I am complaining about three items that have not been delivered scissors, ladies crossover bag and a dog tag.Also I have sent around five times confirmation of my email with photo of last four digits of bankcard to get my account working again and still not sorted. I made a purchase from wish on June 2 2017 and soon as I paid for the order an extra 94.86 disappeared from my card stating from Joy ware I didn't order from Joy ware and ironic how I make a payment to wish and get rob from another company I know nothing about I informed my payment institution and will be disputing the charges either something's going on with this company or pay pal
bracelet and packaging
I received a bracelet/watch which is brown and has a butterfly and the glass in the watch is broken and the package it came in was already opened and looked like it was stepped on with black footprints on the package itself. I feel like the company that delivered the package did this to the product and package and I'm very unhappy and would like it replaced
your clothes are a joke. cheap material. nothing like pictures and way to small
I'm very disappointed in the quality of all the clothes i did order. First off none of them fit. Not just this outfit. It was my first time shopping online and every piece of clothing i ordered look nothing like the pictures. In the pictures they look great and i open the package and it's flimsy cloth. Ontop of that there is no guide on what sizes are best for people to order... My dresses are so tight i cant breath. My bathing suit bottoms are so tight i feel the need to lose more Weight but i know deep down i dont have to. Im 130 pounds and 5'6... Im very upset with the company and i will be deleting this app and never shopping from here again. I wasted my money and my time and I only have myself to blame. I do recommend you put on your site sizes for woman to choose from. Like if your a 7 in pants get a 9 or a medium in dresses or shirts get a large... I think you should also take a picture with the real quality of cheapness you provide. I spent 50 dollars and more and i could of gone to ross and got better clothes and this site is just a joke... I recently tried to purchase some products but then got a notification that my items have been refunded due to suspected fraud, now I can't get hold of wish.com. I only want to know what fraud was detected and when is my refund meant to come. I don't have the resources to take legal action but I'm not contacted soon I'll take every opportunity to make my story known.

money debited
I placed a order with wish on the 9th of May 2017, i received an email stating they are processing the order, when i go back to my order history today i see that the product i purchased isn't in the history, so i went back to my banking history and see that the money was deducted, then i went back onto the wish.com website and i noticed it says if they payment didnt go through that should be the reason it doesn't show on the history. But thats not the case as money was taken from my account.

I am going to sue this so called wish company. I have been out of the money they stole from me since July. I didn't order the stuff. It was put in my cart and they put it in order status and I can see I'm not the only one they did this to. Done playing games they need to be called out for the thieves that they are. bluetooth fidget spinners
Hi,
I shop alot on wish and i have come across the bluetooth fidget spinner which says free n pay for shipping only, every one i go into the bluetooth spinner isnt for free they you have to pay for n its the standard spinners that are only gor free... it fake advertising n misleading to a customer. I have gone through 10 or more different ones that state that the bluetooth spinner is free n there all the same u have to pay for the bluetooth spinner but the standard spinners are free.
Its states on the front of each section saying bluetooth spinner FREE just pay for shipping, so they should be free. I wanted 5 of these and i think i should get them for free n only pay the $3 shipping fee.
If i cant have them for free as it states on your site n app, i will have to take it further and talk to someone in regards to the sitiation. Hope to here back from you soon.

Hello i have been trying for days to talk with someone at wish. A few weeks ago i ordered about six items, haven't got anything, i was trying to get back on the website i couldn't get back, i had to log in on facebook there for i lost my wish list and tracking number. This is very confuesing i can't count how many times i emailed wish they replied do this or that nothing happened. This was my first time shopping at wish very disappointed. Today i got an ten dollar grand theft auto for ten dollars which i did not order. What is going on? Can someone provide a number where i can talk to a person please? I placed an order for several items which costed me over $60
It has been 2 months and I still haven't received anyone of them
I finally asked for a refund
The refunded me only the for three of the items, not other two and I paid $32 for a wig and they refunded me $1.97 I don't know where is the rest of the money
And in total, I got $2.57 back from over $60 of order
Do not buy anything from this website because you will not get the items and they will not refund and there is no live representative to talk to

eyebrow stamps
Yesterday Monday I received my eyebrows stamps I actually use them last night.. then again this morning .. the powder from the stamp it wipes completely off .. supposed to be sweat proof and waterproof that's not the case ...I am not happy with the product at all .. on TV and on Facebook show you how it works with the water on the face and people that sweat it supposed to stay on for three months.. it's a load of lies ok not a very very happy coustomer at all .. would like to know what you're going to do about this because you can't sell things on Wish and they don't do what people say they do false advertisemeant

I have not been able to get in touch with support for Wish.com via Facebook. This is very annoying since I live in Australia and cannot make international calls. It's expensive. Furthermore trying to contact support requires you to log in to your account which is even more annoying since the nature of my need to get into contact with the Wish.com Team is because my account does not exist for some reason. I cannot log into my account, cannot reset my password since my email doesn't exist all of a sudden and was on Level 7. This is ridiculous. I need help because when I opened my phone app on my phone, I was logged out and couldn't access my account anymore since it apparently does not exist!

This is not the first time I havn't gotten my packages ... I have recorded about 500 dollars I've have spent on packages that have never came ... I am about to stop using wish ... I love this app i've spent about $2400 here on this app ... And 40% have not been delivered ... I am a very patient women .. But I work hard for my money ... If something isn't done I won't be using wish anymore ... And I will make sure to tell all my friends and on every social media account I have been proudly advertising the wish app on will definitely be informed to not order anything if you want to get what you pay for
An intelligent person would check out a website's reviews PRIOR to spending any money on that site. That is what I am doing now. Perhaps you should do the same, especially since you have not gotten 100% of what you ordered.
jumpsuit
Hi, I've ordered and paid for a jumpsuit that does not fit. I've been trying to get a refund but the jumpsuit is no where to be found in my order history. I've tried to go through other products to explain my situation and get a refund, but no one seems to understand that the jumpsuit I'm trying to get refunded for is nowhere to be found in my order history. So I have no idea how to get my money back.
I charge some clothes from wish on my debit card about three months ago in March of this year they finally sent me an email saying they were sorry and my money was be put back on my debit card now I cannot get in touch with them to find out where is my money I kept a copy of all my emails so now I am going to get an attorney
