Wish I purchased a lot of items at a grey price just to have them all cancelled why

I purchased hundreds of items from you that were cancelled why is this and I want some sort of Retribution not just my money back this is a way to lure people into buying other items so they have to spend money and then you cancel on the on the items that were on discounted prices that is a scam so I need this to be rectified as soon as possible because if not I will be seeking legal advice

Wish payment pending and declined

I am your customer from there years and have bought many things from your site. But from July 28, 2019, I am u able to buy anything from you as whenever I buy something from you the message appears " payment declined". I am facing this problem on only this site. I am still buying items from other sites, this problem is only on this one site. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as I am facing loses in my business due to all this. Give me quick response. Thanks.

Wish problem trying to get address, and how to get credit on my charge card

I have written and still have not heard any thing.please tell tell me how to make returns, and get credit for clothes. I am also trying to see my order on computer, can not find any info.I am also mad about the large price you have for shipping. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS. MY E- MAIL IS [protected]@gmail.com. 2 orders I have, dates are 7/5/19, and 7/6/19. I do not have any order numbers.

Wish processing

I have ordered stuff on wish on the 25/26 of July and it still hasn't processed I have never had this problem it's says processing on the 1st of August but it said processing by the 28th of July it keeps changing every day also if I try cancel it it says unable to cancel due to it being close to shipping I don't want to cancel it though I just want to know why it's not processing if someone can please help me

Wish three pairs of shoes shipped

While browsing my orders placed for some items I happened to see three pairs of shoes showing that they have been shipped and due to arrive around 14th aug or so. I was surprised to note that they are showing orders placed for these items and mony pulled up from my Credit Card without my authorization. I want these items to be held back as I did not order them and money refunded and cedited back into my account. This is heartbreaking experience to me. Please help me tostraighten up this issue at the earliest. I have seen that some items received by me are not like shown in the picture sizes and design..

Wish laptop - no refund after 4 months

I ordered a laptop on January 1, 2019 which was delivered 01/21. However since it did not have an advertised feature, wish agreed to take it back and issue me a refund. The item was sent back via UPS early May with tracking showing it was delivered to the seller in China in May. However I have not received the $372.26 refund so far despite many emails sent to customer service. And the phone number they have just asks me to go online. Don't buy from this bogus company

Wish payment errors

I've been ordering from wish for years now all of a sudden I can't order anything it wants a bank statement I've sent over 10 statements and only received a weird massage in Spanish I'm pissed off cause I have almost 18 bux in wish cash from ordered items I never received! I've been a loyal customer I don't understand what's going on ? Can u please HELP ME !

Wish never got stuff I ordered can't get in account or reset password or make a new account

I have a wish account I ordered stuff and never got it and when I tried to get on my account it says wrong password or email so I try to reset my password and it says that the link has expired and I try to make a new account and it says I have 2 use my account
I have sent emails and wish just sends me automated emails back I have tried everything how do I get a new account or back in my account?

Wish volensni

I brought an item from the company and asked for a refund which they said they could do however i need to return it first. I sent the package to the address sent to me from Conact support however Royal Mail has said it was not delivered because the recipient is no longer at the address. What should I do now because if they dont receive the package I wont receive my refund

Wish diamond painting fairy on a unicorn 20cm x 25cm

Less than 30days ago, I got a diamond painting I had been anxiously awaiting for
I worked several hours on it each day for 5 days.
You have no idea how frustrating it was for me. The background is VERY dark and the letters and symbols are printed in black. It is impossible to finish it.
I have never had this problem with more than 40-50 diamond paintings successfully finished and framed.
A lot of people in my apartment building, as well as a few shops, and I get Dave reviews and compliments about my excellent work.
I would be happy with a replacement if the letters and symbols
are white in the dark background.
Please respond as soon as possible.

Less than 30 days ago, I received the diamond painting I'd ordered on Wish.com.
I worked on it several blurs every day for 5 days. It is impossible to finish it, due to the background is VERY dark and the letters and symbols are printed in black.I even used a magnify almond still couldn't see the symbols of letters.
After finish it the fairy and unicorn, the head is misshapen and there's no definition of the horn.

This is a size 20cm.X25cm. Subject: fairy on a unicorn. The background is very dark and the letters and symbols are printed in black. I have done in-excess of 35-40 diamond paintings. I have a small gallery hung outside and inside of my apartment. I have had many compliments, saying how well they are done.
I am a perfectionist, and now unable to complete this due to the dark symbols on a dark background. Other sites put white letters and symbols on dark backgrounds.
Also, the head of the unicorn is miss-shapen and the unicorn horn is almost invisible.
The solution is to replace it with white letters and symbols or refund my purchase price!

This kit was delivered less than 30 days ago. I started doing it, near impossible to finish, due to black letters & symbols on a very dark background. The unicorn head is miss-shaped & the unicorn horn isn't defined.
Other such diamond paintings have white letters on dark backgrounds.
I worked on this project for five or six days with a magnifying glass, a hand held magnifier and flashlight. Finally I became just too frustrated to continue.
I have a small gallery ( over 50 diamond paintings) on the wall outside my apartment as well as more in my home, not all displayed and get glowing reviews of my work! I live in an apartment for low income seniors of more than 250 units.

Wish account frozen

I have sent info several times through email and keep telling me not received. They want I'D and bank statement and every time gave it to more that 6 agents. I then got upset and mailed to headquarters and no response. I usually buy almost 4 times monthly or more depending on status. So they are losing out of money by not reopening my account. Lets get this resolved ASAp please? Thanks for your time and concern

Wish casual blue shoes.

I received my order on July 27, 2019 and I believe I placed my order a week ago.I would like to know how I can return the item for a bigger size. The shoe is exactly what I want just one size larger. Wish 55" 4k led tv

I ordered this tv through the wish app, and hot a confirmed order, but noticed a wrong name and address it was going to be shipped to. I corrected address through app and it said it was updated. I then got a verify acct notice on app. Tried to verify acct and they then refunded my money. The App kept saying to verify acct, and I did. Even after the refund it says to verify acct. I want my TV that I ordered!I suppose I could bring a lawsuit against them.

Wish sunglasses

I ordered two product with mention amount of product
But my extra 1700 INR payment automaticaly deduct to my creadit card account
This is not a good thing
This type of apps i think doing only fraud with customer
And my order product also not dispach

Wish Tactical Cargo Pants

I received a pair of Tactical Cargo pants order 5d225ef88ded6051acc0123e from buygogogo. The pants looks fine but there is no hole for the metal button above the zipper. I have repeatedly sent the info about the problem but to no avail. Am sending a picture again so you can see the problem and have the courtesy to reply. There is no one here who can install button holes in thick jeans.

Wish customer support

I ordered a pair of shoes on Wish Canada, the supplier was MEE Trading Co.. I waited about 1 month to receive the item and unfortunaly it was the wrong item! It didn't match the advertised product on Wish plus the size was all wrong, it was M 9 I needed E or EE.
I asked for a refund immediately but Wish insists that I take a picture of the shoes to sshow any damage was done. I refused to take this picture, I haven't got a camera!
So Wish refuses to go ahead with the Refund if they don't receive a pic of the item!
There is no need for a pic, I tried the shoes on once and put them away in the box!
I know Wish is trying to prolong the Refund or not give me my Refund of $55.60 CAD
Wish keeps throwing up road blocks at ever turn!
Please help me with this, I need your help!

Wish payment

Months ago I was making a 1st. ( i may of made an earlier purchase, just can't remember for sure ). Time order, I accidently entered the wrong security number, from credit card since then every time I go to make a purchase I'm flagged for payment issues. I have no pic of anything about order. If you want me as a customer please help with this problem.

Wish failure to deliver and refund

This company is a scam. They take your payment and then begin a Cascade of failure. Failure to deliver, failure to respond, failure to provide customer service. Do not do business with this company. They are fraudulent .
Their customer service is an automated bot designed to keep you involved u til the. 30 day refund window expires. They do not do respectable business

Wish illegal shock collars

I have been browsing Wish.com and have come across shock collars while looking for toys for my dog. I am appalled that Wish would allow items of that nature to be sold at all, but that is not main problem. They are ILLEGAL in the UK and have been for some time. Allowing these items to be sold and sent directly to the UK is ILLEGAL and I would like every ILLEGAL collar to be removed from the store immediately. If not for the dogs of The UK, Then because the LAW demands it. Here is a link to a BBC story showing the banning of such an item:

I have a great deal of affection towards dogs, I will not let this stand and will take action if need be. Remove them from your store forever, if you want I can help monitor the store for ILLEGAL goods, you have no excuse for them.
