Wish lack of communication, not replying to my emails and late package

I have purchased a few things from wish.

One item that was supposed to be hear on the 7th of June.

My item has not come yet and for the some reason the email address that I have always used for my wish account is being rejected and won't log me in.

The worst part of this is I have email wish multiple times over the past 5 days and no reply.

I only get emails when they want me to buy more cool things.

If I don't get a reply or any help or even a refund if you can't send over my overdue package than I will take matters further and will be reminding people never to use wish again.

Wish beauty/ makeup

I ordered my makeup on june 5th. They said I would receive my order in 2-3 days, then they said I would get it on june 25th now they are saying july 8th. My name tammy horne my address 3202 westley chapel stouts rd. Monroe n.C. 28110. I used my pay pal mastercard. I want my money back on my card asap. I will never oder from them again. They lied to me and took my money off my card! I want my money put back on my card asap. Please look at my order and you will see. This company needs to be out of
Business. I am very upset and I want my money back.

You must have misunderstood or misread, NOTHING comes from wish in 2 or 3 days. The average time is a month. And sometimes it can take longer. Why are you posting your address for the entire internet to see?

Wish never received my item

I told the people who I've ordered from that my order was never delivered and they insist that it was delivered to my house the day after my birthday (may 31) when I was sitting outside when the mailman personally handed me my mail and only handed me 1 package which was a ring I ordered on the same ticket I ordered the face mask. The tracking on the ring says its supposed to be delivered by the 20 of June but it was delivered May 31 and not the mask. The mask tracking says delivered on May 31 but that wasn't the package I got it was the other. You guys scam enough people. Please do the right thing and send me my mask or give me my refund! I have no reason to lie about receiving a sleep mask!

Wish both products and services

Shoppers beware wish is all fake and counterfeit don't dare order anything and expect it to get there on time if at all if it does come then it never fit always the wrong color or it's counterfeit fake nothing is right then they expect you to wait wait wait over the due date of when it's supposed to get here for you to turn around and call the post office because they claim that it's still on its way the funny thing is is there tracking numbers never have anything to do with the United States these people are full of [censored] and don't know what the hell they're doing then I get some guy from the corporate office call me back very very unprofessional for running a big business and tells me that I'm too fat and I eat at McDonald's because the clothes don't fit ! Well do u think thats maybe because Chinese people are smaller than a [censored] barbie doll? This is america u stupid [censored] and if im fat because chinese people are too skinny then i nsy be fat but you're ugly! Especially your attitude! And i can diet! You're going to remain ugly!

Wish never received redeposits of $7.02 and $1.70

I was told that I would receive my cost of $7.02 for a painting that I never received and I also put in a refund request of $1.70 for a bracelet that I ordered in February and never received. This has not been done as of June 9, 2018. It appears that Wish does not follow up on what is wrong and I feel that customers should be treated with the respect that they place with this company but doesn't do.

I ordered computer. May 7th. I have been contacting wish and telling them for over a month, weekly that I have not received laptop. Today I again complained I have not received laptop and was told that it’s too late to do anything about! Really? You know I have not received it, it does NOT SHOW DELIVERED! I want the laptop delivered ASAP. it’s paid for as is everything else. I want a live person to contact me! Sharon schaar today!

Wish charm pendant necklace grandma I love you to the moon and back

I need to know where my package is at I ordered it on April 24th 2018 and it said it was suppose to arrive on June 8th 2018 but it never arrived. It said that the last location was in Hong Kong at Hong Kong international airport and that was the last time it said where it was located at. Here is the tracking number YT181150844562471. I would really like to know where it is at.

Wish counterfeit items and credit card fraud

Ive contacted fbi field offices.

Wish.com is nothing but a front to move US cash to Chinese counterfeiters. Wish.com is using credit card companies and in 1 transaction they commit 3 felony acts as I SEE IT. aiding the counterfeit ops in china, selling fake goods to US Consumers and wire fraud by using interent and credit card payments. Why the DOJ has not investigated or shut them down is mind blowing. I bought Items supposed to be shipped from San Francisco and they were shipped from China and very clearly fakes. Ive filed complaints with the DHS and my federal elected officials.

CakeFaceKara-why are you responding? You are not helping, only ticking people off. Maybe that is your intention? How do you know that this forum is not read, do you work for Wish? Oh! that's it, you do work for Wish and your job is to add to the anger and frustration of their customers who have been wronged! Well then EXCELLANT JOB! You are obnoxious, as is this company I will to my last breath proclaim the fraudulent activity of this company, and the many ways it hides behind "customer service" as if they are truly resolving issues. Or maybe you are just a miserable hateful person who lives to make others as miserable as you are. Sad.

Wish product broken no reply to any questions and replacement request

I have 3weeks of sending messages trying to get a replacement item sent for the damaged $40 something part that we purchased to have no reply for almost 2weeks. My 14year old wanted this and works damn hard for her money. I think it is ridiculous to get this kind of service. I have provided pictures to prove the damage. The replacement should be sent and a tracking number supplied immediately. Why is nobody returning my messages?

Wish payment issues

There is a HUGE problem that needs to be fixed now. I have ordered through your company in the past and there was no issue until now. I tried to order two items last night and multiple times it told me that my card would not work and I will be receiving a refund of my money. It never even made a charge for the total I had for the items but instead has charged me $1 and $2 dollars three individual times. I need this fixed ASAP for else I will have to shut down my credit card!

Wish delivery date

I ordered a pair of spy gear glasses like what dog the bounty hunter wheres and it said that they would be delivered by June 2 then later changed to June 4 and now it changed to June 11 I have been waiting for this product for a while now and I am starting to think I should give ur company a bad rating for having to wait for something that should have been delivered already

Wish unethical behaviour

Hi there,
On March 11 2018, I was searching for a mobile phone to buy from your site. I came across a product for sale - a Vkworld S8 mobile, blue in colour. After looking at images of the product and reading about what it had to offer on the page, I ordered one for the price of $306.00 NZD. When my confirmation email came through to tell me that my order had been successful, I was notified that I had purchased 100 Pcs Rare Juicy Seeds ([censored] Seed Flower Living) for $306.00 NZD.

I had no intention of buying 100 packets of seeds and I was furious that I had been scammed and tricked out of my $306.00 NZD.

If I am not refunded for the unethical behaviour of your website, I will threaten legal action. This is unfair and wrong.

Wish products not delivered to us

We orderd some products at the end of February and still have not received any of these items this is just disgusting i am so upset i just want my money back. I will never order from wish ever again and i will tell all my friends and family what pathetic service we received from wish . You guys are stealing from everyone. We bought alot of stuff and was just disappointed at the end. Give me my money back now

Wish returning items mistakenly purchased

I tried to print out the Shipping Label through [protected]@wish.com but received no attachment to get the Shipping Labels to return the 2 pairs of Brown Oxford Shoes I am requesting a Shipping Label by mail so I can send the shoes back for the shoes I didn't purchased please contact me regarding this issue because I want to return them. Wish horrible quality

This is the first time I've placed an order with Wish. I ordered a few pairs of sneakers along with some other items. I received the sneakers but they started tearing apart about an hour later. One pair of sneakers they sent was the wrong size. Also, a month later, two of the items I ordered have still not shown up. I just want the other items I ordered and then i'm done.

Wish unable to return a mobile that does not accept a sim card

The complaint relates to the return process

I have followed the instructions and have generated a return e mail, step1 say to download the attached return shipping address label
But there is no attachment.

I have spent the last 24 hours sending over 20 e mails to the [protected]@wish.com.

I have sent screen shots and clearly highlighted the issue
The e mails that I receive simply highlight the process, which I know, they have not addressed the issue.
I have requested the return shipping address so that I can create the label

So I am a little surprised that you are asking me to send the information again.

However as I want the issue solved I will start again

The reason I want to return the mobile is simply it does not work. It will not pick up my mobile network from the SIM card. The SIM card does work on my current mobile.

As mentioned previously, your system e mail quotes to download the attached return shipping label, but I don't see any attachment to down load. This is the issue. Can you not send me the details so I return the faulty mobile

I have attached the screen shots that the wish site generates, the last one is the problems as there is no attachment to download to print the return shipping label!

Wish solar lights pack of 4

I placed an order for pack of 4 solar lights in May a padded envelope arrived today 7.6.18 by Royal Mail with 1 damaged solar light this is totally unexceptable I will not be ordering from this website again unless this is resolved I paid £19 for the pack of 4 would definitely not ordered 1 solar light at that price . Would appreciate feed back ASAP

I'm complaining about the ridiculous loopholes im going through just to get my product from you guys. I purchased something online on March 20, 2018...it is now June 6, 2018 and still have received nothing from you guys I demand for one of your customer service representatives contact me anytime after 2:30pm. I Expect my product along with a full refund!

I need someone to contact me on a order i placed a few weeks ago. I lost my phone and can't remember what all i ordered or when it was supposed to be shipped. My bank acct was charged but have no idea whats going on with my order.

Wish promo code

mxfxskg this is the promo code I used on my order #:5b1851759b706154708bd66b, the total of my order was £8.00 and shipping 19.00 a total of £27.00 I put the promo code in and it brought the total to pay to £ 18.00, was happy with that, so continued to payments and payed via PayPal but received an email to say I had payed £27.00! I am not happy I had no warning that I would be paying the £27.00, if I had then I would not have continued as £19.00 for shipping is a lot, please refund the difference of £9.00 back to my PayPal account otherwise I will just cancel the order or send it all back

Wish tv for order/5afdeeaa03d4c740ffad78cc / my refund

On 5/24 I got my package and just the cord was in the box and the stand for the tv and a remote the actual tv was in there. Wish said they would issue my refund I jus had to send a pic of the tracking slip on the package and they still haven't processed my refund and stop responding to me a week ago and me and my kids still have no tv and no money. I have been sending them messages to support through the app
Now they stop responding since 5/30. Also they don't even give me a option to talk to anyone through the app anymore and when I send email they say go through the app but I can't cause they not responding. I want to sue

They offered a telephoto lens plus a T2 adapter for $4. I thought WOW, incredible deal! It was all I got was the T2 adapter.

Wish returns

I had received three items that did not fit. I requested information on returning these items and received an email requesting a picture of the item I wanted to return. I took a picture and submitted the request. I in turn received an email requesting a picture again. I sent this 4 times and got a 5th email again requesting a picture again. as far as I am concerned they are a rip off company. they may have won the battle and are keeping my money but I will win the war because I will never order anything from them again. I also saved two friends from ordering from them this past week and will continue to advise anyone that will listen not to do business with Wish, beware they are not an honest company.
