I order wedding set, upon recieveing them I noticed the mans band was scuffed on the inside, the womans band has two marks in the band and one of the marks I can put my nail through and the other mark is solid like the band was sized and not properly done. I'm not happy. Like the rings but this needs to be fixed. I will fix myself, refund my card.

So I've tried to update my account with a different debit card and it sends me back and says oops error? How do I fix this issue. I have almost 6000 points to redeem on purchases?

sent many emails to customer support. what a joke that is.
until this is resolved wont ever use WISH again

WISH says to delete app and reinstall guess what that didnt work.

This company and their lack of customer service is a joke. I purchased roughly 10 items from them in 2018 most were junk and I had to ask for refunds. One item never showed so I contacted capital 1 and got my $$ back. Then I got blocked on wish yet they send me numerous daily emails and bug me. Wtf. No resolve either. Automatic replies.

ordered an xxl white long sleeve shirt. Order hx does not show i ordered anything. but my credit card was charged $17.35 on 3/31/19 I need a refund of my money.

I have logged into your site tried to make a purchase changed my card info and all I get is there is a problem with your account and send us a recent purchase I cannot do this because there is no recent receipt or bank statement so am I not to use your cite or can this be fixed please let me know and if there is anything I can do.
