Product Hookah set ran out of stock then, they issued a refund on 4/03/18 and I still haven't received my refund and it's 05/08/18. Also they said that it would take five to ten days to receive my refund on my card but, it never can and everytime I tell them they say the same thing. I just want my refund because I never received the product. It's been a month since they said they issued a refund and I never received it.
We ordered a gift for Christmas and it says it was recieved but it shows to a different location. I called USPS they said it was address to Marysville Wa not to Everett, WA. I bought a phone case . It took a month to get here. When I opened the package the phone case was broken but I waited so long for it that I tried to fix it and was unsuccessful. I emailed a second time to get a very similar message and no further contact.

How long am I banned for? I asked this question as I can no longer place any orders as as soon as I do I request it for my statement comes up. I had written a very SIM the letter to the one below but it was ignored and so the next time I sent this .
I have received for the second time this evening I request from you for a bank statement. I have already replied to that with an email.
I am extremely upset and disappointed to have pop up on my page I requested by wish for a bank statement of mine. your requested for a bank statement had no name department or any details on such request. I would not send a bank statement to anyone who requested one from me minus the name or department on the request. I think that is very poor commercial practice as I think requesting and bank statements from an individual via an email that simply says the following;
"We apologize for any inconvenience, but we need a few pieces of information so we can verify your account."
"Please enter your email address and a screenshot of your bank statement showing a recent purchase with us. Once we receive this information we will get you back shopping in no time."
Wish have been not been rejected Or have not been unpaid this is supported by my bank. I have made contact with the after hours department of my bank and spoken at length to them. I have also spoken to other client who are friends of mine after they have needed to Supply their bank statement for verification. The bank advised me not to and said you could find other means for verification. I find this an intrusion on my personal privacy and it does not meet the consumer ACT in New Zealand asking how I spend my money. Well a bank statement is certainly nothing else. It is clear that this is related exactly to that point, how I spend my funds and income and am I able to meet payments. With the Implications of the gathering of data and the verification using my bank statement and algorithms used today by such companies, opens up many current issues. the appearance of Mark Zuckerberg before the American congress is witness to this.
My offence is genuine and sincere at how this was handled. If necessary I will return all products I have purchased through wish. Had I been asked or spoken to more directly and politely while moderately, I would have taken less offence.
I have learnt by a very indirect way that I am now blocked as a shopper certainly that does not represent the businesses who we purchase from very well. This is certainly not common practice online and the events that this has caused shows poor customer service.
Over the past 5 days I have made many contacts with customer service to try and explain to them I am unable to send photo shots or screenshots because of my disability and health situation. The lack of understanding over this has been one of discrimination. An accident outside my control or fault has left me unable to do some of the daily tasks others take for granted. I informed your customer service department when I joined up. I have not complained about this even when I have received goods that are damaged and broken I have just stood the cost because I cannot send a picture and no one wants to speak to me unless I can. but worse is it systems you have in place or not in place that mean communication with you as both complex and difficult.
Returning to the point that has arisen tonight I am shocked, numb, and overwhelmed by the attitude and the demand for this. It seems people in my circumstances, severely disabled have no place on Wish even when we make contact and let you know from the outset. I am extremely hurt and emotionally distressed by the way this has been dealt with tonight. There has been no communication to explain anything just a message that popped up on my page and kept appearing indicating I could not shop.
I fully understand that you need to protect both parties and that you need to ensure transactions are being entered into with full insight and the funds to meet them. I realise also that there is a need to check the account owner is making the purchases. This in no way indicates wish should send me an email that pops up on my screen and ask for said bank statement.
This is outside the consumer trading act New Zealand, is not typical commercial practice and stretches the privacy rules to the extreme by the very fact that no communication has been entered into with me and no failure to pay has occurred or will occur.
Now let me tell you the embarrassing distressing aspect of the request. Firstly I am a critically ill injured woman who has had a severe traumatic accident leaving me with permanent injury and a changed life. This being so I need to adapt and change what was the family home and make sure that in the home are the needs as required by people coming in to care for me. I stated that this was the family home for the past 70 years, and we manage and make do but need to pay more attention to the needs of the house when others are involved in care. This is most definitely so when the immune system is involved. I have a complex medical health conditions as result of accidents and an assault in the city of Auckland in daylight hours. This has left me with permanent life time injuries and illnesses. Further to this I am now living in the family home from which my mother passed away a few months ago. It has been a extremely sad, distressing and grief stricken time. I am now to reside in this house but it was necessary to bring many areas up to date something I could not have done had I not been told of the wish site. I would have not been able to do this I would have been placed in care in an aged home. Hence I am working to update things. Furthermore through your site I have been able to help one of my carers who is to become a great grandmother for the first time. I have been able to give to her for the time and energy she has gifted to me.
I was overseas working on volunteer service abroad when I had this accident and this was followed by two further accidents on return to New Zealand and a public assault.
I am a decent and honest woman and would not trade if I did not have the funds. I feel the way this matter was handled in no way was respectful or treated me with decency.
I'll wait to hear from you as soon as possible. I hope that this email will not be ignored and that I will not be treated with the utter disrespect of a computer generated response. Customer service is customer service and I hope to hear from someone. If you do not wish my money say so. Thank you.

I am extremely upset that wish chose to deal with the matter in the way they have. They were happy for many days to take my money a substantial amount I can assure you. my disability stop me from taking the photos and I accepted that is it down for me given my disabilities that was not a problem. But it continues to grow as a problem because Wish will only enter into communication one way, their way.
My only issue in dealing with this site has been the frustration caused by the inability to communicate or make contact. I do not like posting negative reports or negativity on any company or person but would leave me with no opportunity to be in dialogue with them. Any emails I send I replied to with a computer generated message and in the past I have never heard back.
I like this site and it recommended it to many people but tonight's experience has me asking myself is it better to deal with those who will communicate and those will enter a relationship. Is trading, commerce, the purchasing of goods not like everything else, a relationship between two people that is best when there is communication and it is not one sided.
I look forward to hearing from Wish but I think that my experience in the past will be the experiences of the future.

I brought a dress which was not only shown differently on the images but also had a completely wrong description. A open Abaya which claims to have a lace and pearl trimming was just a printed dress (not open).
Followed usual procedure to return item several times and they claimed to e mail return label which never came through to me and I couldn't find anyone to help me. Also why should I pay for postage for a dress that is completely mis sold to me.

I went to the gas station on May 5 and had my card declined to my surprise. I just got paid on May 4. So i went and called my card and to my surprise geek website had withdrawled 320 dollars out of my bank account the night before. I have only been on this website once and download the app to get the free gift and gave them my info to pay the 50 cents to shipping. This is how they got my info. I delete the app after i got my free gift. Im still waiting on the free gift and now I cant even get ahold of a live person to discuss this issue.

I ordered a necklace, 2 packs of nose rings and a ring on March 10, 2018. I got the nose rings and the necklace but I still haven't received my ring. It was supposed to be delivered on April 22. I'm getting upset and want my money back and I will never shop with this company again. My teen wanted to try this site. The photos on the site of the dresses they offer for the price was enticing. I don't trust the sizes of online clothes for myself so I could not give her advice on whether or not to purchase since I've never done it. A friend told her it was good. The two dresses she purchased were horrible. Tacky, cheap (I mean little girl dress up clothes material). The quality was beyond disgusting. Who cares about the size? She wouldn't even put it on they were so horribly made! Strings, zipper jam before it's ever been unzipped, seams are hideous and fabric is just tasteless. PHOTOS on the website are lies and misleading. You are not getting the same dress here as you think you are purchasing! THAT IS WHY THEY WERE ONLY $20. EACH. Hem of dress outer layer doesn't match under layer (slip is longer). Packaging? Curled up and mashed into a tiny unpadded unproteced plastic bag.
What you see on the ground is my front porch after just pulling the dress out again to take a photo. Sequins drop off and the glitter on the dress is everywhere because it's not quality anything! The day she first got it there was so much glitter in my dining room on the floor, table everywhere, that it looked like a class of 23 Kindergartners had done art with glitter and glue! Tried cleaning it up, it just falls off the dress like rain!
