I have contacted wish.com to return this item for a bigger size. I have done this 3 times with no response from wish.com I will continue to register this complaint to the better business bureau. I will never order anything again. I will send this item back to wish on my own so they can credit my account for this item. If it is not done, I will file a lawsuit against them.

This seller is selling a cat galaxy pin that is not its design. I have found the real artist on IG and they did not authorize this item to be sold. This is disgusting. It appauls me that you allow people to steal from others and make a profit off of this. This should be taken down and I will not buy from you guys again and will spread the word that you are stealing.

I ordered products through the Wish.com website on 6 July 2017, but as of today 1 November 2017, still haven't received my products, which I have paid for.
I have tried contacting them through Facebook, twice, with no response.
Whenever I try to go to the order, the website gives an error, or says that I haven't ordered anything in the past.
VERY UNHAPPY as I was hesitant to order from them in the first place.

Everytime I order something I either get the wrong thing, size, or it just doesn't come at all. I used to be able to refund my items that were not received with no problem. All of a sudden they keep trying to make me wait until it's too late to get a refund. Wish, over the last two months has screwed me out of nearly $200.00. I wanna know how to sue and get my money back.

On the 25the of August, there was an unauthorized amount of R1894.33 that went off my account. I've been sending emails and they keep asking me to confirm the order number for that unauthorized purchase, I've sent screen shots of the transaction, I've sent bank statements and I still don't have my money. Every time I send an email with all the details that were requested from me, I get a reply from someone different asking me for the same request that was sent.

I am having the same exact issue with items I purchased. I ordered 2 of the same items (in different sizes) in purple, what I got was Wine Red. Contacted the company and was told that happens sometimes. They have asked me to send them photos of the items and the packaging (which I did...5x). I have either gotten instructions to go to Order History then click on {blank} which will take me to page I can print out Return Mailing label. These instructions do NOT take me anywhere it says it will. I have contacted company to tell this this and keep getting request to send proof of purchase or get the same NON working instructions. At one point they did tell me that they gave me a FULL refund and one of the items does say "Refunded" but I have yet to see that refund.
Who do I file a complaint with on this (I have all the correspondence since the 1st email)?

I have been buying products from wish for nearly2 yrs most products I've been happy with a d if something is a little flimsy you get what you pay for. What I'm complaining about just started happening in last few days I have gone to order a shirt and it states a price I check shipping then when I chose size no problem then chose color I see there's been 5 or more dollars added and I thaught maybe an error and do again same thing so I won't pay when theyr advertising one place and adding nearly double on at the cart. I happened tonight again I ordered a pair of boots that stated 7 dollars at or then added size then chose color it added another 13.00 onto order thinking that cant be right I placed in car and it added the extra 13 dollars of couse I took out. Why is wish lying about their advertised price it's false advertising and I looked everywhere about it all I found was merchants can change price whenever they want. I'll never ever buy from them again and will uninstall the apps I used to like them but lying about prices I wouldn't dare being they can change whenever hopefully people read this don't get ripped off.

Hi i ordered a make up brush set of $ 16 like about six months ago and i have not received yet. Few months i thought i will eventually get it. Than i thought i am not getting it anymore and it was just 16$ so i did not bother later now i came to know that my sister had same incident with Wish so she complained and got refund and also the product . And now i realise that its not just aboit money but, wish is not doing any good customer service and can be complained about it. So please refund my money back and also for compensation i want the product too.

Hello, recently I accidentally purchased a wireless gaming keyboard and mouse problem with the internet I thought it wasn't purchased then applied for a refund. Haven't recieved the refund yet but today the 30th of October I have been charged 30 to my account this is outrageous the item isn't even in my order history ! I demand a refund immediately this has put me in a bad situation as I want to transfer money into my account but it is in negative so that would mean I am being charged for nothing!

I do not understand your pricing policy. The item in my shopping cart is listed as $.80 if bought with others, regular price is $.95, if you scroll down, the price is $4, and the price shown in my shopping cart.
I am browsing your website for other items that are more expensive, which have similar price variations. But i am hesitant to buy more expensive items, because more expensive items because of the price variations I explained on the item in my shopping cart.

Hello I'm here complaining about the same thing I've seen other customers come here for free Giveaway. I've missed it once thinking the Giveaway was in the a.m when it was p.m can so far I've been ready everyday this week trying to claim free items with no luck.. When I pick the item I really want I chose that first from size and color and on to the next possible item I can get but when I went to check out it showed me the total of what I had to pay so I'm here asking for the items I tried to check out and a better way to claim these items.. I've made a few purchases in the past and I plan to continue but it has to be a better way for consumers to be able to make purchases or to claim free giveaway items free shipping or not... I would deeply appreciate a response bcz I'm missing out on some good stuff 🙏

The first order should have came by the 14th October but still i have not received a thing . The tracking tool shows that 6 of the 10 items have reached the destination country South Africa. On Aug 21, 2017 I ordered a raised dog bed.

I paid $29.95 for this and have not received it. I believe this was a raised dog bed. When I looked for the order on the WISH order history it says I have no orders but I have ordered a few things from this company.
I don't understand why this isn't recorded.

I ordered my 5 items of clothing on The Wish App at about 20:15pm on the 26/10/2017( yesterday) and when I pressed 'Confirm order' to pay for clothing the price was around £41:98. It went onto Nationwide verifying it and popped up with 'Something went wrong! Please try again' so I refreshed the page and the payment had gone down to £40.78 so pressed 'Confirm Order' and it went straight through. However when I looked at my online banking it shows that £82.76p has gone out of my account. So I have been charged twice. I have contacted the Wish support team via email 2 times and nothing has been remotely said apart from the total price, last 3 digits on the card and the date of purchase. I have provided all of the correct information but I get sent back through is a copy and paste of how to contact them... please help.
