I spent about an hour looking for different codes to see if I could get a discount on shipping. I used over 30 different codes that was posted for existing customers. According to the app, the existing customer codes couldn't be used. Existing customer codes were said to be only for new customers or it said I couldn't use on my device. I emailed customer support and Christian said the code I used was on a timer and when the timer ran out, my items went to original price. I've sent 15 emails and each of the 15 said the exact same thing. I asked several different questions and even asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. Again, Christian sent the exact same email never answering my questions. I've used Wish several times and I like it. With all the money I pay for s/h I was hoping for a reprieve.
I can't make a purchase
I'm trying to use my credit card to purchase some items..it's not alow me to use it ...I'm trying to purchase like 6 items all at once...its bin giving me trouble to use my card . Can u help me get this issue resolved..i would like to continue purchasing other items...I have purchased items before never had an issue and now its giving me one I dont understand why its happening please help me

When I ordered it was one price, they increased it. It was listed more than once, they chose the higher price. I emailed and emailed, nver received an adjustment. I said Id return or refuse. I kept waiting for a reply. Also, they never asked to go ahead and process the order. Anyway, it was received. I only opened it last night. Power cord is wrong, a slot is broken. It's refurbished. Since I can't plug it in or charge, I don't know if it works. No manual. No instructions of any kind. Made 2 attempts to customer service, but when I tried to send requested pictures, the site closed they said the time period was up, so can't do anything. Please help. I have pictures in my cell, but they wouldn't enter.

I have multiple items that were supposed to be delivered on August 17, 2019 and I still have not received them. They were all sent to the wrong address and were supposed to be delivered to the correct address/ W257 N6994 Victoria Circle Sussex, WI. 53089. As you can see there are quite a few items that we have not received, they were supposed to be birthday gifts and are extremely late. I received items and the 5 iron head was off the shaft.
The professional at our golf club glued it back on and I thought that was ok.
After using the clubs about 6 times both the 8 and 9 irons snapped just above the head on the shaft.
I want full refund as I do not believe they are genuine clubs as they should not snap after so little use, I am only a part time golfer
I really hope you can get Wish to accept this and get me a refund asap
I have tried contacting Wish but do not believe they are taking this seriously and are very slow to respond.
1 club was broken when delivered and 2 snapped after using only a few times.
The 5 iron on delivery was not attached to the shafthaving come off possibly in transit
The professional at golf club glued it back on.
The 8 and 9 irons both snapped on the same day even though they have only been used about 6 times each.

I know this has i have a signature from the royal mail. I was told id have a refund within 14 business days which has now elasped and i still dont have my £85 refund. I ordered 22 items on March 28 3019. The items were supposed to arrive by May 13th and I have not received 13 of them. I tried notifying that they have not come, but only received the automated message saying to wait a until July 13th. When I went back on July 13th, I received another automated message saying it's too late for a refund. I just want what I ordered, and if I'm not going to get the items, then I should get my money back. You can't advise people to wait, and then refuse a refund. You also can't have people pay for items that are never delivered, especially without an explanation as to why it is taking so long. I have never had an odious before now, but this is a little ridiculous at this point.

my card was used fraudulently at wish
My card was used fraudulently at several establishments. I show a $250 charge and a $1 charge on my MasterCard on 8/31. I've cancelled my card, turned it over to fraud department and contacted the local Fillmore Sheriff's department. Is there any way to can reverse this charge. The last 4 digits of my Master card are 7863.

I purchased a pocketbook and other items I did not recieve, in the waiting time for the items to come my bank account was closed and unable to open another. I contacted customer service at wish and told them my items did not come and I did not have the bank account anymore that I make the purchases on and if a refund I would need wish cash. I got thr wish cash for 1 item the rest they ignored my request and sent it to the original form of payment. I have been going back and forth with them 19 times to explain I do not have access nor the bank account anymore all items were same order and was supposed to be wishh cash but now they are stealing my money and will not refund as wish cash if they actually read my messages they would see I DONT HAVE THE BANK ACCOUNT ANYMORE. I even attached emails from repeasentives that it would be refunded wish cash and they still ignore it. this company is incompetent, doesnt know how to read, and takes it upon them self's to do what they want after several times telling them I dont have the original form of payment, I'd suggest NO ONE SHOP HERE.
missed refund
In June 2019 I ordered an item on Wish after received the item I wasn't satisfied because there were some miss part in the Item.I started with wish the process to refund, I followed their instructions and I send back the item paying the post office, this was 2 months ago and I still haven't received any refund.I tried a few times to ask information in regard this but I haven't received any answer or resolution.After 2 months that I send back the item I start to think that Wish doesn't want to give me back my refund, this is fraud and is a big lack of service.

about half a dozen I never received
Months ago I ordered about 10 or more items. I recieved 2 of the rings, and 2 watches ( one broke within a week and the other tarnished completely in a month but at least I received them).
I ordered pillow cases with scripture, a watch with multiple bands, other rings, 2 key rings with scriptures and other items.
I received notice on about 1/2 of them that they had been delivered but I never actually got them...your company refunded me on just one item ( about a dollar or two.
The rest I will never receive or get refunded clearly...so I am done with your company. I keep trying to unsubscribe over and over but still get e-mails of offers almost daily.

After logging out and then trying to login again a deceipt was revealed.
Using the username and password to login I get the message "Incorrect Username or Password"
I tried to go down the forgotten password route and using the same username and password and received the message "cannot use the same password" thus revealing a lie!
I will not sign in with social media because it is a blatant data mining strategy.
I placed and order for some clothing, the size drop down box contained colours not sizes.
I tried to cancel the order but received no confirmation. An alternative supplier's purchase page worked correctly but my Paypal account had, of course been paid.
After finding this web page and seeing all the complaints I want absolutely nothing to do with wish.com
metal straw
Roughly three months ago I ordered a metal straw and it still hasn't come and to be honest I'm fed up about it. I couldn't wait to get this and I thought wish would have been the best company/website to order it off and I was awfully wrong after three months my package still hasn't arrived and only today did I decided I was done waiting. I am not writing this complaint to be rude i am clearly just stating how fed up and annoyed I am with this service.
