Not being able to checkout on wish
I have not been able to purchase products from wish it asked me to send a picture of my bank statement which i've never had to do before i've spent hours on my phone trying to figure out how I can purchase the things that I want from wish. Please get back to me and help me with this issue. I'm in the position where i'm going to have to shop elsewhere and I really love wish and hope that doesn't happen. Thanks

I don't have a bank statement nor was I able to make a successful payment for a first time order back in May/June 2019 because of the same issues

i have been trying to cancel an item the website said to go back to order history when i go to order history it says nothing about any cancelation i went back to custumer support and they said nothing about canceling my order also i wanted a free item you charged me $3.00 when it was free.now there is a problem with payment.the email said to type above a line that you cannot due on the computer.also when i called the 800 number it says to go on the website.

When I ordered my shoes they were too big as I ordered a 40. When I try to make a return all company lets you do is go in circle getting the same message, I did the on line chat and it sent me toa link that says I have topay $1.00 to go any further with the return. I do not want to try anything for atrial basis. I want to retur my shoes. Please help.
I was sent the wrong size of shoes but when I went to return the item I was sent to one site and at that site I was sent back to the first site. When I was finally able to speak with someone on the chat line I was sent to another site in which I was asked to pay $1.00 for a trial with another company. There is no way you can complete your return signing up for the trial. When you order from the company you are told that the company want you to be satisfied and if a problem it can be resolved. I did not get my problem solved. It is all a joke, return policy does nothing to help you get a return or speak/chat with someone to get the problem resolved.

Wish got an email from someone asking for a new email account to take over an established email account, mine.
Clearly Wish account system has been breached - customer services should not have given another user my account without checking with me first. I will not be responsible for any purchases taken out of my bank in someone else's name. Please warn all users when break is verified. Happy to pass on email detail of fraudster and email evidence of above as and when requested. Thank you.

I wanted some things off your web cite never got my makeup I ordered or the money back. I also ordered somethings today that I cancelled and customer care said I'd get my money back in an hour. nightly win big give away
I have using my wish app for a while now. I have recently made an order from wish. I had been getting on wish during nightly give away to win gifts . I would open my wish app around 8:30 pm, of course I've never won anything, but now I don't even get the notification to click on an item to try and win. I don't understand why I am no longer receiving notifications for the nightly win give away from wish. I open app at 8:30 pm at 9:17 pm no notification of chance to win starting, only at 9:17 I receive no more gifts available.
everything on sale for 1$
The vendors at WISH frequently list items for 1$ and 1$ shipping then refund your money the next day. You lose any sales tax and sometimes the shipping.
They are perpetrating some kind of scam to inflate their sales numbers for either a better spot in lists or some kind of advantage that Wish gives them.
Whatever the reason - do not purchase really good deals - it's likely that you won't see the item you ordered.
There is also a scam where they list something for a good price but then when you choose a color or size the "great" price disappears.
In any event, proceed carefully. Wish is a pirate site and the vendors are thieves and liars. Their refund policy is OK - but your time and tax/shipping may be gobbled up by said pirates.
payment issues
When I go to check out some items on Wish, it tells me to screenshot a bank statement showing a previous purchase. Since I have no access to that at the moment, I screen shot an email I got from Wish confirming one of my previous orders. I was unsure if I could do that, but I consider that still proof of me purchasing something on my bank account. If someone from Wish can assist me with my problem, I would highly appreciate that!

a goddamn product broke my $50.00 xbox one s controller
The product is called "Game pad controller buttons, bumper trigger a pair of placement+tools for Xbox One" And I bought it in purple and the triggers, bumpers, and the Xbox button don't even fit it's doesn't even have instructions to how to install all of the buttons and both of the triggers and both of the bumpers and the d pad so I had to look it up and I spent like 4 hours working on it and it doesn't even fit so then I took it all apart and then I put it back together as its original form and then I found out that it was broken so then I tried contacting wish the poor and they turned me down so then I tried to contact English support again and they turned me down so I done that like 4 more times until I looked up on Google wish support agents in the night brought me here and then now I'm typing all of this for no reason because you're probably going to get turn me down

I placed an order online about 2 weeks ago. I cannot access my account; when I try to log in on the app, an error message comes up, "no internet, try again." I have internet access, I just can't access Wish.com. I would like to receive the product I ordered, women's overalls. I would like to resolve this problem. I would like to hear a response from the company.

I placed the above order at the start of july. I placed a few orders around the same time and some have been refunded due to exceeding delivery dates, however, this particular item has had no resolution. It started off as an issue with the wish assistant saying I had already cancelled the order so I could not cancel it again, even though I hadnt. Numerous attempts were made over the space of 48hrs but the automated response just kept me going in circles.
I brought it to the attention if customer service that the tracker showed an attempted delivery was made 31/7/19 which is completely false as the delivery address is my work site and I accept all the deliveries. I received a response from an agent who sent me a link to the exact same tracker and no further information. I was then told I had to wait until the 10/8/19 even though I had already pointed out that at that point an entire week had passed since the said attempt to deliver and no one had come at all for another attempt. Even so, I had no choice and I was promised that if it was not delivered by 10/8/19 that they would resolve the matter (initially I wanted wish cash but now I just want my money back as I no longer want to shop with wish due to this saga). The latest reply says im now to wait even longer and the date has been pushed out yet again. I know my rights as a consumer and I know I am entitled to a refund. I did give the agent a chance to justify why I should wait longer by producing evidence of an update from the postal service but there has been no update at all. I myself have investigated this and the latest status is still dated 31/7/19 as delivery attempt failed, which again never even happened. This is completely unacceptable. My entire reason for buying the item has passed also as it was to be a surprise bday gift for a friend, which ive had to pay for another item in cash due to this extremely long delay. I knew that there would be no delivery attempt on 10/8/19 as that was a saturday and we dont get deliveries then, which I assumed the agent would know but he did not.
Finally, I want to make myself clear... If I do not have confirmation that a refund is being processed immediately on my next reply from wish.com I will make sure that all social media I have access to and all of my contacts are made aware of the unbelievably poor customer service I have received and the amount of items I have ordered of late that have never been delivered as well as the inconsistent replies I have been getting that do not comply at all with consumer rights and merchants responsibilities.
I have tried to approach this issue through the automated response, through the customer feedback avenue and even through wish post customer enquiries and have had zero resolution.
I have kept records of every interaction (or attempt to resolve) and it is astounding that this is still unresolved and no adequate reason to keep me waiting.
In 24hrs I will begin posting my recent experiences with "wish" on social media. This is not a threat. This is my final warning.
Below is an email trail from one particular agent who just doesnt seem to understand the obligations of the company and how inappropriate it is to keep making me wait without any real or tangible reason for doing so. As you will see, I have laid out the facts for him multiple times and yet he simply refuses to give me my money back. Also, I last replied to him on 10/8/19 without receiving any response for 4 days now as I made it clear I am not willing to wait any longer and now want a refund directly back into my bank acct. I believe this is an intentional attempt to ignore me until yet another estimated delivery date elapses. If it does elapse before I get a response from him or the complaints department I will be making a call to "a current affair" and they would be more than happy to give this some exposure on national tv as I am certain this is not an isolated case.

i have been ordering items from wish for some time now without an issue, most recent about 5 days ago. i had forgotten a couple of items and went back to purchase when all of a sudden a message came up about a problem with my account. just to let you know i do not have a problem with any accounts i have or with any company i have delt with. from what i am seeing there have been several of this same complaint that i have seen and if anything the issues seem to be on your end. i really enjoy shopping on your site but if you would rather screw around with the customers oh well it will continue to be your loss., if you can fix this issue fine but the purpose of being able to shop online is the convenience and hassle free shopping. last but not least i have never had an issue paying for anything here and i will not send you a copy of any bank statements, i do not do that for anyone never mind an online shopping site. this needs to be handle asap or i will contact further other people i know well in your industry

price increase after starting out of stock
Wish is falsely reporting out of stock items that were purchased for $1. After everything has been confirmed and ship date is nearing, they email saying out of stock.
I was refunded at that time.
If you look at their current selling stock it's
there for a higher price.
Purchased items were 3 drones, 2 pair of boots and a pair of pants.
Prices were increased approx 20-40x.
The cheap ring, bracelet and clear m/c glasses are all still pending delivery.

Someone purchased an item of $24.85 on 8/11/19. The tranaction # 24x7323. I need a call back from you al ASAP! I have not created an account with wish.com. I'm reporting this to the Police Department.
Call me immediately at [protected]. I need to know who placed this order and what was it that they ordered? Evidently you all do not verify the owner of the card. I need to speak to a representative immediately. This is theft and you all allowed this to happen because of not verifying the owner of the card. I demand a full refund and a call from a representative!
