A couple of weeks ago I was intrigued by some of Wish.com's offers, but I strive to be very careful with online purchases. I set up an account so I could browse, but I didn't provide them with any payment information. I most certainly did not buy anything. Yet, I have three separate charges on my account for May 9, 2018 totaling more than $200 for items that I have not purchased. I went into my Wish.com account to see what my account was showing, but it clearly shows that I have NOT purchased anything. It also shows that I do not have any payment methods applied to my account. I have absolutely no idea how they got my account information. What really upsets me though is that it seems as though there is no way to reach this company. The phone number doesn't connect you to anyone!
a charge I received no order
In September - an order was made by mistake. I emailed wish customer
service immediately. They said to delete all orders and it wouldn't touch my account. I did do that yet I received a charge of 136.00 on my card. I received no merchandise. I've been trying to get this cleared up - and finally I found the correct email I used. [protected]@gmail

I would like to know why the products are advertised at a certain price but when you select the product the price increase in almost all the products I have selected . For example the shoe is R144 when choosing your size it is R385 but was advertised for R144. How can this be you advertise a product for the price you are selling? South Africa
not shipping items/tracking numbers aren't real sometimes
i have invested over $1000 in this company buying aplethora of things. the first 3-4 weeks went off like a hitch, but now I'm having difficulty getting the items that i ordered and end up having to ask for refunds. i used a different search engine to track pkgs and it said most were still in china when wish says they are almost there. I'm not the only one that is experiencing problems with them. the first time i made my large order I would get an email saying that a certain item had shipped. but not this time. i've looked back through my order history and some things have changed or just plain disappeared. im not worried about the small things like lip liquids, but there are canvases that i have ordered for my friend an her wife and also a different canvas for myself. i have also ordered reiki items such as healing spheres. chrystal balls and hard to find phone cases. i also have wall decor that they said has been shipped. i was getting many pkgs a day but now i get 1 or 2 every other day and its not the valuable things that are coming in. i have begun to order my cosmetics and home decor from places like Joom and Hush. i ordered my Hush items on a monday and got them by friday. it seems as if all of Wish's products (very nice i may add) come from China and take months to get here...if they even make it. Merchants are also being jerked around. one man was owed over $5300 from this company. Im hoping that the amount of pkgs will pick up but i highly highly doubt it. i have sent emails to [protected]@wish.com telling them about the lull inshipping and they continually send me a robo email telling me how to check the status of my packages. i know how to do this i just dont believe that they are as close to being delivered as the site says. in the last 2 days i've had to fight with a sister company called Cute over 2 lipsticks that were supposed to be delivered on the 6th. they told me to give it until the 13th and they would be delivered on that day. the 13th is a sunday. now they are saying to wait until the 15th. this is over 2 $1 lipsticks! wish has no problem issuing refunds. the only thing is that they ask if youve gotten this item or not. DO NOT ANSWER THAT QUESTION! back out of that screen and click on contact support and ask for a full refund. you dont have to give a reason. it's a shame really because Wish has great products, its just that they have shady business practices.

a tablet I ordered
I ordered a tablet form there that was advertised as being free just pay shipping. Instead of sneding the tab they sent a cheap stylus..when i complained about it they asked me for the shipping label which i had thrown away. and i didint really think much of it i just counted it as a loss at first, but then i noticed these no good crooks went to the the oprder history and changed my order to a stylus WHICH I NEVER ORDERED. now that ticked me off because I could see hey were being sneaky. Also i noticed on some of the things i order the shipping dates keep changing to later dates...these guys are about as crooked as they come with thier fake advertising aand crao i have another order that is supposed ot be coming i bet i dont get it either!
parcel not received + 2 parcels wrongfully delivered to me
I got 2 packages in the mail that I DID NOT ORDER but that had my name as the recipient for a reason that I am unaware of. In my order history, it is possible to see I never ordered any of the 2 parcels delivered to me. Still, since I was expecting other items from wish, I paid the fee for them to entry the country, except they were not my parcels and therefore I should not be the one paying. In addition, a sweater I actually ordered is stated on the wish website as having been delivered in march but it never reached my house. I have been in contact with customer support for 2 months and they keep giving the same standard vague answers and I keep trying to explain the issue but I never get a concrete answer. The result is that I am still stuck with 2 parcels that are not mine and my sweater is lost somewhere but wish will not solve the issue or refund me.
a pink (fit bit type) watch I bought for my daughter broke the same day we received it
I'm not exactly which consumer/ person it came from but the pink fit bit watch broke the same day. I also ordered a black fit bit watch that I've never received. I also ordered a nerf gun that I never received. The candle that I ordered in the picture looked a lot bigger than what I received. It's only 3 inches tall & 1/2 an inch wide. It's the gel candle with the sea shells in them. The tomagotchi I ordered never even turned on & the metal keychain that all tomagotchi's have was not on there. I have stuff in my shopping cart that I had planned to order but I'm canceling that order because it seems the wish items come in broke, don't come in at all, or WAY smaller than showed in the pictures. To me, that's false advertisement, & I will tell all of my friends to never order from wish due to the issues I've had & the experience I've had. It's not right that my kids were SO excited to receive these items & either they didn't receive them, it was broken, or A LOT smaller than advertised. To me, it's bogus & false advertisement. Either wish needs to get their issues together or close the company ALL TOGETHER. I'm VERY disappointed with my experience with you all & I will write all of the issues on the reviews so other people can read & be aware of what they are or aren't getting. Either I want a refund on ALL these items, or I want NEW items shipped to me promptly & I will NOT wait a month because I've already waited a month prior to these bogus items. And if I do not receive my items unbroken or not working, I will contact someone who deals with fraudulent schemes.

I recently found out that wish.com took out money from my account in the amount of 325.00 on 4/28/18 I did not order this stuff and I got a fraud alert from my bank and answered no I did not order it but they still took it out of my account. the account is under Jessica willerick and when I went to call them they deleted my account right away. I request a full refund to my account as I did not get these orders nor did I not order it, I will take wish to small claims court if I am not refunded to my account that it was taken out of.
on 4/27 someone took out 325.00 from my account under the name of Jessica willerick for an i pone and 2 shirts. i did not order this nor did i receive anything. i cancelled as soon as i found out but apparently they still took out money and lock my account so i count not cancel it. i demand a refund for the 325.00 or further action will be taken. we can not retrieve the account number as we r locked out.

Ordered the above item in a blue colour.
Arrived today in a little bottle, looks nothing like the photos and is not the size or shape or design as the photos on the advert.
Went through the contact on wish app site to be given the only option of return but I would have to pay for return costs which wouldn't be worth doing as probably costs more than the item.

all my orders
I ordered 4 laptops, tablet, and a cellphone. What I got was keyboard covers, charging cable, mouse and stylus pen. I wish I could talk to someone cause I want what I ordered and nothing else. I will contact the news media and better business bureau about this site and I will get them in trouble and will be shut down permanently. I can't believe they operate like they do
I just want to say never order from these rip offs again. They advertise for laptops and send you keyboard covers instead.

I placed a order of several items on March 23, for a party I was having some items never arrived and the others arrived way after my party my order was $160+ worth of items! I'm very disappointed with wish and don't think I'll be ordering party items no more, I had to go and buy the items locally and paid more money for them, I really don't understand why my items dint arrive I understand it says that most items take 15 days to arrive but these took more than a month and some dint even arrived ! I feel my money wax wasted
a swimsuit
I ordered a white one piece swimsuit in a size small, which didn't fit me even though I am a small in everything else I order, so with that I kindly asked for a refund which I received. Then, with that refund I ordered the same swimsuit but in a bigger size. I got the swimsuit pretty early because I paid for express shipping just to be even more disappointed. It fit fine and I loved it until I realized it was a completely different swimsuit! I ordered it from the same seller and even paid more for it to get it quicker and in return get something that I didn't want. Also everytime I go to contact support about it, the website crashes every time and I can't finish the email I was writing which is very frustrating. The one I wanted didn't have holes in the back and the second one I got does.
Try sending an email directly to support@wish.com. I've had the most luck that way.
smart bracelet

Wish took $18.48 off my card an I have never gave them permission to do so an now I'm being charged a $29.99 overdraft fee I want my money put back on card an they should pay overdraft fee as well. I sent customer support multiple messages concerning this an never get any response. I have been ordering from company for over a year and half the time I don't get what I ordered but they do refund me but it's never for more than $12. I have never purchased anything for the amount they took.

I would just like to advise people that have not used Wish, Geek or Home that the service is pathetic.
My purse was stolen and I had to replace my card...
Since then my account has been restricted and I have sent the info that they requested so many times that I can't even remember.
My first order with Geek was a total waste of time as I kept following up and was assure that my order was on its way. I never received those goods.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and actually started receiving my stuff and ended up buying more and more.
Then the issues started rising again when the products did not arrive by the dates given by them.
I currently have 5 orders at Geek, 19 at Wish and 3 at Home that needs to be refunded.
I have been issued ticket after ticket since the 1st of March without any help.
i cant get on the website and i would like to pay for the items i have ordered, your asking for a photo of a bill i paid with your name on it.i dont have a way to do that. thanks carmen

5 purchased rings that were wrong
I purchase through and find that (quality not always good or what expected) for the most the time I am happy with product. However, several months ago I brought 5 rings Lyo44274167cn was the tracking number on April 19, 2018. Again none of the items were correct. I would like the correct items I purchased or a refund. the same company. Happyseller one of the companies you represent. Sent me the wrong items. The contact people keep telling me I need to send picture of the package the came in. Unfortunately my husband was taking out trash and I threw the package away. At that time I did not know I would need it. O have sent many communications back and forth to the customer service. They will not help me. All they want is the packaging it came in as proof. How is that proof you can take a look at all the purchase I made and none are like the items I recieved that were wrong. You can also review all the communications I have had over these products. Sir/mam: while I am contacting my credit card company to inform them of how I was treated, I need for you to know what happened to me that appears to be happening to a lot of your customers. Your prices are great and quite frankly, your quality is also good. that is what enticed me to order. HOWEVER, your customer service is in the TOILET. I ordered and paid for what was "SUPPOSED TO BE" an "aromatic necklace with the aroma pads" from your company niceshoeshop. When I told them that the "aroma pads were dry" they kept asking me to upload a picture (which btw will NOT support confirmation of my claim that there was NO SPELL, bone dry pads) to an app that we finally determined that was a "mobile" app vice the lan line or email that I could send it. I asked to escalate my complaint to wish.com management and they told me to return the item "AT MY EXPENSE" when I already paid for shipment once. This is the most ignorant response I have ever seen, why not just send me the right pads or give me an email to upload, but STOP procrastinating and telling me crapp that does NOT work. I will NOT be recommending Wish.com to anyone
