On October 21 around 2 pm XPO driver and helper arrived with my Samsung Refrigerator and range. Task to unload unpack and install. Upon removal of the range from the truck and undoing the carton the driver discovered that the range was severly damaged and recommended that it be sent back to Samsung. so I agreed and it was re loaded onto the truck and taken back to their wharehouse. for pickup or whatever. They have the range listed as delivered on my account and I am attempting to have a refund processed to my TD/Samsung credit account. I have talked to approximately 15 people in the form of phone calls and messages both with Samsung and XPO. No one knows anything. XPO is Abysmal and Samsung it trying to get info from XPO. Bottom line I am done. I am going to the FTC, and the TD Bank Fraud division if you folks can't intervene.
