I started new job 12/20/2021, checked in woodspring louisville, ky south, front desk clerk was drunk, to start, went to work Monday one of our guys fell to his death, so sent us home for a week, , with Christmas right around the corner I advised them going home to guy falling to his death, this manger has a no refund policy, that wasn't told to me till I ask, so not only did I lose 2800 in pay I got robbed for refund of room, bad policy, never ever stay there again
Overcharging
I've been in woodspring suites for a month and rates per night plus tax is not what I've paid . For three nights with a pet they charged me 320 . They been over charging by 100 to 200 dollars I have all my receipts
When I reserved room online it said 450 for a week upon arrival I was charged 680 . They say at front desk the rest is taxes . There is no way taxes cost 230 dollars. The staff act like they don't want to do their jobs and is very unprofessional.

Bed Bugs in our room
How are hotels getting away with having bed bugs!
I'm livid after finding beds bugs in my hotel room at the Chicago North/Gurnee Woodspring Suites...I was told they could spray the room or we could change rooms (neither option was acceptable). I had the PERFECT Thanksgiving by having to find a new place to stay on Thanksgiving morning it was unbelievable, very few options with kitchenette and of course prices were doubled (last minute/holiday) My husband had over 40 bites which irritated him enough I had to go get medicine. This hotel is extended stay with full refrigerator therefore we had a lot of food items and other supplies. I guess their farewell out the door was how we had to wait hours for a cart to move our items. There is no accountability! They are so callous about this, as to say 'so what, NOTHING is going to be said, we won't be held accountable, therefore we don't care and won't improve.
The hotel did not want to take into account ...
-having to look for a new place to stay on Thanksgiving Eve 2021
-move our things on Thanksgiving morning (we had a lot of belonging - prepared to stay a month)
-and all extended stay hotels prices were extremely high (we book in advance to get lower rates).
Offering to change our linen and wash our clothes doesn't make us 'whole' (keep in mind, they didn't volunteer to do these things...I had to ask what course of action do they have in place to deal with this. Apparently none).
What they offered made no sense to relieve our worry about taking the bed bugs with us.
(Doesn't make sense to wash our clothes if bed bugs could be in our dry clean only coats, briefcase, computer bags, shoes, etc...this is overwhelming for someone who has never encountered bed bugs or lice). All the frustration, stress and cost. Refunding the days we paid in advance that we didn't stay due to bedbugs, does not constitute 'good faith effort'.
I asked the location general manager(s) numerous times about some level of reimbursement, voucher, gift card to:
- offset the the fees we paid, but did not receive proper service
- offset relocating at the last moment during a holiday!

We booked this on booking .com and what we got and what the pictures showed were complete opposite. There was blood splattered in the stairwell. The floor in the room was disgusting, poop in the toilet. Candle wax was smeared down the wall and the beds were horrible. I want a refund. We did not stay here. Also the side door remained unlocked for any access. Unsafe.

Hello, I've been a guest at the wood spring suites in Sharon villa Ohio for a little over two months. Since I've been here I have yet to have 2 weeks that I've paid where its the same total. For exampke, the other day I paid 84.00 for one night ( I was waiting to get paid) and the next night I paid 33.00. I'm getting very tired of the price going up and down every week or day or whoever the staff is that's working. Its not right and I'm furious. No one seems to want to help or resolve this ongoing issue. Another thing, every time you go to the front desk to ask for towels or toilet paper, you have to wait at least 25 min for someone to return to the desk. On top of which when you call them, their work phone is on the desk so they are not even hearing it because its not on them like its supposed to be. There anyhow one manager that comes is from time to time and she is extremely rude to the customers and she just has an attitude with the world. Her name is Jenn I believe. Very nasty to people. There's been all different staff these past few months you don't know whose coming or going. Its very unorganized and many of us customer say its starting to become uncomfortable. I should be paying 750.00 every two weeks now yet my bills go up and down without any reason. And no one here knows what the heck they are doing.

I'm here at the Pecos, TX location and after making a 28-day reservation with Hotels.com I arrive here and check-in. I ask if I can pay week to week. They tell me that I can do that I'll have to pay for the week up front. Cool. I then ask for a receipt. Now here comes the issue...they can't print me a receipt. I then ask how can you charge me for something and not provide a receipt? I say well how about I cancel the reservation and re-book with the actual hotel so I can receive a receipt. They say that they aren't able to do anything because I reserved through a third party site and they would need confirmation from them to cancel. I call the third party customer service and get the confirmation to cancel. I still haven't received a refund for the first time I was charged. Now in the 2nd week they claim that it was only an authorization (pretty much the same thing because the money still comes out of my account) and they reversed that charge. I still haven't received that refund to my account but I don't want to fall behind. So I pay for the first week again...and you guessed it! They still are unable to print me off a receipt. All I want is a receipt for what I'm paying for because it makes no sense to me that you can charge me for an exact amount but not be able to show me proof of what I'm purchasing!

We arrived at the woodland springs in Nottingham, Maryland. They said they could not find our reservation, but had a room.the man told us to check the room before we took it! We looked at the room, filthy and smelled. Outside of refrigerator was dirty . The man said, if you don't want it, you don't have to stay . we went to the nearby Marriott. We were charged for both nights ( even though they couldn't find a reservation!). This was in August.
Towed my car, roaches, dirty and very loud
My car was towed illegally and no one was there that morning to give me any info, no one answered the so called "after hrs" lone at 730am, when the rude lady got in she was very nasty to me and said they don't authorize any tow trucks on the property! So I had to look around 4 hrs to find out where it was and my daughter missed school. When I first got there 3 roaches were on the counter, smoking in a non smoking building room dirty and staff rude! I paid for a whole 7 days and can't even stay because this mysterious tow company is stalking me And blocked me in AGAIN at the hotel later on that day! I'm unsafe at this place and it's dangerous. I want my full refund and to be reimbursed for that tow that y'all don't authorize ($200)

Things taken from my room & debit card charged non informing me of a rate increase
I have been staying at the Woodspring suites I-12 East Baton Rouge, LA for months. Things have been taken (stolen in my opinion) from my room. Also, I went to pay my weekly rent ($324.66) approxmately 2 weeks ago-I was "NOT" informed by the front desk person of a rate increase, I actually paid the rent early. Then later, my debit card was charged w/out my authorization late fees & extra amounts putting my bank account into overdraft. This caused me to miss a critical dental appoitment I had booked for months. You owe me a refund. If this continues I will take legal action against you. Your company is untrustworthy. I am critically ill-your A/C unit puts out a terrible polution of which I have samples. As far as I am concerned you acted criminally.
Over charged
I'm not quite sure why my card constantly keeps getting charged after my room has been paid up . This is the second time this happened to me .

The General Managers conduct, mistreatrment of myself and my spouse, as well as his violating the Americans With Disabilities Act.
My Husband, myself and our 18 lb Pug, " Zoe", have been ataying at the Woodsprings Suites off of Leeds Avenue since August 10th, 2021. We are a part of 180 Place's Rapid RE-housing Program, after we were evicted from our home of 3 1/2 years. in July, 20221.
I am permanently disabled as the result pf a nearly fatal car accident in Dec, 2009. I have no short term memory and am now epileptic, sufferring from Gran Mal seizures, which can be convulsive at times, most ytimes the seizures last 2-3 mins. My dog Zoe, whom Ive had 12 year, is able to sense when I am about to have a seizure and she watches me and communicatesd that she is worried when she senses this. She is a registered service animal, andf as well I have documenys from my Neurologist, Dr. Kutulay, MUSC, stating that I require 24 hour supervision and that I am not to shower alone.
Last Thurtsday I received a phone call from mycase manager at 180 Place informing me that the program director hadfd received a call from the General Manager at Woodsprings Suites letting them know thsat our stay will not be extended after the following Tuesday, because of my dog.
Now, the day before I received the phone call from her, the General Manager walked up to my husband and myself as we were getting ito the car to go to the store and said "Hey, yall have a dog...whats up with that?" I replied, "Yes we do have Zoe, which we informed the front desk about at check in, that she is my service animal, I am permanently disabled, anf I weas told by the front desk staff that they would notate the account sndthat there wouldnt be an issue". The General Manager replied, "Yeah, okay well if she is a service dog, what is it she does?" I looked at him and replied "I suffer from epilepsy, Gran Mal seizures, which she is able to sense befoter its onset when I am about to have one." He asked me our room number which I replied "Room 408".
Now, we have already been through the ringer, with having been wrongfully evicted from our home of 3 1/2 years, have had to place everything we own into storage units, and we are actively searching for a new place to relocate to...so, after having been here 46 days already, we have gotten familiar with a gew other families here at the property in a similar situation like we are, so it is absolutely disgusting that this General Managers conduct and handling of ouyr situation is so tidiculous, rude, tacky and surely not professional at all. I am contacting my lawyer with the Charleston Probono Lawewyers, because there are violations left and right happening which is in opposition to the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT!

My name is Amiel Brown and me and my wife been here a week now we checked in here on 8/6/2021. The first room was on the second floor and we notice the people upstairs from us kept us up half of the night making a lot of noises and stomping so hard on the floor and it was very rude and disrespectful when we are trying to get sleep and couldn't get no rest at all. I have spoken to the Assistant Manager three times and she told me there was no rooms available at the moment because housekeepers where cleaning the rooms and I had to call back in an hour when I called back in an hour there still was no rooms available so when I called back later the Manager was gone. The same problem happened again with noise late at night 2 in the morning so I called the police and they came out and told me this place is no good because we get calls all the time from this location and they told us to speak to the Manager and if they do not do anything about the problem then make a complaint. The following day we moved to the first floor and it was okay for now then we notice the same problem with noise very very loud stomping and it sounds like King Kong stomping very loud late at night and its not right we talk to the staff and they can not do anything about the problem and there saying this is a hotel but yet we are paying out of our pockets. Another thing is they told us they clean the rooms once a month and we have to buy our own toilet tissue as well never heard of that before. Marijuana smell coming in the room and in the bathroom but no smoking allowed in the rooms. There's a lot of other things going on but nothing is being resolved and it is not right at all. We mind our business and stay out of people's way because we are dealing with enough as it is. When there's a problem we want them to take care of the problem not ignore it or do anything about it because the person upstairs from us is disturbing our peace and it is not right at all period. The Owner of the property should come out and see what is going on because a lot of things are going on with this property the police officers told us there is a lot going on as well. We are having problems with our living arrangements and trying to find a apartment but it is not easy when your giving all your money for here and certain things are not being taking care of. Very disrespectful worker
I have been staying here for 3 months and have yet to have a problem with paying. Ive paid weeks and months at a time but today i was trying to pay a for 1 day and the guy behind the counter refused to let me pay at my rate and told me ive never paid just for 1 day and i cant receive the rate promised to me at check in. He called me names and threatened to kick me out because i argued with him telling him i have it saved saying these are my rates and they need to be held up.

I am following up on multiple attempts to reach a representative from your hotel. I have left a multitude of voicemails, sent letters, emails, and faxes, with no responses.
Please be advised that I have been retained to represent Moon Cusimano in her claims for personal injuries arising out of the bed bug infestation at the WoodSpring Suites located at 18028 Highway 59-N in Humble, Texas.
My client was a guest at the WoodSpring Suites from January 9, 2021 to January 12, 2021 when she suffered severe bed bug bites. This incident caused by client significant suffering and distress for which she has received medical attention.
At this time, I would ask that you preserve any and all video surveillance, maintenance records, investigatory documents, exterminator records, incident reports, service records, photographs, complaint records from any individual whatsoever, correspondence and any other evidence related to the presence of bed bugs, or any other infestation present at the WoodSpring Suites in Humble, Texas from December 20, 2020 to present. I would also ask that you preserve and provide me with a copy of any and all videos or photographs taken of my client, any reports completed regarding the incident, any reports completed relative to the presence or removal of bed bugs located at the WoodSpring Suites in Humble, Texas as well as any other documentation of similar complaints and any and all documents you may have regarding this infestation.

Noise problems in the hotel at 9:40 pm from room 231 and the parking lot in the front.
The people are playing some electronics making noise and a conversation to be heard in several rooms on multiple floors. The people are in likely 231 or 133 room.
Check the camera for people on the parking lot in the front, near the end of the building or to the front entrance of the building. This is a current recurring problem. Check police 911 calls from hotel or about the hotel to confirm the noise problems.
The local community residents are flash mobbing people to participate and some of the extended stay people also participate.
Some people will use their cellphones to have the other person make noise on speaker phone, instead of a regular communication. This is to allow them to make noise or say comments about violence to be heard in the surrounding area. The main problem is them discussing doing violent things as a joke. This not funny given the current arrests made it the area. Also the large number of assaults and other high crime above the national and state average, which occurs in the city and county.
This WoodSprings suits west in Tallahassee, Florida.
Desired outcome: Have more evaluation of the property and cease the nusiance occuring.
