Mixed Feelings About Xenon Pro LED Lights: A Review of Customer Service and Product Quality
So, I gotta say, I have some mixed feelings about Xenon Pro. On the one hand, I read some pretty good reviews before I decided to buy their LED lights. But on the other hand, I've had some issues that have made me pretty frustrated.
First off, let me just say that Dale could use some work on his customer service skills. I mean, I get that not everyone can be a people person, but when you're dealing with customers, you gotta at least try to be polite. When I had problems with my first set of lights, they were corroded so badly that they just stopped working. But to their credit, the customer service team replaced them for me without any hassle.
The second set of lights started flickering after a while, and I talked to a guy named Robert who told me to look for a loose connection. I eventually found one, but I also found more corrosion and some other issues with the plugs. When I called to talk to Dale about it, he was pretty rude to me. He said something like, "This is your third replacement, what do you want from us?" But I had only had one other problem before that, so I don't know what he was talking about.
Anyway, Dale sent me another kit, but it had the same issues as the last one. The connections wouldn't snap together properly, and I had to use some dielectric grease and electrical tape to keep them in place. It was a pain in the butt, to be honest. And I'm still not sure if I'm supposed to leave the glass on the lights or not. One rep told someone in a review that it was just for shipping, but I don't know if that's true or not.
Another thing that bothered me was that I sent several messages to the company through their website and never got a response. And when I tried to use the chat feature, I couldn't connect with anyone. When I called to ask about it, the salesman I talked to said that sometimes they block customers from using chat for various reasons. I don't know what that's all about, but it didn't make me feel very good about the company.
All in all, I'm not sure if I would recommend Xenon Pro to anyone. They have some good products, but their customer service needs some work. And the fact that I had to deal with so many issues with my lights was pretty frustrating. But hey, maybe other people have had better experiences than I did. Who knows?
False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Xenon Pro Headlight Bulbs
I recently purchased some headlight bulbs from Xenon Pro for my 2015 GMC Sierra. The shipping process was smooth and the product looked like it was of high quality. However, when I tried to install the bulbs, they wouldn't turn on. I followed the recommended troubleshooting steps provided by the company, but nothing seemed to work.
I decided to contact customer support online, but unfortunately, the information I received was not helpful at all. I provided the representative with my vehicle's year, make, and model, and asked for assistance with the installation. The representative asked me to complete the troubleshooting steps on their website, but didn't inform me until the end of our conversation that the bulbs were not compatible with the "daylight running lights" on my vehicle. He then suggested that I disable them, which is not a safe solution.
I searched the Xenon Pro website for information about this issue, but found nothing. When I asked the representative if this was advertised, he sent me a snippet of information that didn't mention anything about DRL. When I confronted him about this, he claimed that vehicles with DRL have a voltage of less than 9v, which is not true. I checked my vehicle's voltage with a meter and found it to be within the range provided (13.4). Additionally, my daytime running lights are separate from the headlights, so this information was not relevant to my situation.
It seems that Xenon Pro marketed this product as direct fitment, even though they knew it was not compatible with certain safety features on some vehicles. When I discovered this, I was informed that I would be responsible for the shipping costs to return the lights and a restocking fee. This is clearly false advertising, and I am disappointed that the company would put its customers in harm's way like this.
Xenon Pro claims to prioritize customer service and satisfaction, but in this case, they knowingly sold a product that could have caused safety issues for their customers. I am now seeking resolution through forums and other reviews, as it seems that other customers have had similar experiences.
Terrible Product and Customer Service Experience with Xenon Pro - Do Not Recommend
So, I recently ordered a set of bulbs for my Jeep from Xenon Pro. I was pretty confident that I had ordered the right ones and made sure to adjust them properly when installing. However, I was extremely disappointed with the performance of both the lights and the company.
To begin with, the plastic used to hold the bulb in wore away instantly, causing the bulbs to fall out. Even worse, the bulbs put out no output at all. It was so bad that I had to pull over on the way home and reinstall my old bulbs. I was really disappointed with the quality of the product, especially since I had ordered the resistors I needed.
But that's not all. The customer service was a complete nightmare. The only person I could talk to was Dale, and he was incredibly rude and insulting. He accused me of not knowing how to read things properly and not understanding their policies. When I tried to explain what I saw, he dismissed me and ended the conversation as soon as I mentioned taking screenshots. Now, I have absolutely no way of getting help if I need it.
To make matters worse, I was expected to pay for return shipping for a product that didn't work. I don't think that's fair at all. Additionally, they wanted me to claim a $20 value on the package even though it was worth ten times that, just so they wouldn't have to pay as much customs fees.
I am currently waiting for my refund, but I'm not holding my breath. I did everything they said, and I'm currently out $35, plus whatever other fees they decide to charge when they receive the item. It's really frustrating that I have no way of getting help because Dale wants to be a jerk and hang up on me.
Overall, I would strongly advise against using Xenon Pro. I would have been better off selling these lights on eBay or not buying them at all. If you're looking for a good set of LED lights, I would recommend checking out Amazon. I'm really happy with the Beamtechs I got there.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Xenon Pro's 'Dale': A Warning to Potential Buyers
I recently purchased LED headlights from Xenon Pro for my F350 Superduty. After removing the grill, headlights, and stock bulbs, I realized that the LED quick connects were not compatible with my make and model. Being a regular person, I called the number listed on the website to resolve the issue. The phone prompts directed me to select option 2 for customer service, but I was informed via automated service that customer service was only available through online chat. I called back and selected another option to speak with a representative. This is where I met "Dale".
I explained my issue to Dale and provided my order number to expedite the process. Dale, being the smart*** he is, told me to call back and follow the phone "procedure" for customer service. I informed him that I had already done that and needed to speak with someone about my issue. Dale repeated his previous statement, and we were clearly not on the same page. I tried to explain again, but Dale continued to tell me to call back and follow the procedure. I became frustrated and asked to speak with his supervisor. Dale refused and told me to call back and follow the procedure. I hung up and called back to start the online chat process. To my surprise, Dale was my online chat support.
I explained my situation to Dale and requested a refund for the incorrect parts and terrible customer service. Dale asked if I had ever spoken with them before and sent me a screenshot of the chat history, which obviously did not exist. Dale then questioned how it could be bad customer service when there was no history of chat. I give Dale an A+ for his smart*** creativity, but he needs to work on his customer service skills. After reading other reviews, it seems that Dale has a history of treating people poorly. He clearly did not grow up where I did, or he would not have a smart*** problem. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with Dale.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Xenon Pro: A Review of Headlight Purchase for 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe
I recently purchased two pairs of headlights from Xenon Pro for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. The shopping experience was good, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the products I received. The set of high beams recommended on their website did not fit my vehicle due to incompatible plugs, and the LED low beams did not work for an unknown reason. I tried to contact their customer service for assistance, but it was not a pleasant experience.
When I reached out to them via phone and email, I was redirected to their website to request a return via their live support chat window. However, the chat window had limited opening hours, which made it difficult for me to find time to chat with someone. When I finally managed to chat with a representative, he tried to explain why my low beams may not be working and suggested that I disable my DRLs. I was not convinced and just wanted to return my order, but I never received a clear answer on how to do so. I waited for 10 minutes for a response, but I had to leave because of work.
Four days later, I still had not received any response from Xenon Pro. I rated the chat as "bad" and left some comments explaining why, but they did not seem to care. I am still unsure of how to return my order and get reimbursed. This has been my worst customer service experience in a very long time.
Overall, I am disappointed with the service I received from Xenon Pro. While the shopping experience was good, the lack of support after receiving my order was frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.
XenonPro Review: Disappointing Customer Service Experience
XenonPro is a company that I had high hopes for when it came to purchasing car maintenance products. As someone who is always on the road, I need to make sure that my car is in top shape. I decided to give XenonPro a chance, both because of their online presence and their brick-and-mortar stores. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was far from satisfactory.
When I reached out to their customer service team for assistance, I was met with insults and personal attacks. It's important to note that not all of their customer service representatives were like this, but based on my experience and the experiences of others, it seems that their training in customer service and sales is severely lacking. One representative, Allan, was particularly unhelpful and even went so far as to insult me when I asked a simple question about how to resolve an issue with their website.
It's disappointing to see a company that doesn't value their customers and their needs. When I called their 1-800 number, I was never able to get through to anyone. When I emailed them, I never received a response. And when I tried to live chat with them, I was met with personal attacks. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for XenonPro.
As consumers, we deserve better than this. We deserve quality products and quality customer service. While online shopping is convenient, it's important to remember that there are still brick-and-mortar stores out there that offer the same or similar products. Perhaps it's time to start giving them our business again.
In the end, I was able to get what I needed from a brick-and-mortar store that offered me the option of picking up my item or having it shipped. This is the kind of professional customer service that we should all expect and demand from the companies we choose to support. If we continue to support companies like XenonPro that treat their customers poorly, we risk losing the kind of customer service that we all deserve.
Xenon Pro Review: Poor Product Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I recently purchased a product from Xenon Pro for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The product was supposed to be a pair of low beam bulbs and anti-flicker Canbus's. However, when I received the package, it was overstuffed and damaged. Despite this, I proceeded to install the LED's as per the instructions provided. The installation process required me to remove the bumper and the headlamps, which was an OEM manufacturer process and not the fault of Xenon Pro.
After installing the Canbus's and LED's, the lamps worked initially but then started to turn on and off intermittently while driving. Sometimes it was the driver's side, and sometimes it was the passenger side. To get the lamps to come back on, I had to cycle the ignition by turning the car off and then on again. When I contacted Xenon Pro about this issue, they told me to remove the anti-flicker Canbus's, which I did. However, the same issue persisted even after reinstalling everything.
I requested a second set of anti-flicker Canbus's, but they offered me to switch to an HID component, which required me to do some wiring. Given my experience so far with their product, I declined and requested a refund. They approved the refund but did not provide me with any instructions on how to return the product. As my wife had just given birth, and the car was not being driven regularly, I let it go for two weeks and reinstalled the Halogen bulbs while waiting for the refund.
Two weeks later, I followed up with Xenon Pro and was told that I would be responsible for all shipping costs. They were rude and unhelpful, and there was no supervisor to speak with or phone number to call. The chatbot was frustrating, and they did not follow up with my issues. I felt like they could not care less about the safety sensitivity of their product or customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience with Xenon Pro was terrible. I work in customer service in the automotive repair industry, and I have never faced such poor customer service. I sincerely question the validity of the average reviews on their website, considering they do not have a customer service hotline. If you are considering buying from Xenon Pro, I wish you the best of luck.
False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Xenon Pro
I recently visited the website of Xenon Pro, which claims to be a trusted source for premium dash cams, LED and HID headlights. However, I was disappointed to find out that the website falsely advertised that they have been helping people for over 10 years, when in fact, it has only been since late 2017 when new owners took over. This means that they no longer warranty anything before that, which is a clear case of false advertising.
To confirm this, I decided to chat with one of their representatives. I asked about the procedure to file a warranty for an order I made in 2014, and the representative informed me that the company went bankrupt since then and was purchased by new owners in late 2017. He apologized for the inconvenience and informed me that I no longer have a lifetime warranty for my order.
I was disappointed to hear this, and I requested that a manager call me to discuss the matter. However, the representative informed me that the manager would not call me and that he could only offer me a discount on a new order. I was not happy with this response and informed the representative that I had sent many people to order kits from them in the past because of their warranty and customer service. However, I would quit doing so because of their fraudulent business practices.
The representative tried to convince me to purchase a new kit, but I was not interested. I felt that the company should have informed me when my warranty was no longer valid, and I was disappointed that they did not do so. I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and other authorities for their fraudulent business practices.
Overall, my experience with Xenon Pro was disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their false advertising and lack of customer service skills are unacceptable, and I hope that they will take steps to improve their business practices in the future.
Mixed Experience with Xenon Pro Customer Service: Helpful but Misleading
I recently had an experience with Xenon Pro and their customer service that I feel compelled to share. I was having issues with my headlights turning off after only a minute of use, and after doing some research, I discovered that I needed a power harness that was not disclosed to me when I made my purchase. I contacted their customer service online chat and was connected with Dale P.
At first, I was frustrated with the situation and the fact that I needed to buy additional equipment to make my headlights work properly. However, Dale was able to provide me with a solution by suggesting that I disable the DRLs, which were interfering with the proper functioning of the lights. While this was not an ideal solution for me, as my car did not have a disable feature for DRL, Dale was able to issue me an RMA for the return of the lights.
During the conversation, I noticed that Dale seemed to be the same name that always popped up on the online chat. I asked about this, and Dale confirmed that it was indeed him. I found this to be a bit odd, but it didn't affect the outcome of the conversation.
One thing that did bother me, however, was the restocking fee that was mentioned. Dale informed me that there would be a 20% restocking fee deducted from my refund, which I found to be quite high. I pointed out that their website stated "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and that if I was not happy with my product, I could simply return it for a refund or exchange. Dale informed me that while this was true, if I was only returning the product for a refund, I would be charged a restocking fee.
I found this to be a bit misleading, as the website did not make it clear that there would be a restocking fee for returns. However, after some back and forth, Dale was able to waive the restocking fee for me.
Overall, my experience with Xenon Pro was mixed. While I appreciated Dale's help in finding a solution to my problem and issuing me an RMA, I was disappointed by the restocking fee and the lack of clarity on their website regarding returns. Additionally, the fact that Dale was the only customer service representative available on the online chat was a bit strange. However, I do appreciate their willingness to work with me and waive the restocking fee in the end.
Buyer Beware: Xenon Pro HID Headlight Conversion Kit Review
I recently purchased a HID headlight conversion kit from Xenon Pro and was disappointed to find that the seal on the box was broken and the items were scattered within. To make matters worse, the installation manual indicated that zip ties were missing from the package. When I contacted customer service, they assured me that this was normal and that each box is customized, but this explanation did not add up. Why wouldn't they seal the box after each order is customized? The customer service representative kept insisting that I received everything I was supposed to and recommended using zip ties, but if they were included in the booklet, why weren't they included in the package?
Despite my concerns, I decided to install the kit and hope for the best. However, after installation, I found that one of the lights did not work at all and the other flickered for a second before shutting off. When I contacted customer service again, they blamed the issue on my daytime running lights (DRLs), even though they are separate from the headlights and have nothing to do with the bulbs working. After trying to disable my DRLs per their suggestion and failing, I contacted them again for a return.
Unfortunately, the return process was not easy. I had to jump through hoops and spend $30 to ship the product back to them, and they only refunded part of my purchase price. This seems to be a common issue, as many one-star reviews on their site describe similar experiences. It appears that their products often do not work, and when customers try to return them, the company tries to blame the issue on the customer to avoid refunding the full amount. Return shipping is handled by the customer, but must be shipped via FedEx according to their policy, which can be costly.
In the end, I decided to order a different set of headlights from Inovated on Amazon, which had zero issues. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would caution other buyers to beware of Xenon Pro's products and customer service. While they may offer a lifetime warranty, it seems that this may end up costing you more money in the long run.

Disappointing Experience with Xenon Pro LED Headlights: Delayed Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and Subpar Performance
I decided to give Xenon Pro a try after a friend recommended it to me and I saw they had a 50% discount going on. I tried reaching out to their customer service before placing my order, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. I went ahead and placed my order in early April, and was told that I would receive my product within 2-3 business days, but no longer than a week. However, that wasn't the case. It took them from April 9th all the way to April 17th just to give me a tracking number, which was already a week of waiting.
For the next three days, my order status didn't change at all, so I contacted their customer service again. All they told me was that my order would arrive in 3 business days, but it took them until April 21st to give me another update saying it would be delivered by the end of the day. I was excited to finally receive my product, but unfortunately, it didn't arrive on time. I waited and waited, and eventually received a notification from the post office that my product would be delivered on April 25th to the community office instead.
As for the actual headlights, I was initially unsure if the multi-sided headlights would work well in my projectors. Unfortunately, they turned out to be a nightmare. The performance was worse than my OEM halogens, and the beam pattern was practically non-existent. It only illuminated the ground no more than ten feet in front of my vehicle, which was unacceptable.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Xenon Pro. I won't be purchasing their LED headlights again, but I may consider buying GTR Lighting 2's in the future. I learned my lesson and won't be buying multi-sided headlights again.
Xenon Pro Review: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service - Buyer Beware!
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Xenon Pro. I mean, yeah, they got here pretty quick, but that's about the only good thing I can say. I ordered some high beams, low beams, and fog lights, but when I opened the boxes, one of the high beams looked like it had already been installed and broken. Someone had tried to glue it back together, but that's just not gonna cut it. I figured I'd just get that one bulb replaced, but then I ran into even more problems.
I had to take apart the front of my truck and remove the headlight assemblies to install these bulbs, and let me tell you, it was a real pain in the you-know-what. And then, to my dismay, the low beams wouldn't fit at all, and one of the high beams as well as both fog lights didn't work at all. I was pretty ticked off at this point, so I contacted Xenon Pro and explained the situation. They said I could send them back for a refund, but they required me to send them via FedEx, which cost me a whopping $90. And since they're based out of Canada, I couldn't just send them via UPS or something for way cheaper.
But wait, it gets even worse. When I finally got my refund, Xenon Pro actually tried to deduct the original shipping charges from my refund! Can you believe that? I was so mad, but when I contacted them about it, they were complete jerks and acted like it was no big deal. Luckily, I used PayPal to pay for my order, so I was able to file a case against them and get a full refund for the original order. But I was still out $90 for the return shipping costs, which really stung.
So yeah, I wouldn't recommend buying from Xenon Pro. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are even worse. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys. Buyer beware!
Disappointing Product and Terrible Return Policy from Xenon Pro: A Warning to Others
I was in the market for some brighter headlights for my trusty Impala, so I turned to the vast expanse of the Internet for a solution. After some searching, I stumbled upon Xenon Pro and thought they might be just the ticket for some brighter driving lights. I placed my order and eagerly awaited their arrival.
However, when the package finally arrived, I was dismayed to find that they had sent me the wrong lights. Undeterred, I contacted Xenon Pro and they quickly rectified the situation by promising to waive the restocking fee (which was a hefty 20%) if I ordered a new set of lights. I placed my order and waited for the new lights to arrive.
When they finally did, I eagerly installed them, only to find that they were a major disappointment. My original halogen bulbs were twice as bright in the area that I needed for driving. Frustrated, I tried to return both sets of lights, but ran into some issues.
Firstly, I didn't receive the returning email for the first set of lights, so I had to contact Xenon Pro to get the return process started. Then, when I tried to return both sets of lights, I was informed that I would have to pay two restocking fees and the shipping costs for both sets. To make matters worse, the technical support representative I spoke to, Dale P, was not very helpful and seemed more interested in being "matter-of-fact" than actually assisting me.
In the end, I had to pay a total of $75 for the shipping and restocking fees for both sets of lights. Needless to say, I was not impressed with Xenon Pro's poor product and terrible return policy. I will not be purchasing anything from them again and will be sure to warn others about their subpar products and policies.
On a side note, I also had a negative experience with another company called Welder Nation. Their return policy was equally rough and their prices were sky-high. I would advise anyone to steer clear of them as well. In the end, it's probably better to just keep the merchandise than deal with the hassle and expense of returning it.

Xenon Pro HID Kit Review: Terrible Product, Unprofessional Customer Service, and False Advertising
I recently purchased a HID kit from Xenon Pro, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. The product arrived much later than the promised date, and to my surprise, it was not the high quality German made product that was advertised on their website. Instead, I received a cheaply made Chinese product that was not even close to what was shown in the picture. It was obvious that the boxes had been opened before and the bushings were missing on both lightbulbs. It seemed like the product had been returned a couple of times before it got to me.
I tried to contact them multiple times, but they never answered the phone. After reading reviews about their business practices, I decided to communicate with them through email so that I could have their responses in writing. However, they refused and insisted that I contact them via live chat on their website. I did as they asked, but it was a terrible experience. They were unprofessional, rude, insulting, and lied about everything. They never apologized for trying to cheat me or offered to resolve the problem.
I don't understand how some people give them ratings that are more than one star. Are they getting high quality German made products with metal balasts and quality connectors, or are they simply not bothered by being lied to and cheated? I paid over $100 for a product that I could have gotten for $30 at a local car parts store, or even better than this product.
In the end, I had to call my credit card provider to dispute the charge and get a full refund. It was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this seller to anyone. Their ignorance is their specialty, and it's clear that they don't care about their customers.
XenonPro.com Review: LED Lights Not a Direct Replacement, Restocking Fee Charged
The XenonPro website is pretty clear that their lights are a direct replacement for factory lights. They say that you can install them in about 30 minutes. I ordered some lights for my 2007 Nissan Xterra and got them about 4 or 5 days later. That's not too bad, but it wasn't the 2-day shipping that I was hoping for.
When I tried to install the lights, I found that they fit into the light bucket just fine. But the LED lights and wiring harness were too big for the factory locks that hold the lights in place. I tried to contact the online support, and they told me to take my truck to a Performance Shop. That's not what I was expecting at all. The website says that anyone can install the lights themselves.
The online support guy showed me some pictures of the modifications he had to make to his Ford to get the lights to fit. That's not a direct replacement, if you ask me. I'm a mechanic, and I decided that I didn't want to cut up my factory parts just to try to make these lights fit. So I went to my local auto parts store and got some NH Xenon headlights instead. They're not LED, but they work just fine. And I was able to replace both lights in less than 30 minutes.
When I told the online support guy that I was returning the lights, he told me that there was a 20% restocking fee. I wasn't happy about that, since the lights didn't work in my truck. But I paid the FedEx bill to send the lights back anyway. And then I got billed for the 20% restocking fee.
In the end, I was hoping to get some LED lights, but the NH Xenon lights work just fine. And they cost less than shipping back the other lights and paying the restocking fee. If you're thinking about buying from XenonPro.com, make sure you get it in writing that the lights will fit in your vehicle and work with your mounting hardware. I won't be buying from them again.
Xenon Pro Review: Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Fitment Claims
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Xenon Pro. I ordered some high and low beams for my truck, and their website said they were "Guaranteed Fitment." But when I got them, the fan on the back of the bulb was too big to fit in my truck's headlight housing. I tried to talk to their support guy through a chat, but he just sent me a screenshot saying it was my responsibility to check for fitment. How am I supposed to do that when their website doesn't have any dimensions or measurements?
So I filed for a return, and they told me I had to pay for shipping plus a $15 fee for each item. And when I finally got my refund, it was $30 less than what I originally paid. I talked to their support guy, Dale, and he said he thought the fee had been waived for one of my items, but he couldn't find any record of it. And when I asked for a summary of the refund, he refused to send it to me, saying it should be clear from my account. I only ordered two kits, so based on my first conversation with Dale, I should have only been charged $15. It's frustrating to feel like you're getting screwed over by a company.
I looked at some other reviews, and it seems like I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience. People have complained about the customer service and how they look for any excuse not to refund you what you're owed. And when I told Dale I was going to write a negative review, he just said it was like a drop of water in the ocean. It's pretty clear they don't care about their customers at all.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Xenon Pro. It's just not worth the time and energy to deal with their terrible customer service and mistakes. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to buy from.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Xenon Pro LED Headlights
I bought some LED headlights from Xenon Pro for my husband as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, after only 5 months, they stopped working. My husband spoke to a customer service representative named Louis C, who gave him some suggestions to try and fix the problem. When those suggestions didn't work, my husband told Louis, but he never got a response back. We waited for an hour for a response and even tried to get his attention again, but we gave up.
Two weeks later, I contacted Xenon Pro again to see about a refund and spoke to Louis C again. He was very rude to me and treated me as if I was incompetent. He said that my husband or I did not have a chat in the past and told me to ask my husband. He said that we could get new headlights for $19.99 per item requested. When I asked if that was per headlight, he said no. Later, I found out that I was correct in the first place and that the $19.99 was per headlight. He never rephrased 'per item requested' and tried to make me feel dumb the whole time, even though I knew what I was talking about.
He even asked why we would go and buy new headlights when we could've gotten these (for shipping of $39.98 nonetheless). I told him again that we did try talking to get it resolved, but couldn't wait anymore since we were going on a road trip and needed working headlights.
I said that we will not be paying the shipping and that we will just save up for better headlights. When I said we were planning on spending a few hundred on getting upgraded ones because we didn't want to spend $40 every 6 months for replacements, he threw out all this math saying that with 7 years, you would get headlights for the price we would pay for the other ones.
SO, with him saying this, it shows that he knows that they do not last long and that we would need to replace them multiple times!
I have never been so disappointed with customer service in my life. I will be urging all my friends and family to stay far away from this company.
Xenon Pro LED Headlights Review: Poor Customer Service and Missing Parts
So, I recently purchased some LED headlights from Xenon Pro for my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. I was pretty excited to upgrade my headlights and get some brighter, more efficient bulbs. However, when I received the bulbs, I quickly realized that they were missing a crucial part that was necessary for installation in my vehicle. The retaining screw that is typically part of the OEM bulbs was not included with the Xenon Pro bulbs, which meant that I couldn't securely install them in my headlight housing.
I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me out, but unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. The representative I spoke with, Dale P, was not very helpful and seemed to be more interested in proving me wrong than actually solving my problem. He sent me a screenshot of their fine print that stated additional retainers/clips were not included, but the non-highlighted area of the screenshot actually proved my point. I explained this to him, but he just told me to read it again until I understood.
Eventually, I had to come up with my own solution and build a custom bracket to hold the bulbs in place. It was frustrating to have to do this, especially since I had to pay the same amount as the product to return it. I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Xenon Pro, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
To make matters worse, the "2 day shipping" that I paid for actually took 6 days to arrive. This was frustrating, especially since I had read other reviews that mentioned poor customer service. I had hoped that my experience would be different, but unfortunately, it wasn't.
Overall, I think that Xenon Pro is not worth the money or the hassle. If you're looking for LED headlights, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The customer service is terrible, and the product doesn't meet factory standards for fit like they guarantee. It's not worth the risk of having to deal with a disrespectful representative like Dale P. Additionally, I found out that you can't leave a site review with this company after receiving your order, which seems a bit shady to me. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different company to buy from.
Xenon Pro Headlights Review: Reliability Issues and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a set of Xenon Pro headlights for my son's car and was pleasantly surprised by the improvement they made. So, I decided to buy a set for my own truck, a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. However, I have been experiencing some issues with the product and I am considering returning them for a refund.
The main issue I have encountered is that only one bulb comes on about half of the time. This is quite frustrating as I cannot rely on both headlights to work when I need them to. Additionally, one of the original ballasts did not work when I first tried to install them. Although I had an extra ballast from the first set I purchased, this is still a significant issue as I have had a 50% failure rate with the ballasts.
Aside from the reliability issues, I have also noticed that the lights do not seem much brighter than my factory halogen bulbs. There are also dark spots in the light pattern and the light moves when I hit a bump, which I believe is caused by the thick wire outside of the bulb vibrating. This is concerning as it could lead to the wire breaking and the light failing.
I have attempted to contact the company through their live messaging system several times, but have had no luck. The first time, I was notified that no one was available. The second time, I was told that I could only be helped during their business hours, which is problematic for me as I do not have access to a phone while at work. This means that I will have to take a day off work just to set up a return and refund, which will cost me even more money.
Overall, while my son is satisfied with the lights in his 2015 Chevy Volt, I will not be purchasing anything from this company again due to the reliability issues and poor customer service.
Terrible Experience with Xenon Pro: Faulty Products and Rude Customer Service
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with Xenon Pro. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, no way, no how. Their products are bad and their customer service is even worse. Let me tell you why.
First of all, they claim to have a 100% lifetime warranty, but that's not entirely true. If something goes wrong with your purchase, even if it's right after you get it, they want you to pay $20 per item for a replacement. That's not mentioned anywhere on their website, mind you.
I had one of my LED headlights go out on me, and I'm not about to pay $20 for a replacement. I'll just go somewhere else, thank you very much.
But that's not even the worst part. Their customer service is just plain rude. You can't even talk to them on the phone, you have to use a chat. I guess they do that so they can be mean to you without having to face you in person.
Let me give you a few examples of what I mean. When I asked them to show me where on their website it says I have to pay $20 for a replacement, they just told me they were too busy to keep going back and forth. When I asked them to prove it to me, they couldn't.
And when I told them I was going to post a review of their terrible service, they told me it wouldn't matter because it would just be like dropping a drop of water in the ocean. Real nice, huh?
And don't even get me started on Kevin and Louis. They call people idiots, cuss them out, and hang up on them when they're confronted with the truth. When I kept asking to see their $20 terms in writing, they just blocked me from the chat.
So, my advice to you is to do your research before buying from Xenon Pro. Don't just look at their reviews on their website, because they're obviously not going to show you the bad ones. I gave them a good review at first, but now that I've had to deal with their terrible customer service and faulty products, I'm changing my tune. And I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there who feel the same way.
