I have called the Xbox 360 helpline and e-mail line many times and they said they will come pick my xbox and have received no help i am very been very disappointed with this service. It has been 2 months.

Poor service!

i have been going back and fourth just trying to get my cables back .i have gotten the 3 rings of death now about 9 times.send it in wait 5 to 10 days to get it back...get it back and 2 days later same thing.they sent me back another piece of trash..same thing. now as of jan 13th, 2010 still waiting for power supply from dec 15th 2009.

i had changed my gamer tage n it thinks that my old gamer tage is A MEMBER i cant go on it but its stile there so i went on 1 day 2 play and i could not sighn in my gamer tage is FAK3PR0DUCT10NS and it is stil active but i cant log in veryvery angry face
