Immigration Advice and Services
U.k Courts found that Mr Sanwar Ali and his associated companies are unfit to provide immigration advice and services to the public. Mr Ali owns a number of trading entities including the website www.workpermit.com, which he operates from Latvia. According to the tribunals' decisions, Mr SanwarAli and his associated companies (1) had been subject of clients' complaints (2)fabricated documents falsely in relation to his clients (3)had been deceitful and mislead U.K investigators who had been investigating clients' complaints (4)manipulated his own company financial accounts. The Courts had bankrupted Mr Sanwar Ali's previous companies. Accordingly, Mr Sanwar Ali owes thousand of pounds to his creditors and the U.K tax authority (HMRC). The U.K (OISC), Australia, and New Zealand immigration regulatory bodies have warned Mr Ali and his associated companies on numerous occasions of providing inaccurate immigration advice and services. According to the OISC regulations, a company must not demand or charge a fee, commission or any other compensation for referring or recommending a client. Take your precautions when being approached by Mr Sanwar Ali and work permit.com!
I was warned by a consultant working in Work Permit not to use Erum Sajid . I was advised staff read the daily letters of demand from the tax office and creditors which were circulated around the office and the firm is struggling financially .
Ms Sajid took cash and I can now see she was NEVER authorised to provide legal advice as WORK PERMIT and its director Sanwar Ali is now now de registered by OISC as from 2014 . .
Good to see this firm and its director Sanwar Ali are being exposed . The firm is involved in massive VAT and tax fraud . Rarely do any clients get a visa and the customer ends up in the courts fighting the shady and dishonest Mr Sanwar Ali .
