived all that was in the package was one dirty, smudged, strangely large black earbud and a 1" usb charge cord. I was not happy with this, and as per the refund instructions I took a picture of the trash they mailed me and waited for a response. A few days later I recieved a reply trying to convince me that I ordered only one earbud. This is utter nonsense. The item description says one pair and pictures two earbuds sitting in their charger. The company mailing this to me outright lied about their product and then tried to convince me that I made the mistake. I feel like they put their hand in my pocket, took my cash, and then replaced it with some crap they dug out of their couch cushions, then told me I wanted it.
