You have a fabulous site, with some very reasonable prices. One of the problems that I've noticed with wish - is your inability to contact the seller of the goods. It is exceptionally difficult to navigate The Wish website with those types of things in mind. I've searched for ever and ever trying to find a way to ask a simple question on several occasions, to no avail. How do you possibly go about asking even the simplest questions -especially when there is absolutely no button to access them. In conclusion, great site to shop on with very reasonable prices-however very user "unfriendly."
Brian Rheaume is totally right, there is no possibility to ask a seller any question before You buy, very nice website, but many parts of the website are not working, very confusing and really user unfriendly
I also have found the site user unfriendly not being able to contact the seller. If wish wants to be a serious rival of ebay they need to re format the site to include an ability to contact a seller at the press of a button. At the moment if fine the site very frustrating and have gone back to using ebay not for price but for ease of use.
I also find your sight confusing you seem to have a phone number but you have to go to the sight is it that because you don’t have people working there and that your all scary cats that you don’t know on how to use a telephone and talk to someone ? So please fix this or I’m gone and I won’t be using this site anymore people are not things we’re human beings and we want to be treated with respect and not like a computer!
Can't contact seller for a query about the item, very annoying . Ultimately I had to buy it on ebay.
I'm having that issue. Just have short question about something I purchased but don't see any way to do it. But I love shopping on Wish.
Really wish there was a way to contact a seller to ask questions about a product before buying. I also wish there was a low to high on the prices too. I love this site but it's putting me off using this site with not being able to contact a seller.
Seems to be a fair number of contact issues raised, no movement or replies to people raising contacting seller payment methods. Disappointing to say the least, suggests it is seen as more than it is. Unless answers are given publicly
Wow! I think its a good website. Just because you can't contact the seller you think the site is trash! Yes I understand that its annoying not able to contact the select but still you don't need to makethe site sound horrible by just one feature that isn't there! Learn this: if there's nothing good yiu need to say don't say anything! Ok
Do you even know how the internet works?
And anyway...when a seller has written IN THEIR ITEM DESCRIPTION to contact them regarding sizing when there is no possible way to do it, then you know what they’re selling is crap. LEARN THIS: Everything you buy from Wish sellers, are cheap knock offs displayed with the original manufacturers photos, made somewhere in Asia with the cheapest materials possible.
And when they list conflicting details, we should be able to ask them to clarify. It's not rocket science to understand why this feature is important to sellers. They are missing out on transactions from ppl like me who are allergic to metals. Seller has both "titanium steel" and "stainless steel" listed. The difference is crucial for buyers like me and if I cannot ask the seller to clarify...s/he loses a sale. And this isn't just one or two instances. I have 10 on my Wish List right now that are going to miss out on sales b/c I cannot get an answer to this very simple question.
Heres my problem..I ordered something 2 months ago and the delivery date is December 15th well its now christmas day and still no product..tracking history is not kept up so I dont even have an idea where my item is! And my problem with not being able to contact a seller isnt just to ask them a question..I wouldnt complain about something like that but after not receiving your order ..dam right I beleive yoj should be able to contact the aeller..! They took my money for the product quick as hell but your product takes months to get to you IF AT ALL! OH and good luck contacting the wish cust service tbey email you back and just tell you to wait longer..and thats after waiting on a response from them for days even a week! So the whole not to say nething if its not good comment you made THIS IS A COMPLAINT BOARD ...hello..hence people complaing and having a right to..
I am a Wishaholic. Lol yes hard getting question answered but never had issues with refunds which is more important to me.
Actually we're going to complain as much as we want. Your comment is idiotic and who do you think you are to tell people what to say or not? LOL. This is a complains board. If you can't handle people's opinions perhaps you are the one who shouldn't be using the internet. In any case, you are the boss of yourself only..not anybody else's so take your high mightyy attitude and sell it somewhere else.
Well thats very good for you that you had no issues. We do have issues and you have no right to attack us for talking about them. Basic stuff, don't you think?
Really frustrated I can't message the seller considering I am trying to order a personalized item.
Yeah I'm having that issue right now trying to find out where the hell you go to contact a seller and wonder why they haven't added this feature yet! It's crucial for buyers to be able to ask questions if they want to before buying off the internet to make sure they are getting what they paid for! I normally use eBay too but have been interested somewhat in wish lately. I googled it on how to find where to contact the seller and it did give instructions but still didn't see it.. I'm using the mobile app so maybe it's talking about from the desktop.
Doesn't matter whether you're using the app or desktop you still can't contact a seller and I think the reason for this is ecause people will ask awkward questions and they would have e to lie, most listings show a picture of what they are selling but when you go down to description it is totally different from the one in the picture, so why would they want peoe to question them about it ?
Yes Wish is a surprisingly poor site, given how big (a customer base) it has, and how many products it has for sale.
Another poor feature that it has, is there's literally ZERO sort/filter options - can't filter by price, rating, colour, size, department, shipping options, etc.
Instead, you're left to just dump in a keyword, and tediously navigate through tons of (largely irrelevant) products, until you find something you're looking for.
Here's my 2 cents, as to why I think they don't have the option to contact sellers - since every seller is pretty much Chinese based & speaking, and every buyer being from an English speaking (or other non-Chinese) nation, you've got an issue with the language barrier.
So naturally, you've got the issue that both the seller & buyer won't be able to understand one another, therefore being unable to resolve the very question that was asked. Naturally, this will lead to bad PR, since many customers will be complaining about the lack of resolution.
My issue with Wish is getting notified that your order has shipped when it hasn't. My order appears to be in limbo. I tried to track it and got a message saying "Oops this product is under review by the Wish team..." All customer support says is "Since the item is still in transit, we recommend to wait for it to arrive on or before the receiving by date". The item is not in transit when the last location is "NoneNone". I can't even contact the seller to find out what is happening with the item I paid for! I am now trying to cancel the order since I know I'm not going to receive the item. Seriously Wish, how long does it take to review a product? Maybe you should review the products before they are posted and before you take your customer's money!
I'm actually not gonna buy anything from Wish again. Not only is their customer service extremely poor and complicated for NO reason but the worst is that we can't have any way to contact the sellers of the products and manage an issue with them. And wish will constantly ask for pictures for anything you ask of them even if the pics are not really necessary. In general I believe it's not a user friendly site like someone else wrote and once my recent issue gets fixed, I'm not buying anything from them anymore. Ebay is far better than them.
I'm having the same issue. I purchased several orders in the month of March 20/20 and haven't received one item yet. Everytime I make a complaint it's the same response. I'm not ordering anything else until I get my products or refund. Bottom line!
Where's my orders
I have not had any real issues that Wish had not fixed once contacting them, until June 20, 2020. I ordered 2 tops on March 22, 2020 latest delivery date May 24, 2020. May 25th I contacted Wish to notify them I still do not have the shirts and on May 15 the shirts was said to be still in China. Wish Assistant told me I will be issued a partial shipping refund for the item taking to long. And then was told to wait until June 20th and if I do not receive the items then contact Wish again to be issued a refund for the items. The evening of June 20th I contacted Wish to request a refund, was then sent an email telling me to send them my order # on Jube 21st. I did, then they replied telling me to send them a screenshot of the order, which I did on June 21. June 22nd another email from Wish said the partial refund was the only refund I would get. I replied on June 22nd and said no I am entitled to a full refund of both shirts that I paid for. The evening of June 23nd Wish send another email which stated that all requests for refund need to be initiated through the Wish App and not through email. June 24th, I replied that's how this email correspondence was initiated through the Wish App. Shortly after I replied back another Customer Support Rep emailed and said I I outside of the refund period now and no refund will be issued and that I should have used the Wish App to request the refund. I then replied I am not outside of any refund period I have followed all steps that I have been told, I have sent many messages to Wish (4 total since June 20th. ) I am due a full refund and I attached more screenshots from the Wish App regarding my order.
Absolutely right. No way to contact seller. If someone want to ask anything about to product whom to ask? I dont know why wish.com dont want a user to contact seller? Is there any fraud going on or they dont want that people know what's is going on inside. Very good site but very unfriendly for user. They must do something so buyers can ask sellers about the product.
I occasionally have problems with their "Expected Delivery" time frames. But, if you don't mind paying a little bit more for Shipping & if what you want is available for "Express" delivery, going that route will cut a few weeks off your wait time. As far as the lack of access to a Seller, I figure if I'm going to buy something that I need more info on or intend on buying something that's going to cost me more than I usually spend, I won't even deal with Wish at all--I'll just go directly to eBay or Amazon instead. I ain't gettin' stuck on Stupid again.
BEWARE! The website that REALLY PISSED ME OFF is...ahh man just the thought of saying the name is Raging me...here it goes, I'll say it fast...TOPHATTER! Good Luck!
