I am filing this complaint today because I purchased a set of LED headlights for my vehicle from this merchant. Xenonhids.com. I purchased them in late 2018 December *** December and today December it states on their website that they offer a lifetime warranty on all components of their LED and H ID headlight conversion kits. This includes all parts such as bulbs ballasts resistors and relays. If any part ever fails they will replace it and the customer is not required to return the defective part. That is the statement on their website. On December 18 of this year 2021 my driver side low beam LED headlamp from them stopped working. And the rat bulb had began experiencing an intermittent flickering. My driver side low beam headlamp is still out today I have reached out to the company for the past three days in a row via email. When I called their telephone number it says that their phone lines are currently closed and they have been closed for the past several months. As I know others who have tried to call with complaints as well. The company will gladly ship new orders and except payments for new orders but however they have refused to even contact me back at all regarding this issue I have gave them my telephone number my address my email address and Ive sent them several emails trying to come to a resolution with them regarding this matter however they still refused to make contact with me and stand behind their lifetime warranty as stated on their website. Im seeking a replacement set of LED headlamps or a refund for my original purchase price for them not standing behind this warranty

I contacted Xenonhids.com on 12/12 @ 5:50pm explaining that one of my LED fog lights had failed. I went through all the testing and filled out the RMA form for a warranty replacement. On 12/16 @ 1:42 pm I received a response from the company telling me the bulb was no longer available and offering a driver although one is no good without the other. I responded 12/17 11:34am that this option would not work and would like to come up with an option since one of my main reasons for purchasing this was the lifetime warranty. I received a call from them 12/18 saying that the kit I had had problems and was discontinued. They were willing to replace my kit with the new one they were offering at no cost and approved my RMA # XH51167. I asked for this to be expedited I would purchase the kit and then send my old kit back per the RMA for a refund on my CC. I purchased as soon as we got off the phone on 12/18 with 2-3 day shipping. I did not receive any info other than order received on 12/18. On 12/25 I noticed two charges to my CC on for the order total and then another for $0.82 that I did not authorize. I tried to contact them about this on 12/26 and could get no help from the chat, no phone answer either. I then received an email with a USPS tracking # but from a NY address and on their website it says all products ship from CA? I have since tried emailing them, calling them, and using the chat option at least 7 other times. I have been told by the chat they have escalated the problem 3 different times. I see on the emails that they respond within 1-2 days. I have no responses as of 1/8. I'm very frustrated about this. I have bought many products from this company and never had these type of issues. I told them I felt as I was now being taken advantage of and felt I had to contact a 3rd party to help.
