On jan.5th or 6th 2019, my husband and I were on the wish website. We were looking at a floor mat/rug, but was a bit pricey so decided not to get it at this time. Before closing the webpage, we went to 'my account' and that's when we seen our 'billing info' was still there from a previous order made. I deleted everything then went to close the website but accidentally hit something that confirmed an order [ the mat we just looked at ]. I instantly cancelled it and received a message confirming the cancellation. Now, can you please tell me why our checking account shows that $108.00 dollars was taken out on jan. 7th 2019 by "wish"? And also, how was it taken out when all my info was deleted? I, nor my husband made any purchase in that amount from you. Please do the right thing and return our $108.00 dollars.

I ordered brushes in November 2018 and the had to be delivered on December 18, i also bought and electronic nail drill and some nail art with had to be delivered by 7 January 2019... it's the 14th of January and I havent received any of my items, even the ones that had to be delivered in December. No tracking info available I've had enough. I've been patient enough.

I had wish refunded a couple orders in December for month delivery or alternatively I delivery and received wish cash refund of approx 70 Dollars toy old account. Then immediately after trying to apply my wish cash to a ordermy account was locked up and I had toale a new one like it said I had to and in doing so I lost l refunded wish cash balance and have tried to contact support several times and had no luck in resolving this issue I have with my lost refunded money. I wMt other back immediately and asap simce this is a really big inconveinoce for me losing all that refunds that your company messed me over on. When will I receive results I am getting very aggiatated with this hassle of ur company.. pls fix imediately and asap thanks

You won't fix the problem to my account so I can pay my order. After reading the other comments I guess this is a regular day of business. If this isn't resolved in two days I'm going to cancel my $300 order and look for another company to buy from. I will block you so you won't be able to send me anymore advertisements. I will definitely not recommend to everyone that they buy from you. Your return policy is supposed to be easy but in no way have I been able to get ahold of anyone to help with that either. I ordered two Dash cams from wish.com on September 18. I also ordered another one on October 13. There was rotating postal strike in Canada shortly after that. Wish kept stalling me off saying wait a little longer, wait a little longer due to disruptions in the Postal Service. Finally on January 13 I got tired of waiting. The two Dash cams I ordered on September 18 they have just now told me that my window for a refund has elapsed. This was not my fault. As far as I'm concerned they should not have kept putting me off until the refund period was over.I am not pleased with the way this was handled and will not order anything from Wish again after my final orders arrive.

I ordered a smartphone from Wish, I ordered it December 5 2018, and was supposed to be delivered by January 6, here it is January 12 and its still hasnt came in and no updated tracking after it leaves China, i want my phone or a Refund, and my mail does not run on Sunday, i will not order anything else from Wish. Small things are shipped fast, but larger thinger things are so slow.

non delivery of products and refund
The products hardly get delivered on time . The transportation charges are way higher than the product cost. On mon delivery of the items, the company though claims to issue full refund, only the product cost is refunded.
We do not get any response to the e -mails addressed to the customer care . It is a bogus site where they make profit by charging high transportation cost and do not deliver the products. On non delivery they do not refund the cost.

I am unable to contact the customer supporters because it said that my account had been excessively refund so they block me, I don't think that it is reasonable, I bought items from wish especially electronic product were neither the battery is not charging, the back of the watch won't close, the software is unable to connect with the watch and items like earring broken and one item I never receive Which is my little son tracking watch. Please I just wanted to resolve these issues and if the support team agrees to refund for me and I have the evidence that those items are faulty then I have every right to get my refund back. My account has been blocked because I refused to give you my bank statement and they had my money $134.00 for an order I placed on I have about a 2year history with wish and have not had any issues until this they paused my account for 4 days and then they wanted my bank statement and I told them there was no way they were gonna get that. They said my account would not be unlocked until they had that and we're able to verify who I was. ( Really) I just started receiving items from the order I made the previous month. I told them I wanted them to cancel the order and give me a full refund or ship the items I had already paid for. Keep in mind this whole process is taking about 7 days because it's all done through you texting email system. Then they finally said I could use my pay pal account to verify. Keep in mind I had already sent them a copy front and back of my driver's license. Next they cancelled the order and gave me my money back and blocked my account. How do I know this because I used my wife's account to send a message to wish and it went through just fine and when I try it says something went wrong try again later. Here's the thing a couple of the things I previously ordered from wish has came in and things are broken right out of the box or a pair of pants I ordered are not the right size. But I apparently have had my warranty and any type of customer service taken from because I can't get anyone to answer me or address my issues. So here's the thing if I buy from you and it shows up at my house broke then it's your responsibility to make it right. If your not going to do that than just send me a address label and I'll box it all up and ship it back and get a full refund. I understand that there may be someone on the other end that doesn't like the things that I have said but I didn't use profanity or get personal. The fact is you guys started this and after you did I went online and did some checking and it turns out alot and I mean alot of your customers, not just me are thoroughly pissed about this bank statement thing and the way we're being treated and you guys dont seem to see that. So if someone disagrees with your tattics of doing things you cut them off. And what a better way to to it if you have no phone number. I have placewd several orders with them. Received product as advertised and no problems. Now while trying to place an order I have been locked out and they are asking foe a screen shot of my bank axcount showing a purchase from them. My bank will not allow me to take screen shots. I ordered a ring on August 24 2018. Ring was supposed to arrive by September 25, 2018.
I received a notice that it had been delayed and should arrive by October 2, 2018. It didn't come. I am a fairly patient person so I waited. Then I actually got busy with life and forgot about it. Today looking over my purchases and realized it never arrived. I tried to let them know it didn't arrive and they told me I waited too long. So I guess it's ok to make me wait for something that is never coming but I should be ok with them telling me I waited too long?! No real customer support offered either! Never again! After this recent order comes in I'm cutting the app off my phone.
