Do not use this company for anything
Initial experience with sales person was positive . Was quoted around 3 months for start of instal and would take 3 days to finish max . 6 months later they started . Project manager was hard to get hold off. workers came and went , left lots of mess . Inspector came and said windows not installed properly in one room and wrong height as a toddler could open and fall out ! Sales guy and guy that measured up should have know that . Then the guy came to seal around the windows and this was the worst workmanship I have ever seen . Long story short , the job was never finished correctly and the customer’s service guy that supposedly was a specialist in the job not finished never replied to my calls or email and this company has the nerve to keep asking for the final payment . There was multiple problems that I could add to this . Do not use this company , full stop .
I was glad they showed up with masks on, given the current situation
I was glad they showed up with masks on, given the current situation. They were professional and respectful of my property. They cleaned up everything, even washing the windows. Kyle *** was the project manager and he was great. He explained everything and was also professional, ensuring me that I can call him anytime in case of problems. Pricing was competitive. It took a couple weeks longer to get the windows that their longest estimate, but it was definitely worth the prices paid. I highly recommend them.

was very professional , helpful and communicative. From the beginning she walked us through what to expect , scheduled our quote and helped us with the contract every step of the way. Highly recommend her and wrights
was amazing! Best company. A friend of mine got her windows from you guys and they were life changing. They made such a different to the house. I will definitely go to them future wise for windows
I will overlook the amount of time it takes to prepare the windows.I will overlook that several date changes were made for the installation. However, it is hard to overlook a mistake in measuring which added a lot of time to the installation completion. It is hard to overlook that they processed a payment without notifying me in writing and before the installation was complete because of the mistake in measuring. It is MOST DISAPPOINTING to overlook that now that the windows are ready to be installed, there is NO available time to do the final installation for almost another month!Unacceptable. Can not recommend this company...
Looks like *** Impact Windows and Doors hires people to write positive reviews on Complaintsboard.com. Reading the bad reviews sounds very much like our experience with this company to date. Missed commitments, missed or canceled installations, and zero communication for updates and expectations. Even called to speak with the VP's to get some idea what is going on and when we could get the products we have paid for installed. Terrible company to do business with and I hope those in the market for these products come here and read these reviews before giving any money down as a deposit. Absolute Worst!
I was really excited to hire Wright's to replace all my windows and doors after purchasing my home
I was really excited to hire Wright's to replace all my windows and doors after purchasing my home. I read and heard great things about them. In March , I signed my contract and was given a delayed window given the pandemic (understandable) and was told a safe estimate would be July , but no later than August . We are now in July, and I am now being told we're looking at October/November. For weeks, I have been calling Wright's to speak to my project manager about the timeline and why I was never informed until now. Still haven't received a call. I ended up cancelling my contract.

came out and quoted my winter home in *** and applied no pressure for me to buy. He was very professional, answered every question I had and his price was the best for the quality I was looking at. I decided to purchase windows from Wrights. Took a little longer because of manufacturing delays but not too bad and *** answered the phone every time I called him. The install was flawless and I highly recommend Wrights!
I contacted Ms. Seilly B. by phone to get more information about the product they offer, she was very professional and very knowledgeable
about the industry, she answered my questions and was very kind.
was extremely helpful through such a stressful time. Although everything was in chaos, he was patient and was willing to go above and beyond for my project.

If we can give negative stars we would ... where do I even start? Let's begin with the day my mother and I gave an $11k deposit to begin our project of getting the whole house new impact windows, doors, and a new garage door. The now useless salesman expressed to us that turnaround in September was going to have expected installation around the end of December / start of January. Well, the end of the year came and went, and the end of January did as well. It wasn't until we had a contractor in our house in February/March he needed to call our salesperson to be told how much space for the new sliding doors needed to be left as he was fixing our patio as the cement collapsed and he was adding new tile. The salesperson aside from being rude went ahead and said oh no worries her installation won't be until April 2022. I am sorry but I had to hear this through a third party and not even directly to me. This is also not including the *** never responding to my voicemails or emails. April 2022 came and went and yet no one called me or anything. My son eventually went on their website and got the contact email to top executives and sent an email to everyone. It wasn't until then that we had one form of communication now telling us the installation will not be until sometime in June and were told that our installation was never given a project manager and it just fell to the side. Again communication went into deep silence. We were told Permits were turned in and approved but almost immediately that was proven wrong because we received an email from *** saying our permit paperwork was turned in the day after we were told this and that it would *** weeks to hear back, once approved they would order the materials. Communication went dark once again just like clockwork, my son sends another scathing email, and then once again responses came. We were then told August 10th, and not we were just told sometime in October. 1 Full year, $17k and nothing
I think *** and white company and *** the salesman were the best professionals I ever dealt with in a very very long time I will not hesitate one second to recommend them to anyone I know to purchase any doors windows etc. from rights company through *** Monday and *** hi thank you for this opportunity to express my experience
Wrights is customer driven and has hard working staff in their permit dept. Laura M. was a huge help on my project. Highly Recommended.
Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. They came on Monday and never came back to finish. My house is ruined. My husband has been calling several times a day for days and they hang up on him. He called from my phone and they answered and nothing was resolved and they gave us the run around. There is cement all over the side of my house on my pavers where they mixed the cement using OUR pool cleaning tools! There is debris everywhere. They destroyed our crown moldings and blew debris into our gardens and all over our patio furniture. To date, nothing has been resolved. Just a lot of lies and fake promises. I have tons of photos!

This company is having major issues and their customers are suffering as a result
This company is having major issues and their customers are suffering as a result. Quality is terrible and customer service even worse. I've been living a nightmare with them since March - they cannot get my large picture window right. They blame their suppliers and glass manufacturers when they clearly did not measure correctly from the beginning. They have no accountability or ownership for their mistakes. They are arrogant, they show up late, do not call, and have half dozen people to deal with to get an answer on anything. I believe they recently changed ownership and are having critical manufacturing issues. Stay away!

Sales representative promised a time frame for job completion 8-10 weeks after signing contract
Sales representative promised a time frame for job completion 8-10 weeks after signing contract. We signed contract on 10/8, on November 30th received an email stating that my permit has been submitted, Today is 9th week after contract and I received a call after me contacting the company questioning when my job would be done, Cody Holl Regional sales manager assuring me that the job wont be completed until FEBRUARY, I requested cancelation of the contract and he was deaf to my request assuring me I will be pleased, HOW IN THE WORLD I SUPPOSED TO BE PLEASED AFTER THEY BREAKING THE CONTRACT AND NOT GIVING ME THE RIGHT TO CANCEL!

We received exceptional service replacing all the windows in our home
We received exceptional service replacing all the windows in our home. We had to satisfy stringent Historic Preservation requirements on our project. Despite numerous difficulties Nicole *** assisted us from start to finish to make the project flow as easily and as swiftly as possible. The installation crew did a spectacular job completing the project to 95% completion on the first day of the job! The company was professional and committed to making our experience as painless as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. They offer a wide range of products to meet anyone's taste or budget. Their windows are high quality and their service is first class.

I initially ordered my door on 2/28 & Mark M was my salesman
I initially ordered my door on 2/28 & Mark M was my salesman. I was told the timeline would be 8-10 weeks from 2/28, which would have been around May 10. My salesman, via email, was very nasty & said inappropriate things & as of mid-June no ETA. I eventually decided to cancel my order on June 14 & called the President of the company. I was put in touch with Paula Antonelli who is the best customer service person I've ever spoken to. She totally turned me around. I understand the issues with Covid-9 & supply chain issues problems, but did not like the way the salesman talked to me. She & I talked several time & I stayed with Wrights. She worked with me & always answered my calls & sent me email updates regularly. My door will finally be installed on Oct 15, 2021. Phew. I'm only given this 4 start as a result of my sales reps attitude. If it was only for Paula, it would have been a 5 +++

Well, my windows aren't in yet but I'd like to review the sales process and the sales representatives.
Once I'd shown my interest in purchasing impact windows I was pleased to be called back within 24 hours by a pleasant woman named Becky. She was easy to understand and even had a sense of humor. She booked a convenient time for a product knowledgeable rep to come to my house.
The representative Steve arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable of the products and all processes between sales and including installation. He had samples of glass you could hold in your hand or up to the windows to see the tints and even screws and the like to demonstrate their products quality. He was pleasant, respectful of property and very, very patient. In the end that kind of courtesy paid off with a sale.
I look forward to the next step with Wrights that is my installation.
They said it would be four months for them to do all the foot-work of, purchasing the windows, condo approvals, city approvals and many other things that I'm sure I'm unaware of.
I'll make sure to either update this or write another review specifically about the installation and final product.
Thank you ***.

Service: Hurricane impact window installation 13 windows Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Order fulfillment Read your contract
Service: Hurricane impact window installation 13 windows Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Order fulfillment Read your contract carefully Don't assume just because they are a big company you will get the service you deserve Check Google reviews When we made our deposit of $11,391.91 January 18, 2022 we were told the manufacturer time was 6 weeks. Than a second payment for change order of $615 for tint on March 9, 2022. We have since learned No order is placed at either time money was paid, they only applied for the permit. The Permit issued 03/11/22. I was informed the order was placed 04/08/22 really close to a whole month later. Sure they eventually answer emails (not phone calls) and this is the standard reply email Today June 27, 2022 I still have not received a concrete ETA from your manufacturer, therefore, I am unable to give you an installation date at this time. I am still checking your project on a weekly basis for any updates. Once I receive an ETA I will let you know. Thank you. Regards I receive this email about every month since the order was placed, ONLY because I reach out first. If I have a production order and you are checking on it every week, shouldn't you know more? Are you really checking every week? How far is it down the line? How much of the order is done? Have they even started yet? If you do finally deliver what is the timeline for installation? Are we small potatoes and you are taking the bigger dollar jobs ahead of mine? I have learned the hard way they are not as professional as I had thought. If this is our customer service so far it makes us have worry and concern about installation if that ever happens I dont always write negative reviews. This purchase has pushed me to the limit

I left the following review on Wright's website 6 days ago
I left the following review on Wright's website 6 days ago.. Their canned response said a member of management would call me to work through issues. No call from management yet! Only a call from an office staffer letting me know my order should show up May 7, 4 months after the wrong order I had to wait 5 months for! Here's my review: I haven't officially used the company yet, because we are in the middle of an 8-month and counting saga. The salesperson made mistakes in the ordering, but he was nice enough and after some back and forth over email, I thought we had that worked out. Where he and the company seemed to be very efficient was in taking $20k of my money without delay toward the project. When the measurement person showed up, it was clear the mistakes hadn't been ironed out. He eventually got this right. 5 months later, the installers showed up. As many others mentioned, updates during the 5 month wait were empty and not informative after begging and calling many times to get any kind of update. So we went through the first hurricane season with no windows, and the installers arrived with several wrong windows and no front door. They apologized for mistakes that weren't theirs in the first place and recommended that I not begin installation until all proper windows and doors are on site and ready to be installed. At this point, I am 8 months with absolutely nothing to show for my $20k outlay. I would recommend extreme caution if you have a project bigger than a very few windows or a door. There seems to be no organization or courage in dealing with customers or tough situations. At 8 months, I struggle to get any updates and am contemplating next steps to speed up resolution. I can give no lower than 1 star, so that's what I am giving, but having to put forth effort to tap 1 star is yet another slap in the face because it doesn't reflect the level of my dissatisfaction. Not even an offer of a price reduction from these people shows me a callousness in their poor service.

Thank you for yourt help on 3/8 i sign a contract to install storm windows in my home at *** the sent a bsales rep who gave me a est for instalation of storm windows in my home. *** at that time he needed a deposit of *** to order the windows i wrote him a check and was told the project could be done by july then covid hit a cause a suply problem. ok i understand The windows came 3/9/22 i took the day off to be there for the install. They called & said next week. OK its been a tear what is one more week. project manager *** shoud up with 2 worker to install my windows hge informed be there was payment due at this time. i was aware of this & wrote him a check for *** & he ran out of the house with ck in hand like his hair was on fire. (I have not seen him since) He left the 2 workers behind & they began on the install. they were having some trouble. i was trying to tell them the sliding glass *** wasnt correct. but they did not speak english. Date of installation was scheduled for 8/31. The company either did not measure accurately prior to the install date or did not provide the correct tools and the installation had to be rescheduled. Following installation, my wife and I were very disappointed with the quality of work we received. When we questioned the installers and project manager about the way they left our new doors and surrounding frame we were advised to read the contract where we would see they were not responsible for painting over the new doors. Our question was not regarding the paint ready materials but rather the dents, dings, and scratches left in our home by the workers. Our deadbolt lock will also need to be replaced as it no longer functions properly after being reinstalled by the crew. We have not been able to reach any project manager at the company since, despite multiple phone calls to customer service stating that someone would be in touch to discuss our project. The total price for this project was approximately $6,000.
Contract with Wrights - 6/18 - NOW - 9/21/2022 Project INCOMPLETE - That's the first PROBLEM and a PROBLEM that should give you pause to ever go into contract with this company! I can say DITTO to every other compliant on this forum. 1. Why did I pick out the doors that I wanted? - They sent whatever they wanted... doors didn't even swing the same way as all of the other doors. My new front doors they sent - cracked already - in between the panes! 2. Front window - maybe I will get it at the 2 year mark. First sent with frosted glass - then the two replacements - let's see both conveniently broken in transit after they were struggling to get the window from Palm Beach to Sarasota. Still NO FRONT window. 3. Doors still not finished - lots of holes and screws. NOT inspected yet. 4. Rest of windows - STILL NOT inspected. Every time you call they have a story for you - I am going to write a book with all their excuses. The one thing Wright's windows is good at is taking your money! Don't bother sending me another excuse - just finish the JOB - and if you can't get windows and doors - then don't take any more orders - you are thieves!
I had purchased hurricane windows from Wrights Impact Windows in April
I had purchased hurricane windows from Wrights Impact Windows in April . They originally lost my first order and reordered again in December . It took a long time to get the windows from them as they were coming from overseas. When the windows arrived they were unboxed and no plastic around them. They had black marks and scrapes on the windows and I questioned why the marks and scrapes and they said it was normal they would paint it and make them pretty. (Paying that much money you shouldn't have to make something pretty by painting and touching it up) ! The screens were missing as well! I was told before my inspection I would have my screens in place and everything would be done.! The man who put in my windows had to be replaced as he did an unacceptable job and they failed inspection 2 times! Wow! Still could not get it right! They finally months later put the windows in scratches and all but I still have extra parts under my bed! Its going on 2 years now and its still not completed! I still do not have screens! Id like to open my windows as cooler weather is approaching. They did an unacceptable job on the wood work! As when you complain even to the owner *** he just passes it to ***. So you get no where! There has been no results after contacting the company! Id like new *** since they are guarenteed for life and screens that come with the windows! No black marks and scratches from arriving from overseas in a boat! Its sad no one cares enough to finish a job or takes pride in what they do! I only ordered 4 windows so it should of been an easy job! Ive waited long enough and Im very frustrated that nobody cares! Can you please help me resolve this situation! Thank You

I ordered a impact/hurricane proof door on August 4 and I was advised the delivery and installation time would be 12 to 16 weeks
I ordered a impact/hurricane proof door on August 4 and I was advised the delivery and installation time would be 12 to 16 weeks. I gave Wrights a deposit of $3,524.00 on August 12. I started calling them in mid November for an update on installation and was advised the door would be in their warehouse on November 25th. I called on November 25th and was told there was a delay and the door would be in their warehouse on December 15th. That did not happen I was given one delay after another. On January 11, 2022 I received an email advising the installation date would be January 20. The morning of January 20th I receive a call advising that the crew called in sick. I was advised the new installation date would be Jan 31,2022. The afternoon of January 20, 2022 I receive a call that there is another crew available to install my door on January 21, 2022 and they would arrive at 9:00am. The crew arrived at 9:15am and started to dismantle the Hardware on my existing doors. I went outside after the hardware was removed to check and see the new doors after the opened the boxes. To my surprise the doors they had were not the doors I ordered. They were not stained mahogany nor did they have the 5 window Pains. They had one big piece of clear glass. The crew then reassembled the hardware for my existing doors and said someone from the office would be in touch with me. No one called me so I called Wrights and spoke to *** the Senior Project Manager. He said he would have to look into the problem and get back to me. I called him several times and no return call. I called the office and asked for *** the President and he would not take my call. I Emailed him twice and no response. I have request a full refund and have not received it nor a confirmation that they would refund my $3,524.00 deposit in full.

I had hurricane impact windows and doors installed in April . In June , I noticed that the upstairs slider was leaking. I reported this leak to *** Windows. However, they did not come out to repair the leak until January 2022, despite repeated calls by me to the project manager. Due to the failure of *** Windows to timely inspect and repair the leak, there was additional damage to my condo. Further, the installers did not bring the molding/trim for the front door during initial installation nor at the time they came to fix the leak. I have been repeatedly told that they would bring the moulding/trim; however as of 6/30/2022 I have not received the moulding/trim. I am requesting that *** Windows waive the remaining balance of $1,303.92 on my account due to the company's untimely response to repair the leak and subsequent damage to my condo, as well as not receiving all the parts for my order within a reasonable time frame of completion (it has been 14 months since completion), and I am no longer living in the condo.
Date of Transaction 3/10 Paid the business: $21,258.32 They are committed to installing my 4 sliding glass doors on the back side of the home.Over a year later, the doors have not yet been inspected by the city, missed two appointments, and never installed the proper door handles on the sliders, they are all different and some do not cover the cut out on the door. They are ignoring my requests for completion, after a year has already past. There is no account or tracking number I just want the job completed, these people are very difficult to work with and do not recommend there services to anyone. They never answer the phone, I can only get them if I call as a new customer looking for ***/quote.
This company did work in the apartment directly above ours. They left a terrible mess on our windows making them look filthy when you look out. No one returns my phone calls. Now the past 2 rainstorms we have water running down inside my home getting the sill, floor and walls soaking wet. They opened the concrete wall upstairs and must have loosened something that directly affects my windows below. I need someone to answer my calls and come to my home and see the damage. Because of their shoddy workmanship my apartment is now compromised. I will file a complaint with the attorney general or hire a lawyer to *** in small claims court. This is not how a better business rated company should act when faced with a potential problem.

March , we ordered hurricane impact doors and windows from Wrights, total of 12 windows, 5 sliders total 39k, paid cash. Originally told July install, that did not happen due to covid and production. All of which very understanding but missed the homeowners discount. Fast forward January get a call installation can begin Jan 2021 will take 5-7 business days. This took over 13 installation days, then 12 additional visits for finishing work that still not complete. Inspection failed in March . I don't have a final inspection done, I have tiles, bowed out windows, a window that is a fire hazard cause it touches the blinds and first rain storm the other night water pouring into the house and down the wall. I have contacted the president via email no response, *** the project manager with no answers, I then got another project manager *** that came and could not believe the way they left everything. All promises that the leak will be addressed asap, finishing work would be scheduled , and final inspection would be set up. this is now another 5 days of ZERO. I am in this 39k with tons of problems, water coming in and hurricane season in a few months . I can't get anyone at the company to help, address issues or even fix the leaks in the poor installation. They have the money paid in full and we have a huge problems and issues. More damage now to wall, electric blind, and floor. This should be completely illegal and this company should be out of business . Not sure if next step is an attorney, the local news,? this is awful no family, persons, home should ever have to be in this horrible position. *** the project manager is the only one remotely helpful but he obviously can't do and handle all these issues alone. I have a full 10 min video showing water running into the home also over 25 pictures of 25 different issues if needed

I placed an order with this company 5. My impact sliders and windows have still not been completed. The business had inaccurate measurements and incomplete products delivered. Installation has been poor. Still awaiting correct parts and reordered door and window.
Ordered hurricane impact windows for my recently purchased home on April 30. Understood they may take a while. Put down $9471.02. Was told once they arrive will pay for the remainder. Months passed, no communication. But understanding the supply chain issues, I was patient. Notified in Nov 2021 that they were ready to schedule my install. Then rec'd email of delays - so now Dec 2021 install, then Jan 2022, then Feb 2022. Finally install began on Feb 16, 2022. Required funds prior to work- paid $7576.81. Sloppy work, wrong window installation, damaged a carpet of mine, etc. I went to *** office a week later to tell them what happened and they promised to do better/finish the job. Was supposed to have the wrong window replaced (they installed a frosted vs. clear window in the living room), but no one came out and they cancelled night before a secondary install date stating they messed up and ordered the wrong part. Now here we are in June 0f 2022 (over a year later)- still not complete. I have stickers on my windows because I cannot remove until inspection, but cannot get inspected due to them not finishing. I expect the job to be done, I expect some money back as I have paid them in full now. I also expect an answer from Wrights swiftly as this has taken far too long. Thanks.
Please WARN consumers - do NOT hire *** Window Company. I hired *** in March . I waited until December and January 2022 for installation! The Sliders and upper Windows were installed wrong. They schedule dates and didnt show up. The SAME Installers returned in February 2022. They are not Employees; they are *** thus, no pride in workmanship. Again, installers came in March! I waited a month for an Inspection and learned *** didnt schedule one. So I called the City of Delray. The City Inspector came and reports the Windows arent installed to Code! Since March , I spent hours waiting and calling *** documenting over 200 calls, texts and emails. I called *** to advise the Inspection failed; I was promised they would come here last week. No one came. Bottom line; their not reliable and their installation failed City Inspection. I sit here waiting. I paid over $13,500 and I wish I had never hired them. I've been reluctant to contact you because I fear they won't finish the job.
Signed contract with Wrights Window in April
Signed contract with Wrights Window in April . Was told to expect some delay but should have windows installed by October. Delay after delay with numerous reasons why the windows could not be installed, they finally installed 3 windows on January 13th, 2022. The 2 installers and 1 project manager are contractors and not Wrights Window employees. This team was not the professional installers I expected out of Wrights Windows. The installers mentioned that there are only 2 teams on the west coast of Florida, and they struggle to get to each job. They mentioned also that the east coast of Florida has 13 teams, but they are slammed and cannot help out on the West coast. Bottomline, the county inspector failed Wrights Windows inspection. The installers did not take pictures of the anchor system used and the process they used to install the window. The installers boarded up the windows so the inspector could not see the work the installers performed; this was a huge red flag. The inspector mentioned the only thing they can do is rip out the framing again and inspect the work accordingly. When the installers finally finished and departed 6 hours later, I started to review the work they performed. Dust covered the floor and furniture in each room, the windows were covered in dust and stickers were not removed from the windows both inside and out. Wrights Window is not responding to my emails, voice mails. The window installation will not pass inspection. Hurricane season is right around the corner. My condo is potentially exposed to the elements. This is a terrible company taking advantage of a senior citizen. I contacted Nico about my concerns on February 7th, 2022 and left several voice mails but have not heard back from anyone and today is March 8th, 2022. Shoddy work, unprofessional, uses contract workers, unskilled labor. Don't walk away from this company but RUN away as fast as you can.

We are in the 8th week of our project and it is still not completed
We are in the 8th week of our project and it is still not completed. Started January 10th, 2022. I have called and emailed the President numerous times. Spoke to him on the phone once. Product damaged, measurements done incorrectly, 1099 contracted workers that don't care and protect your belongings, horrendous initial project manager, excessive cutting into window sills, shotty caulking/sealing, you name it, it has happened. We have a punch list two pages long of items still needing to be completed, we haven't heard from anyone in 13 days. Initially the President appeared to be understanding and willing to get things done for us, now, all he emails back is that he is confident his team members will get the job done. I believe we have 42/43 openings total, a project costing in the upper $60k range, and you would think we were peasants how we have been treated. On top of the punch list we are still waiting to be completed, our fiberglass double front doors were damaged, so we are waiting for replacements, and a window for one of our offices was measured incorrectly, so we are waiting for a new one to be manufactured. The frame for our front door entry way was damaged, so that install was delayed 2 weeks. The PM didnt even know we were missing product. I had to ask him on day two where all of our product was and he said he would need to look into it. When he found out the window was measured wrong and the front door frame was damaged, he was short, uncaring, and said that "Is beyond my control". When he told us one of our double doors for our back pool deck couldn't be installed because the opening was measured wrong, we had to wait for the team lead of the PM's to come to the house and figure out we did have enough space. That install was delayed as well. The installers left broken glass, screws, garbage all over the yard. We still have product sitting on our back porch waiting to be installed (screw covers, etc).

We signed a contract in March with Wrights to replace our windows and doors in our townhouse in *** with hurricane impact windows
We signed a contract in March with Wrights to replace our windows and doors in our townhouse in *** with hurricane impact windows. This is a requirement of our HOA and we pay an extra premium on our homeowners insurance until we get the hurricane impact windows and doors installed. We knew it would take time for the materials to come in. They estimated it would take through July or August , however, they did not actually come in until December . We paid $14k as a down payment in March . In December , when the materials finally came in, they called and set up the installation date for end of December. When the crew showed up, the project manager, *** signed off that all materials were present. During the installation, *** left and never came back. We then found out that some of the materials, a panel and a track was missing. Therefore they could not finish installation, but they took off the hurricane shutters from the townhouse. They took the remaining parts they could not install including all screens and stored them in their warehouse while they waited for the 2 missing parts to come in. They estimated 3 more months. We specifically told them not to cash our next check since the installation was not complete. We told them they could hold onto our check but not cash it. We offered to write them a check for a lesser amount that they could cash but they never responded to us. The communication is a major issue. It's impossible to get anyone to respond to emails or phone calls. In March 2022 for whatever reason, with zero communication as to why, they decided to cash our 15k check... never heard from them. In May 2022 the missing parts finally came in. Well, surprise, they lost all the other parts that they supposedly stored in their warehouse. Now, they have to re-order those parts. Who knows how long that will take and who knows if they'll now lose the new parts they re-ordered. Horrible company.

This company gave us a quote which was higher than the rest
This company gave us a quote which was higher than the rest. We accepted that based on the promise of quick and professional completion. Our contract was written in May and the engineer came out to measure our windows shortly thereafter. After not hearing anything for the 12 weeks we were told that the job would take, we found out that they hadnt ordered the windows, although their excuse was that their was a manufacturer delay (to which the manufacturer had yet to receive the order). Months later, we finally got an install date for November, and the crews came out to do the initial install. We were told that the there were missing parts and it would take a week or two to get these parts. It is now April 2022, and the job sits exactly how it did in the beginning of November. Every time we have reached out to our Wrights correspondent, we get some half-baked excuse as to why another two to four weeks will be needed. This company failing to do their job timely and professionally has cost us a much lower mortgage rate because we cannot close on our refinance until we sign off on the job, but they refuse to come finish the work. They have compromised the security of my house as some of the windows wont lock, jeopardizing the safety of my children. They have caused me unnecessary complains from my HOA as there are parts strewn about the property that Im sure are part of the total ***. That exponentially increases the depreciation of the windows, as the parts are doing nothing but gathering rust. Nothing about this job was quick or professional, and I feel as though the premium paid for those luxuries has been overstated. I will admit, from what I can tell, the company uses quality material, but thats immaterial to me due to the year it is taking to do a job I was promised would be completed in *** weeks. Maybe my hurricane windows will be available to protect my family by hurricane season 2023? At this rate, *** is more likely.

On 11/13 I ordered impact windows from Wrights for my entire home
On 11/13 I ordered impact windows from Wrights for my entire home. I explained that I just bought it and the current windows (70 years old) offer no hurricane protection and that time was of the essence to get new windows. Salesperson ***r assured me the windows would arrive in 60 days. Based upon his representations I put down 25% ($2,103.00) and signed a contract. On 2/1/22 after hearing nothing I contacted Mr. and he told me there was still no estimated delivery date from the manufacturer. On 2/16/22 I received an e-mail informing me that of an estimated delivery date of 5/18/22 which was subject to change. On 3/8/22 I corresponded with *** at Wrights informing her that the 5/18/22 date was unacceptable and I was referred to manager ***. On 3/12/22 I emailed Ms. and requested cancellation of the contract as the ongoing delays and uncertainty was causing me undue hardship and that I needed to make alternate arrangements. On 3/12/22 Mr. e-mailed back refusing to cancel my contract telling me that Wrights was not responsible for manufacturer delays. On 3/14/22 I again e-mailed Ms. requesting cancellation and on 3/15/22 she provided a new ETA of 4/27/22 and referred me to manager J *** I had a phone conversation with Mr. on 3/18/22 wherein he agreed to cancel the contract if the windows had not been produced. On 3/24/22 *** responded the windows were 'in production'. On 3/25/22 I requested written proof from the manufacture that the windows were in fact 'in production'. On 3/29/22 Mr. only responded the windows were 'in production' but failed to offer any written proof from the manufacturer as requested. He informed me that the 4/27/22 ETA is no longer accurate and the new estimated ETA was now 5/18/22. On 3/29/22 and 3/30/22 I again requested proof that production either had begun or was completed on the windows I ordered and *** again refused.

I have pages of notes
I have pages of notes.. Will stick to primary facts: Order for two doors and one sidelight plus 2 paint kits placed on 11/29. Paid deposit of $4,823.76 on an order that totals $9,647.52. *** gave estimated install of March 2022. On February 16 '22 given install date of April 20, '22. That date passes, no call, nobody showed up. After complaint, April 26 received notice that materials arrived and install will be scheduled.. Install date later given for *** then cancelled because of "missing parts". On June 3 *** gives new install date for July 8th. Again, on July 8th nobody showed up, no call. Attempted to call someone in charge to get update.. was promised a call back from ***. No call. July 12, '22 sent email to *** requesting firm date or refund. August 1st '22 I receive a notice that install will happen in two days.. August 3rd. I inform company I need more that 2 days notice. Told it HAS to be that day because permit will expire the following day. Also.. on August 1st, before any product arrives, Wrights runs second CC payment of $3,859.01 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They agree to delete. April 3rd Crew shows up with TWO sidelights.. which included the one they were supposedly missing back in April. I request the supervisor (***) stays on the job.. instead he leaves. Because there is no supervisor, the crew forgets to take pictures required by the inspector, which causes the inspection to fail. However, they collect the second payment of $3,859.01. Much confusion and many calls for next three weeks as to "what's next". *** Crew removes and re-installs doors to pass inspection. Trim strips and paint kits ($351.) still missing and not installed. Project manager and supervisor (***) promises to "follow up". After waiting two weeks, called and messaged *** on September 6th. No call back. September 8th, still not finished, and no communication. More I could say, no space. Horrible experience.

On 2/10 Wrights Impact Windows salesman Austin Klein visited my home to quote me 10 replacement windows w/ installation
On 2/10 Wrights Impact Windows salesman Austin Klein visited my home to quote me 10 replacement windows w/ installation. Austin lied saying the windows were made in the USA. I found out much later that they do have products made in the USA, however the windows on order for me are made in Columbia. Austin lied saying Wrights impact windows are the manufacturer. I found out much later they are not the manufacturer and do not own the factory in Columbia. I signed a contract with Wrights Impact Windows on 3/29 for the purchase and installation of 10 impact windows. At which point Wrights Impact Windows measured my home for windows sizes. On 10/11 Wrights Impact Windows arrived with 10 windows to install them in my primary residence. They began installation and removed original 2 windows in the front of my home. Then they discovered that all 10 windows they had brought to install were the incorrect size. They had measured all windows incorrectly, see attached letter from company president. One of my two windows they removed was replaced. The other original window they removed was damaged during removal so they had to cut a new window and beat it into the hole in the wall. This damaged the interior of my window sill. On 10/11 the on site Project manager Henry Rodriguez told me that they would have the replacement breakmetal in a week. As of 10/29 Wrights Impact Windows has not replaced the breakmetal on the outside of my home, this means water can enter through the gaps. The windows were getting installed to save me approx. $6000 per year on the wind insurance for the home. I will not qualify for this savings so I want Wrights Impact Windows to deduct $4000 from the overall total amount for a new total of $10,383.49 AND I want them to put in writing that there will be no additional charges incurred during installation. They have lied to me so many times that I truly believe they will try to swindle more money out of me during installation.

On August *2, 202* we had *** (possibly the owner) a sales manager came over our house and quote us $5667.29 for three windows
On August *2, 202we had *** (possibly the owner) a sales manager came over our house and quote us $5667.29 for three windows. We signed the contract and a down payment of $2833.64 was given on the same day. He told us someone would come out in about a week to do the final measurements.*** came out on August *7, 202*. There was a situation with HOA where we had to change the style of windows, not a problem. And let me mention before I continue; *** informed me it would be 2-3 months for the windows to be made and from there schedule an installation date. Again, not a problem. When I didn't hear from anyone within timeframe, I figured with COVID, everything is backed up. Yet no one checked in with an update, whatever. I finally received an email on November *6, 202for confirmation of product delivery for *2/22/202*. It's approximately two months later and I called the office to figure out where was our product and when would get put on schedule for install. The girl who answered told me she would have someone get back to me and place a ticket. And someone by the name of *** did get in touch two days later on January *8, 202*. She stated that our windows were sitting at the port waiting to transported to there warehouse and as soon as it was delivered they'll be in touch again. I sent an email to *** on Feb 2, 202as to the hold it up; no response. Finally, on Feb *0, she email s me saying the windows are finally at their warehouse and someone will call me within the next three business days to schedule install. I get a call Feb , 202 from Victoria and schedule the install for Feb 24, 202between the hours of ***am with a confirmation email. The day before the install I moved everything as instructed and adjusted my schedule. The day of, no one shows up, I called to the project manager twice, no answer. I was told I was never scheduled for the install and that now they can't find my windows and everything has to be reorder. I want my *** money back

Job not complete
Job not complete. Contract to replace windows and doors was entered into 11. Job began in June . Project manager (***) was late to the job and the crew began installing incorrectly. During course of work the crew broke 2 of my thresholds and one of my sprinkler pipes. PM insisted that sliding door was installed appropriately and would not correct. Also caught PM and crew lying to me about rot under one of the window claiming it did not need to be removed and attempting to repair/stucco over. At this point requested PM supervisor (***) who advised the sliding door would be corrected. PM supervisor disappeared until I was able to get in contact with in December *** February 2022 I again contacted PM supervisor to get job completed. He advised that an additional electrical inspection and work needed to be completed. This was completed in March 2022. At "final inspection" the PM supervisor was present outside and advised inspection passed (inspector did not come in house) and that he just had to have his office file the paper work and permit would be closed in a few days. Since then PM supervisor will not return calls or emails. On 5/26/2022 I received a call from VP of Operations (***). I initially though VP was calling to rectify the situation, but he was calling to collect payment. During course of conversation I discovered that the "final inspection" had not passed (so PM supervisor blatantly lied). VP and I agreed to a discounted rate in exchange for 90% payment, which I paid that day. VP advised that he would have the job completed in a few days. VP did not respond when attempted to contact a few days later. I have not heard anything back from ***, other than a collection call for the remaining 10% on 8/1/22. During that call requested to speak to management and was placed on hold then hung up on. Need to get job completed and permit closed.

So many issues, I chose Service which encompasses *** entire horrible process
So many issues, I chose Service which encompasses *** entire horrible process. From start to now, delays and issues and horrible service My wife and I bought an impact glass sliding glass door and large transom window above it from Wrights. The sales man, Steve Burke, was nice. We spent over $10K. this was in June. We are in December, its 2 openings. So they take my $4k deposit and then all of sudden, my lead time is delayed because of COVID. I request my money back, and Sam Munday, who was nice at first did the whoel song and dance avoiding the refund, but tried to expedite my order. I was copied on an email with her and the manufacturer and I just watched their dialogue back and forth. Finally, there was a definitive date, and I chimed in with a question, and was never answered again by Sam, their Customer Service Assistant/Finance Coordinator, Strike 1. That is HORRIBLE service. Shame on you Sam. Not even a reply. Its been over 4 months since that email and she never reached out. All she wanted was to retain my deposit. Then I get install scheduled. I prepare my house per the scheduler guy and I even called ADT to prepare my alarm system for the change. I personally removed the sensors on the sliding doors and wrapped them together hanging from the wire. Per ADT I would just need to glue them back. Or they can come out for $150 to do it. So day of install, I meet the team and I meet the Project Manager Zac. We walk the site, I show him the alarm wires, he discussed with his team whatever he says and then left. I go about my business as the team install my doors and window. All is said and done, and I look and the job is clean and nice, but where are my wires? I ask the guy that spoke the most english and he pulls a clump of wire off the window sill 12 feet in the air to show me. THEY CUT MY WIRES and caulked the wire in the window frame. I lose it. I call Zac and he says they will fix it, I also tell Zac about the mess that was left, and I see some exposed gasket or weatherstripping and am not happy with the way this went. He goes to visit while I am work, and calls to tell me the window is fine. I don't believe him. He also left a the mess. So now I am calling to schedule this alarm wire fix and they have no clue whats going on. On a random Saturday morning I get a call from my guard gate saying they are here, I refused entry as there was no appointment. Finally they send a guy to remove the wires, and he process to rip out the caulking all the way around my sliders and uisng a crow bar is prying the fram away form the wall. no clue why he was on the side when the wires were on the top center. I called Zac fuming, and asked for his boss, Robert. Robert speaks with me initially. He assured me he will stop by to take a look, and call me the next day to arrange it and even pay ADT to reinstall my sensors. Cool. Well not cool. Robert never called, and when I tracked him down a week later he was again fake nice, and never heard back. So now I am at the President's level. I found a flyer with his picture and a quote saying "if you are happy with your service, let everyone know. If you are not happy, please let me know." I called and left the president *** a voice mail and I sent him an email, stating I was unhappy and wanted to chat and he responded on a Sunday, which I thought was nice. He said he would reach out tomorrow. Guess what. Never Did, that was yesterday. So I emailed him back and nothing. So save yourself some headache and find anyone other than Wright's.
