Can not get Wish to respond for a refund on extremely poor quality shoes.
I have followed all instructions with no response from Wish.
Very dissatisfied and quite irritated with this company. I need instructions on how to send the merchandise back and receive my refund. I should not have to be under such stree to make a return.
This is the most unfriendly user site I've ever seen!

I've placed an order and a few days later it said that my order was declined and refunded. It has been a month and still haven't got my money back. It does not take that long for a refund to go through. They also are horrible about contacting you back. I still have not got anything back from them. I do not recommend shopping off there site. Also there products are fake and cheaply made but I guess you get what you pay for.

I have ordered from wish for such a long time. I have sent the support team 4 messages asking where the items are & I got not one acknowledgement. I want my items asap> received part of the order to my work like I always do & these two say they were sent to a pobox. That is not possible. I am going to file a complaint to the bbb if I do not here back in 24 hours.

I ordered a women winter large fur collar coat order ID# 58a10014d81fef2bf71e3403 from store:guangzhou hanyige Apparel co., LTD received a email on 2/17/2017 stating item had shipped and estimated delivery date was 3/13-3/23/2017. Item still hasn't arrived! I paid $28.00 and want my money back since I cant seem to get my item I ordered. I have tried emailing a couple different times with no response . Everytime I click on contact support I get message saying error 404. Not only did I not get my item, but it disappeared from my order history yet my bank account wasn't credited. I received everything else on that order just not the coat. I am hoping to get a response this time so I don't have to get officials involved.

poor quality, and atrocious tailoring on all the 3 dresses I ordered.
1. Womens' Fashion Round Neck Long Big Yards Lace Dress with short sleeves (see picture 1 & 4) the hem is completed in a different color cotton and the finishing is not smart and the hem at the bottom of the zip is splitting up, very poor finish.
2. Waist training Corset different from the one shown on the advert.
3. the armhole of the dress on picture no 3 is too wide when worn and the material is of very poor quality.
4. the x2 blue body corn dresses is of poor quality material, poor cutting jiggered edges not very smartly cut, and poor mismatch of material as they are all nylon and are body clinging. I have visited wish website to access my order, the first time I managed to log in arrange a return when I received the x2 lace dresses but have not had any response on how to return. After receiving the other items I tried to go into wish.com to log in to my order to arrange return but was unsuccessful. i have contacted wish x 6 times and they provide me with the same instructions to view my order history but have not managed to do so as I always get a response that I haven't ordered yet please place an order. All I want is to return the items I am not happy with and get a revised invoice to pay for the jewellery that I am pleased with.

WISH is a very unprofessional website. First off, there is no phone number that actually goes to a person. I personally never made any order online with Wish but somehow I got 5 separate charges on my credit card. I had to cancel my credit card with my bank since I couldn't talk to anyone from WISH, so that they couldn't keep charging me. If you let people call then I think this could or could have been resolved. I had a $7.00 charge [protected], $4.70 on [protected], charge $10.00 on 3-2-2017, charge [protected] for $5.00, charge $8.00 on 4-4-2017. So you can imagine I had to cancel my credit card and got overdraft charges.

Hello. I got kicked out from Wish and my account was cancelled. I was a long time user and had sold a lot of things and all my customers were satisfied.
Recently I got banned and then they closed my account.
When I contacted Wish support they said that one of my customers claimed that he made a huge order, paid and never received his items!
That was not true! Either that was a terrible mistake or someone actually wanted to get rid of me. I need my account back, that's important!
Most of my income came from Wish! Please, I need this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.

We found a beautiful prom dress that we ordered really early to make sure it got here in time. App said that it would arrive March 7th. Then said it would arrive March 14th. Tomorrow is April 1st and it is still not here. Prom is April 29th and I can't wait on a dress that will never come. I have emailed and all they had to say was sorry. Dress shopping here I come. Hey... I order a power phone case from off wish. The price for the power case is $13 but charged my card $32. That is not right... you will not make money if you rip people off. If it say one price it should come out as the same price that it is. I have not yet receive three of my items and still waiting on my refund also I have not receive the black bell pants in a 2x. What further steps do I need to take...All items have been photoed and submitted.
It's been two months since i order items from Wish and i have yet to received them. I've tired contacting them several of times and all they can tell me is to call my local post office, but when i call my local post office and provide them with the tracking # they advise me the items don't get ship there, i would need to contact Wish. This is beyond frustrating! I would like to know where my items are or i would like to received a refund.
That happen to me. I call sent pictures as required and I still cannot send the two shirts back and get my money. They are a scam when trying to return something. I even sent it to their California office and they return it back to me. I am at a lost at getting my money back.
