Wish payment issue

Ok I found out you all if you all are getting a message stateing its a payment issue its [censored] what it is and thats all they has to damn tell me 8 am blocked account locked so I'm done fick them and wish and I encourage evetybody on here dont purchase [censored] from the thieves kiara crooks conartists look they owed me 28.97 them [censored] sent 7.00 refund like my gel pens they removed it totally there business is bad and I'm going to put that on their reviews. But I'm like answer me this if the block stays and can't be removed why yall wait so long to email and tell me and dont send me [censored] else from yall sorry [censored] company bet none of that defective [censored] is made in China the oils and the damn lipstick shaver that broke in a day seen them shots at a drug store in bout to write a review on these [censored].

Wish I am being denied an item I that was offered in the daily deal

On 2-21-2020 I paid $0.50 for a camcorder that was being offered as one of the Daily Deals on Wish the very same day on 2-21-2020 I received a facebook messenger update stating the item was shipped 3 days later on 2-24-2020 i was refunded my money back and when I asked customer support about this the tell me that my order wasn't the first one processed.In the offer it states that only 1 winner will be offered this deal and all others will be refunded within 24 hrs. They never refunded my money until the 24th 3 days after the item shipped.Idon't know why they took it away from me but I expect them to make this right and send me the camcorder that I won

Wish Stolen wish account

My wish account was hacked today (7 March 2020) and re change my password and ordered stuff from the credit card. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible. I am a victim of fraud I didn't place at least 4 orders with you guys. Different orders that I did not place, I already have contacted the bank to cancel the card but the stuff was already paid for is being shipped out and I can not get to my wish account anymore. I tried to re-set the passord and did not get the link to my email. Pls cancel all orders done today. Please call me at +[protected] my email is [protected]@seznam.cz.

Wish Unauthorized charges on my card.

I had received a call from my banks fraud department today 3/4/20 telling me there was a 194.00 charge pending to a company called Wish.com. I have never heard of this company and immediately had to have my card shut off. Tomorrow I will be going to the bank to check if there are any other unauthorized charges to this or any other of these companies. I am inquiring where the order was shipped to as well as the name on it. I need this matter to be addressed as soon as possible. I thank you for your immediate attention.

Wish Unauthorized debit card charges for an order I didn't place

£93 was taken from bank account by WISH.com. I check my recent orders and could see 2 orders that I did not place! One which had been cancelled already without any money taken, and the other that had also been cancelled but the £93 had been taken from my bank, then refunded into their account under WishCash, which means I now have to spend this money on Wish items! Apparantly it cannot be refunded once it's in WishCash. I want my money back!

Wish Some imaginary problem my account

Tried to pay /nd half of last months order, tried to place new orders, tried to enter new payment -keep getting told there is a problem with account. Also an order arrived today.. /2 skirts both black but I ordered one gray one black. Couldn't issue complaints because of this "problem ". Sent statements with previous wish orders. I am frequent and loyal customer. I'm really pissed. Please fix it

Can't pay off second hall of order, getvincorrect orders fixed, or place more orders (which I am hesitant to do given all the recent problems). I have done everything asked(sent pic of me with ID and statement w/, previous wish purchases). I have heard nothing since despite trying to pay daily using all payment options...even a new one i know is good. Fix it please

My account is frozen for no reason. I have done everything requested - sent a picture ID selfie, and the statement with previous wish purchases. I keep getting directed to a site where I am expected to pay for this technical help which I will not do because this is no fault of my own all my cards are good I even added an additional payment option. I was trying to pay the second half on time, In fact before time And was told there was a problem and my account was frozen so I cannot pay off that second half, I cannot get other issue resolved where I received a skirt I purchased two skirts actually one in black and one in gray And I received two black skirts. And I also received a pink camouflage sweatshirt with the ankle is so tight that I can't get my feet through. Because my account is frozen I cannot get these issues resolved, I cannot pay what I owe, nor can I make further purchases - not that I'm sure I want to anymore. I am a very loyal and frequent customer, So I truly resent the runaround that I'm getting. This is not my fault. Fix the problem. Unfreeze my account so I can pay you, get my other issues fixed and possibly make more purchases although at this point I don't know if I still want to work with Wish. Please help just fix the [censored]ing account I'm getting very frustrated because I've been dealing with this for weeks

Account frozen for no reason. I am getting seriously frustrated I've been dealing with this for weeks. I'm trying to pay off last the second half of last months purchase which is like $10 it says there's a payment issue all my payment options were declined, and there's no reason for that because I know they're all good. I even added the second one and additional payment option that was also declined. As a result I cannot pay what I owe, I cannot resolve the issues that I have with A skirt I ordered. Actually two I ordered one black and one gray. I received two identical black skirts. Also I ordered a pink camouflage sweatsuit that the ankle holes were so tight that I could not get my feet through without tearing them and I have small feet. So this is is cannot be resolved I cannot pay what I/O nor can I make further payments or purchases And I keep getting directed to sites that expects me to pay for the help I need which I assure you is not going to happen because none of this is my fault or problems on my end Period I need this problem fixed so I can continue shopping or I need everything refunded that I've complained about. And all the orders that I still have not gotten. Oh and I also bought a set of chokers six of them two of which broke within the first day the third one brokeTwo days later. I am a frequent long-term loyal customer and I expect this to be resolved without my having to pay for it just unfreeze my account just shouldn't be difficult. Handle it.

I am seriously supposed to pay to get This issue fixed that has nothing to do with a problem on my end? I want my account unfrozen. I should not have to pay for it. I will not pay for it. I am a loyal and frequent Wish.com customer and I resent the runaround. Figure it outSo I can pay off what I owe and continue buying things. Otherwise I have to take the next step and report to the Better Business Bureau

Wish Account payment issues

I've been flagged because I got a new credit card they want me to verify my identity but won't let me.ive tried wish support and still having issues and I keep getting kicked out love wish but I guess I'm deleting them since I can't seem to be able to order and they can't fix the issues I've been to all the wish trouble shooting sites I've gotten as far as verify identity but when you push the button it doesn't work and I'm stuck on the same verify identity page

I'm having account issues I can't check out I order I get a confirmation email from wish then all my orders are cancelled and I have to wait 14 days for my refund they keep telling me it's a identity verification issue but all my information is the same except a new credit card number as my previous card was compromised and when I try to verify my identity on their page it won't do anything I push the verification button and it doesn't work please help I've asked wish but they say it's a bank issue it's not my bank is fine and all reply's from wish are now all Spanish or French sadly i only speak English

Wish Problem with my purchase

I am trying to purchase items on the site, when I go to check out, it is asking for a copy of my bank statement showing a previous purchase. This is my first time purchasing anything so I can not supply this. It will not let me check out. I tried to go to the contact us tab and was requested to re sign in with my user name and password (This is while I was logged into the site) when I filled in the details, it advised that the details are not correct, however I was logged into the site at that time using the same user name and password

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online shopping

The issue that I have experienced was: Tracking No# W1000 18 6846190FPL
Order placed on 1/02/2020

I have been checking my order all the time around the clock as this is my first time experience with this new website Online, but taking the risk by placed 2 orders at the same time.

Take into consideration that their market mostly focusing on Western Side so chances for this website online is not genuine, is never came across.

The 1st order had been received, unfortunately, the 2nd order, based on shipping tracking, it was stop on 5/2/2020. Their Customer Support template Q&A, 95% not relavant and not giving us a room to lodge an issue to them, as they do not have options OTHER issues.

My issue now, besides totally not happy their shipping period, and totally regretted to download this application, but i am just waiting for 2nd order to be received before i will uninstall.

Within few minutes i had checked the tracking system, of of sudden, the system change the item AS DELIVERED.

I was trying high and low to lodge a report and wonder, how does it happened, but to no avail as their template do no has any Other Issues for buyers to input.

I am traumatised very badly now, i have another issues with Ali Express, total orders paid were 7 items an none of them receive, and another one was with Chickycoin. Com.

So with total of three new Online Applications, that i had just tried, all this putting me in such a ways, exaggerated my deepest depression.

Lots of monies had been debited from my account since January, and until now, i am just felt cheated.

I am really seek your cooperation towards my issue, as i am not receive the item, and i need the dress too.

So i would like to know what is going on? My money out from the account, purchasing something that yet to be received.

I am just waiting to be received then i will uninstall these 2 applications and will update again about my experiences, with these two Online Webs, so others, the newbies will not need to face the same problem.

The main issue : i have not received the item, but why system indicated DELIVERED?

It occurred on: 28/02/2020

This incident exaggerated my emotional illness, as i am a psychiatric patient, i have major depression, panic attack and anxiety, ADHD, Insomnia, OCD, Bipolar, and on medications with monthly regular Cosultation check up with my Psychiatric.

Due to my major depression, the only thing that make me happy, is to shop, and Shopping Online is my best interest.

I am loyal to Lazada for years and 1 day i could purchased with minimum orders of 3 daily.

Due to Coronavirus issues happening in China, Lazada was and still affected very badly, and that is the reason i switched to another applications although they are far most expensive, too long, for delivery period, but selling the same items, which productions are from China too, as i am A loyal Lazada Customer for years, i am fully aware on most of the products.

And as i am writing now, i have very badly emotional down, and with full of hatred, angered and so much regretted purchased via your Online Websites.

An apology, but that is not the PRIORITY, Most, i need to know at which point now the item is located? If take a month to reach me again, i need A Refund to be initiated and credited immediately, as i do not think, i could be maintain my tolerance, account was debited for so long, my cash flows running low, due to my addiction on shopping online, and found this new websites that i am never thought i will get cheated, that is the best word i could prescribed to their honesty.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

Wish Payment problem

I followed the normal proceedure, but I had a new card, so I knew the first card would be rejected. But by following this proceedure I was able to get to the page which would allow me to edit my old card details and enter my new card details. This I did, and the message came up "There is something wrong with your card details. Please try again." I tried again and, predictably, failed. Another message came up to tell me I had failed for some other reason, and to direct me to https://www.wish.com/payment-issue Along the way I was also commanded to send a photo of my driving licence, and then I reached the email address, to find dozens of letters from Wish customers who had suffered identical experiences to my own. No help or direction, just a catalogue of Wish-created disasters. Shame on you, Wish! If my issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I shall withdraw what has been for you, my lucrative custom. Wish I keep getting message I need to verify my account

I keep getting I need to verify my account however it will not allow me to click on the verify account button. Does wish no longer wish to get my business?
Where do I have to go to verify this issue as going to the link does not work?
I have been a wish customer for the last 4 years and I haven't had any complaints until the last 6 months. From what I am reading this is happening to a lot of customers.
I love wish and their products.

Wish Unable to change credit card #

Your website is very difficult or impossible to change credit card info. I have an order pending, because I cannot change the credit card. Why do you make things so difficult? You could easily have payment options when someone wants to place an order. . The credit card # you have on order is cancelled, and you site will not let me change it. This is the second time I have complained about this. Apparently you don' want my business. I am confident that many others have the same problem.

Wish Goods received, essential parts missing and are not fit for purpose

Ordered on 31st January, received on 21st February.
Order no 5e349dc6bcbb813aca7771a9.
Order was for an airbrush set complete with compressor and all parts for a function piece of kit.
Goods arrived but did not include the hoses connecting the compressor to the airbrush. As such it is useless and will not work.
The Wish customer support is based on set answers to set questions and do not cater for my issue.
Each time I go to to contact a support agent who does not see to read the query and comes back with answers such as "wait for delivery" (until 17th April).
I have been told I cannot get a refund as it has been dispatched - What about Consumer Rights.
There is no means of speaking/e-mailing someone directly with my query and no other means of escalating a complaint.
They have taken payment and supplied faulty goods with no means for me to gain recompense.

Wish Unauthorized/fraudulent charges

My Wish.com account has been hacked by someone from Russia. The person immediately made a purchase of 7 tablets in the amount of $350 and then proceeded to cancel the order. The result was my account was granted Wish cash which is not refundable. The person then proceeded to use the credits on the account to send actual stuff (mostly electronics) and sent them to the address at Russia. I knew of this quickly because I have been robbed of my wallet 2 years ago and so have setup my bank account to text me every card transaction. The person changed my Wish password and it wasn't until the products were ordered, that I regained access to it again. I have so far contacted my bank who had (once again) cancelled my debit cards and put up an investigation. I am hopefully waiting for my account to be credited by next Wed.

I was charged $39.99 for card ending in 3610. Now my card is suspended. I need a refund immediately. What I signed up for was supposed to be free. Don't know what happened.

Wish An order for shoes

I ordered online for a pair of shoes from wish.com in January. I have not received the shoes, nor have I heard anything from the company, The order cost with shipping was $32.94. Investigate this for me please.
Whenever I try to fine the company on Facebook it pulls up the site for wish. com. I did not print a copy of the order like I usually do as I cant print from my tablet.
