I ordered items on 20 May (order number 592099d6d37a71dfd6bbe424).
I was told that my account was blocked and I need to send a picture of my credit card and I did. On 24 May I was informed that I was being refunded as per my request. I never requested a refund. On 26 May have not received my money yet, but I still want the order to go ahead. If someone can assist me in this matter, as this is my first time with Wish and this is the service I get

Wish.com is the world's worst website interms of their customer outreach, they dont have dedicated email id to complain & resolution.
Paid 220$ for xiaomi note3.
They gav eme wrong rm tracking no (Rm703717647cn).
Complaint lodged to website wish.com says that it delievered to right person me at bangalore location (India).
Online web complaint at indian post said that another person me & chinna who received article from china & us, both of them tracking no same?
How can 2 different person can have same tracking no when its unique for all the individuals when we see?
Who is liable for this wrong quoting of rm no?
Now wish.com have blocked my email id & login details saying that they can't cancel my order.

This is to whom it may concern My name is Allen and I place several orders last month and I haven't received any of my packages one of my packages was sent back to sender I been writing to support wish letting them know that I have not received any of my packages and I also wroth them saying that one of my packages was sent back to sender still no response back from support wish customer services idk wat else to do.

My items were ordered april 28th, 2017. I waited until two days ago (May 21) until I decided to check the tracking information so see when my items would arrive. To my surprise, it said that my items were already delivered on may 12th, 2017. I contacted wish and told them of my problem. They pretty much told me to contact the postal service and they'd issue me a reimbursement or do an investigation. I did that and usps told me that they could not find my packages and that they were not liable because wish shipped them 1st class and not priority mail so there was no insurance on them. I told wish about this and they basically shrugged me off, apologizing for the mix up and thanking me for my understanding but not sending me new items or issuing me a refund. I've contacted them back again requesting a refund which they haven't responded to yet. I've also put in a dispute claim on paypal. This is very upsetting and their customer service is terrible. This is a horrible company and they will not be receiving my business anymore.

I'm a regular wish and home customer, but for some reason I can't make any purchases. I've always used the same credit card but won't allow me to make any purchases. I was kicked out for no reason!
I was a seller on www.wish.com and had a perfect time there selling my stuff until they kicked me out!
When I contacted Wish customer service and demanded some reasonable explanation, they said that someone reported me for scam activity. They said that they received a complaint from a person which claimed that I stole his money. What a nonsense! I never did anything like that!
I of course asked who was the guy who reported me and they said "sorry that's a confidential information". Well, no thanks Wish! With that attitude I hope you'll be out of business!

My account has been blocked for nearly 3 weeks. As per the request of Wish.com, I sent a photo of my credit card four times already but so far I've only received automated email responses and my account is still blocked. This is extremely frustrating and truly appalling customer service.
Please unblock my account ASAP.

wrong items sent, no customer support
My last three deliveries came and were All wrong. 2 were wrong item totally, I ordered 2 x 2 meter usb braided android phone charger cables and received 2 x 1 meter led illuminated plastic cables, this was ordered approximately at the start of May 2017
I also ordered a PINK lanyard and received BLACK. Ths was ordered approximately at the end of April 2017
I requested a refund, and have received no communication. I also requested a return and refund, and received no communication. I have NOT received a refund, A law suit may be in order, followed by bad media press coverage, and public awareness on social media and in tech publications. This is a very bad business for customer support. It is not customer facing.

I placed an order for 36 items on May 16, 2017 and the transaction was completed without any problems. My credit card was charged the following day. Then I started getting alerts from Wish.com that some of the items I ordered will not be fulfilled, thus will issue me a refund. More alerts came until all of the items I ordered will be refunded because Wish.com is not able to fulfill my order. I understand one, two or even 3 items being out-of-stock, or something, but all 36 items? Come on. I am going to wait for the refund. Reading all the complaints and people's frustrations in dealing with Wish.com, I am seriously worried.

I tried to purchase an item for $3 and shipping was $2 so my total was $5 I put in my shipping address which was the same as my billing address I put in my card information and tried to submit my payment when it said "oops! There was an issue processing your debit card."
